Abstract

Minimnya waktu orang tua dalam bertukar pikiran dengan anak di rumah dan hampir tidak ada waktu untuk bertanya kegiatan anak seharian dan memantau anaknya. Bahkan ketika lagi capek pulang kerja orangtua sering marah-marah ketika melihat anak main gadget tanpa menegur secara lemah lembut. Hal ini mendasari kegiatan sosialisasi dan bimbingan pola asuh orang tua ini sebagai upaya menumbuhkan karakter anak dengan menciptakan keluarga yang berkarakter jujur, peduli/empati, mandiri, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, sederhana, berani, adil, sabar, religius, toleransi, kepemimpinan dan mengurangi karakter buruk pada anak dengan menggunakan metode pengawasan, aturan dan hukuman. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dengan ceramah dan pembimbingan terstruktur. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan keterampilan orang tua terhadap pola asuh dengan menerapkan pola asuh demokratis kepada anak (memberikan kebebasan kepada anak dengan penuh tanggung jawab), dan memberikan metode keteladanan, pembiasaan, perhatian, nasehat dan metode hukuman.  Kesimpulan yaitu sosialisasi dan bimbingan pola asuh orang tua berdampak positif terhadap pola asuh orangtua dalam mendidik anak secara baik dan benar tanpa melakukan kekerasan.

Abstract

The learning process in the 2013 curriculum is carried out with students being the center of learning, so that students have a role to be able to be more active in the learning process. Natural Sciences (IPA) is learning content related to the process of searching for something systematically and in accordance with the results of discoveries. Science learning is not just about learning concepts, principles or mastery of knowledge in the form of facts, but in science it is known as the process of discovery. Based on the results of initial observations carried out at SDN 109/II Manggis Kab. Bungo on January 20 2022 obtained information related to the learning process in the science learning content in class V which was carried out at the school, which did not show that all students were actively involved in the learning process. The type of data used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative data. The subjects in this research were all students and teachers of class V at SDN 103/II Manggis, Bungo Regency, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection using interviews is a data collection technique carried out to obtain in-depth information from sources. Based on the results of the research, it shows that through the application of the Discovery Learning model with a Scientific Approach, it has a good impact on increasing students' learning activeness in science content, as can be seen from the increase in students' learning activeness in science from pre-action, namely by 23.07% until at the end of cycle II it increased to 84 .61%. Increasing students' learning activity occurs periodically from cycle I to cycle II by applying the Discovery Learning model syntax, namely stimulation, problem statement (problem identification), data collection, data processing, verification (proof) and generalization (drawing conclusions) and the Scientific Approach with the elements of observing, asking, collecting information/trying, reasoning/associating and communicating.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe digital transformation in education requires teachers to acquire skills in utilizing innovative, practical, and learner-centered instructional technologies. However, evaluations of previous training using the Moodle LMS at SMKN 5 Muara Bungo revealed that most teachers faced technical difficulties and failed to apply the training results due to the platform’s complexity. This community service program was designed to provide an alternative solution through training on user-friendly, flexible, and simplified web-based learning media. The implementation method consisted of several stages: preparation (needs assessment, program socialization, and media preparation), intensive two-day training, mentoring and evaluation, and a sustainability phase involving the establishment of a teacher learning community. The results indicate that 86% of teachers were able to explain the media’s main functions, 82% successfully integrated it into teaching modules, and 75% adapted content according to vocational learning needs. However, teachers’ ability to prepare written reports or reflections remained limited. Overall, the program successfully improved teachers’ digital competencies and enhanced the effectiveness of technology-based learning. Moving forward, continuous mentoring, adequate ICT infrastructure support, and the development of more contextual digital content are necessary to ensure the sustainability and broader impact of the program.Keywords: community service, web-based learning media, teacher competence, digital learningABSTRAKTransformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran yang inovatif, praktis, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Namun, hasil evaluasi terhadap pelatihan berbasis LMS Moodle di SMKN 5 Muara Bungo menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru mengalami kesulitan teknis dan tidak mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan karena kompleksitas fitur. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis web yang lebih sederhana, fleksibel, dan ramah pengguna. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan (observasi kebutuhan, sosialisasi, dan persiapan media), pelatihan intensif selama dua hari, pendampingan serta evaluasi, hingga tahap keberlanjutan berupa pembentukan komunitas belajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 86% guru mampu menjelaskan fungsi media, 82% berhasil mengintegrasikan media ke modul pembelajaran, dan 75% mampu mengadaptasi konten sesuai kebutuhan vokasional. Namun, kemampuan guru dalam menyusun laporan atau refleksi tertulis masih rendah. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Ke depan, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan, penyediaan infrastruktur TIK yang memadai, serta pengembangan konten digital kontekstual agar dampak pelatihan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: pengabdian masyarakat, media pembelajaran berbasis web, kompetensi guru, pembelajaran digital

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Augmented Reality (AR)-assisted learning module as an innovative medium to enhance the effectiveness of Informatics learning, particularly hardware concepts, for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Bungo. The Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) was employed. Instruments include validation sheets for content and design experts, practicality questionnaires for teachers and students, and pretest–posttest learning assessments. Findings indicate that the module is highly valid (92.55% content experts, 86.85% design experts), highly practical (89% teachers, 85.6% students), and effective (87% classical completeness, paired t‑test = 7.024, indicating significant improvement between pretest and posttest). The study is limited to hardware material and seventh-grade level, limiting broader generalization. Practically, the module offers an interactive learning medium that boosts motivation and comprehension. Socially, it contributes to integrating educational technology in schools. Its originality lies in integrating a printed module with AR technology tailored to local needs, offering contextual and relevant learning experiences.
