Abstract

Latar Belakang:  PHBS di Sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah yang diharapkan dapat menggerakkan dan memberdayakan masyarakat untuk hidup sehat di lingkungan Pendidikan, PHBS sekolah meliputi 8 indikator. Anak sekolah menjadi salah satu kelompok paling rentan terhadap terjadinya masalah kesehatan karena faktor lingkungan dan pola hidup yang kurang baik. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh media permainan ular tangga terhadap pengetahuan PHBS di sekolah Metode: Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah SD Islam Asshafa Depok  yang terletak di Jl. Raya Pengasinan No.29 Kelurahan Sawangan Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi cross-sectional dengan konfigurasi total sampling, dimana seluruh siswa SD Islam Asshafa 90 siswa akan menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Siswa akan mengisi kuesioner yang sudah dibuat dan diuji hasilnya uji wilcoxon. Hasil: Hasil analisis Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil bawa indicator pada PHBS memperoleh P=0,000 sehingga <0,05 yang artinya ada perbedaan pengetahuan pada indicator PHBS yang  signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan indikator PHBS secara signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test

Abstract

The health industry in the Depo City area experiences continuous development from year to year, this causes competition to maintain and increase patient trust to become increasingly difficult. Setya Bakti Mother and Child Hospital as one of the industries engaged in health services feels the impact of competition in the health service industry. Retaining patients is the main thing that must be done. to increase patient satisfaction can be pursued in various ways including by improving the quality of service. A service is said to be satisfied by the patient if the service provided is in accordance with expectations and does not cause dissatisfaction. In this study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service on patient satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The technique used in this study is probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach with a total of 93 respondents. It is known that simple linear regression analysis in this study is obtained. Based on the results of the research, the simple linear regression equation is obtained as follows Y = 3.854 + 0.092 X calculated t value of 2.119. at Degree of Freedom (df) = n-2, df = 93-2 = 91, then a t table of 1,984 is found. Then it can be seen that t count > t table (2.119> 1.984). So it can be concluded that Service Quality (X) can have a positive effect on patient satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah institusi yang menyediakan layanan kesehatan melalui interaksi antar banyak orang. Salah satu layanan kesehatan yang disediakan oleh rumah sakit adalah program sanitasi rumah sakit, khususnya di Instalasi Gizi, untuk mengendalikan vektor dan binatang pengganggu yang dapat menjadi sumber penularan penyakit pada manusia. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 7 tahun 2019 menyatakan bahwa lingkungan, ruang, dan bangunan rumah sakit harus selalu bersih dan tersedia fasilitas sanitasi yang memenuhi persyaratan kesehatan, sehingga tidak memungkinkan sebagai tempat berkembang biaknya serangga dan binatang penganggu lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengendalian vektor dan binatang pengganggu di Instalasi Gizi Rumah Sakit Jiwa Dr Soeharto Heerdjan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian vektor dan binatang pengganggu di Instalasi Gizi RSJ Dr Soeharto Heerdjan telah dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Selain itu, vektor penyakit dan binatang pengganggu dapat diminimalisir atau dimusnahkan sesuai dengan tahapan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, analisis pengendalian vektor dan binatang pengganggu dapat dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku dan dapat membantu dalam menjaga sanitasi rumah sakit, sehingga tidak menjadi sumber penularan penyakit pada manusia.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic disease characterized by high blood pressure. This elevation forces the heart to work harder than usual to pump blood through the blood vessels. According to World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2015, around 972 million people or 26.4% suffer from hypertension, and this figure is estimated to increase to 29.2% by 2025. Objective: To analyze the risk of hypertension incidence in the productive age group in the working area of Pancoran Mas Health Center, Depok. Method: This research used a quantitative method conducted online through Google Forms (questionnaire) observation. Data processing was carried out from secondary data (Depok city health profile 2019 and other supporting journals) and primary data (questionnaire - Google Forms) using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results of this research indicate that genetic factors, behavioral factors, and healthcare service factors contribute to the risk of hypertension in the working area of Pancoran Mas Health Center, Depok. The coverage of informants experiencing hypertension is 12 (13.3%) out of 14 (15.5%) who have a genetic disease risk. The factors contributing to hypertension in the working area of Pancoran Mas Health Center, Depok, include a lack of physical activity by 69 individuals out of 90 respondents and irregular health check-ups by 41 individuals out of 90 respondents. Conclusion: Based on the occurrence of hypertension in the Depok city area, it is caused by genetic factors (family lineage), behavior (lack of regular physical activity), and routine health check-ups (insufficient regular health check-ups).

Abstract

Work fatigue is a condition where the ability of physical or mental performance is reduced and it can be impact on the occurrence of incidents. Based on the interview results at PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk, there are a number of personnel who work 12 hours a day which can trigger high work fatigue. The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between individual factors and work-related factors with work fatigue levels in Division A, PT. X. This study used a cross-sectional approach of quantitative observations. Total sample was 45 respondents with sampling method used is proportionate random sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire and data analysis was performed using the chi square test. The results showed that the most personnel of Division A experienced a moderate level of fatigue. The statistical test results showed there is significant correlation between age (p= 0,034) and duration of work (p=0,038) with work fatigue levels. While the variables of working period (p=0,115), sleep duration (p=0,227), and work shift (p=0,150) did not have a significant correlation with fatigue levels on personnel of Division A, PT. X in 2022. Individual factor correlated with work fatigue is age, while the work-related factor is the duration of work. Therefore, companies are advised to limit working hours in one shift to less than 12 hours and the total overtime is a maximum of 13 hours a week.

Abstract

Introduction: Loyal pati ents are those who consistently choose and use healthcare services from one particular place or healthcare provider. Based on data from WHO in Indonesia itself, it is still found that patient loyalty is low in the sense of less than 80%. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality, satisfaction and trust of general polyclinic patients towards loyalty at the Ciomas Bogor Health Center in 2024. Method: The research method is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The s ampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling of 100 respondents who are targeted. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with chi square test. Result: Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant relationship between service quality and general poly patient loyalty as a result of the chi-square test (p=0.001< 0.05). There was a relationship between patient trust and loyalty of chi-square test results (p = 0.002 < 0.05). Conclution: This research it can be concluded that there is a relationship between service quality, satisfaction and trust of general poly patients towards loyalty at the Ciomas Bogor Health Center in 2024.

Abstract

Garbage is now one of the biggest problems in Indonesia. Indonesia produces 64 million tons of garbage annually, most of which is household waste. If not properly managed, waste can block waterways, resulting in environmental pollution and health impacts. The method of community service activities is educational management of household garbage around the location of Emo-G Waste Bank Bogor district. The event was attended by 20 participants who were present and given a questionnaire at the beginning and end. The analysis results showed an increase in the average knowledge score of respondents related to garbage management, with an average pre-test score of 8,17 and a post-test average of 8,25. For the variable attitude towards garbage management, there was also an increase in the average score, where the pre-test score was 8,33, and the post-sitting score was 8,67. An increase was observed for the waste management behavior variable, with an average pre-test score of 7,42 and an average post-test score of 8,08. Based on the results of the internal evaluation, the team's service to the community is rated as running fairly well. Recommendations to citizens are expected to participate more actively in household garbage disposal activities and to deposit in the trash bank to reduce the waste burden that the TPA has to manage and also bring economic benefits for citizens as the saved trash can be converted into monetary value.

Abstract

Introduction: An effective fire emergency response system is a critical element in ensuring safety within hospital environments, where high occupancy, vulnerable patients, and complex infrastructure increase fire-related risks. Hospitals are required to implement comprehensive fire safety management systems to protect employees, patients, visitors, and physical assets. However, gaps in preparedness, particularly related to human resources and procedural awareness, remain a challenge. This study aims to identify and prioritize issues related to fire emergency response readiness, develop alternative improvement strategies, and determine priority actions at Premier Bintaro Hospital. Methods: This study employed a descriptive qualitative design. Data were collected through direct observations, in-depth interviews with key hospital personnel, and document analysis of fire safety policies, training records, and maintenance documentation. The qualitative approach enabled an in-depth understanding of existing fire emergency response practices and institutional preparedness. Results: The findings indicate that several fire safety components at Premier Bintaro Hospital, including employee development initiatives and the availability of active fire protection facilities such as fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and smoke detectors, generally comply with applicable safety standards. Nevertheless, critical gaps were identified, particularly in the consistency of routine fire emergency training, employee awareness of evacuation procedures, and the completeness of maintenance documentation for fire protection systems. Conclusion: This study recommends strengthening routine coaching and training programs, improving staff awareness of fire evacuation procedures, and enhancing documentation and monitoring of fire protection facility maintenance. Optimizing these measures is expected to improve hospital preparedness, minimize potential losses due to fire incidents, and reinforce the implementation of an effective fire safety management system within the hospital environment.

Abstract

Introduction: Health tourism has become a crucial strategy for hospitals to enhance competitiveness and attract both local and international patients. RS Premier Bintaro has been designated as a health tourism provider. Currently, several services are already in place to support the health tourism program. Objectives: This study aims to examine the impact of the effectiveness of the health tourism program on patient satisfaction at RS Premier Bintaro in 2024. Method: This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive and analytical study design. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to patients and analyzed using SPSS. Result: The health tourism program at RS Premier Bintaro has proven effective in enhancing patient satisfaction. The patient shuttle service significantly impacted satisfaction, the room upgrade service improved patient comfort, and customer service assistance played a crucial role in shaping inpatient experiences. Meanwhile, the free teleconsultation service received positive responses from most patients, although its effect was not as strong as the other services. Conclution: The implementation of the health tourism program at RS Premier Bintaro has successfully improved patient satisfaction. Continuous education and promotion of health tourism services should be enhanced through collaboration with relevant departments.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), khususnya Diabetes Melitus (DM), kini tidak hanya menyerang usia dewasa, tetapi juga mulai muncul pada usia anak-anak. Hal ini berkaitan dengan meningkatnya kebiasaan konsumsi makanan cepat saji, minuman tinggi gula, serta minimnya aktivitas fisik pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Upaya pencegahan sejak dini menjadi sangat penting dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak. Tujuan: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak-anak tentang gaya hidup sehat dan risiko penyakit DM melalui media permainan edukatif yang menyenangkan. Metode: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 7 Januari 2023 di Posyandu Anggrek RW 11, Kelurahan Tapos, Kota Depok, dengan melibatkan 24 anak sebagai peserta. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: observasi awal dan pengumpulan data, pelaksanaan permainan edukatif “Tangga Manis” sebagai media intervensi, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil: Media “Tangga Manis”, yang dimodifikasi dari permainan ular tangga dengan muatan edukasi seputar DM, berhasil menarik minat peserta dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang interaktif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor pengetahuan setelah permainan dilakukan. Selain itu, anak-anak menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, memahami pesan kesehatan yang disampaikan, dan mampu menyebutkan kembali contoh makanan sehat serta perilaku pencegahan DM. Kesimpulan: Permainan “Tangga Manis” terbukti efektif sebagai media edukasi kesehatan yang menyenangkan dan mudah diterima oleh anak-anak. Media ini dapat dijadikan salah satu strategi promotif dan preventif dalam mengedukasi anak usia dini mengenai bahaya diabetes dan pentingnya pola hidup sehat.
