Abstract

AbstractThe title this research is “ the role of sociology teacher in fostering learning motivation of class XI IIS students at SMAN 5 Pontianak”. The pupose of this research is to understand teachers role as a motivator, director and faciliator in fostering learning motivation of class XI IIS students at SMAN 5 Pontianak. The method in this research is qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The techniques uset with obtain data in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of this research are one of the sociology teachers, Mrs uniek Prasetyaningrum and 6 students of XI IIS who have a low motivation in laerning. The result of this research shows that the role of sociology teacher are : (1) As a motivation, a teacher motivate students to study hard and gives warning to students. (2) teacher as a director has responsibility to make students discipline so they can learn well in classroom, monitoring, and controlling students behaviour so they will not break the rules in classroom. (3) teacher as facilitator has responsibility to provide facilities for students, like media in teaching learning process. Keywords : The role of sociology teacher, Learning motivation, Students

Abstract

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by hyperglicemia and associated with abnormalities in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolisms. Patients with DM in the world continue to increase along with population growths. Starting from this condition, searching for sources of DM treatment is always performed. One therapy of DM is a-glucosidase inhibitor. a-Glucosidase is an enzyme that can break down a complex carbohydrate into simple sugar. lhe inhibiton of this enzyme can retard the rate of carbohydrate digestion resulting in a delay in glucose absorption. The purpose of this studywas to identify the content of chemical compound and to test the a-glucosidase inhibitory activity in ethanolic extracts of some plants used as antidiabetic. a-Glucosidase inhibitory activity test carried out by spectrophotometric method. The simplisia powder was extracted by reflux using 80% ethanol. Based on a-glucosidase inhibitory activity test, all the plant extracts were active in inhibiting a-glucosidase. lhe three most active extracts were Ceiba pentandra (L.) Gaetern bark extract, Saccharum offcinarum root extract, and Persea americana Mill. bark extract with IC50 of 5.16, 10.35 and 10.83 ppm, respectively. They contain glycoside, tannin, and saponin. The test results of the kinetics enzyme inhibition showed that Randu bark extract had competitive inhibitory activity.

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan media gambar dan komik ilmiah dikarenakan memiliki bahasa umum yang dapat dimengerti dan dinikmati dimana-mana. Gambar berbicara lebih banyak dari pada seribu kata. Media gambar dan komik ilmiah merupakan peniruan dari benda-benda dan pemandangan dalam hal bentuk, rupa, serta ukurannya relatif terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan media komik ilmiah dengan media gambar di SMP Negeri 6 Langsa serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan media komik ilmiah dengan media gambar di SMP Negeri 6 Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 107 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) kelas paralel yaitu kelas VII-1, VII-2,VII-3, VII-4. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang siswa kelas VII-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen I (Media komik ilmiah) dan 20 orang siswa kelas VII-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen II (Media gambar). Hasil belajar dengan menggunakan media gambar didapat nilai rata-rasa sebesar 88,2 lebih lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar menggunakan media komik ilmiah sebesar 77,75. Selisih nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas VII adalah 10,25. Kesimpulannya adalah ada perbandingan hasil belajar menggunakan media komik ilmiah dengan media gambar dan besarnya perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan media komik ilmiah dengan media gambar di SMP Negeri 6 Langsa sebesar 10,25.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia. Anemia defisiensi besi adalah anemia yang terjadi akibat kurangnya zat besi yang diperlukan untuk sintesis hemoglobin akibat kekurangan zat besi. Untuk mengetahui simpanan zat besi tubuh dapat melakukan tes serum feritin. Namun pemeriksaan ini relatif mahal dan tidak selalu tersedia di semua layanan kesehatan. Pemeriksaan indeks eritrosit (MCV, MCH, MCHC) dapat digunakan untuk skrining anemia defisiensi besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai indeks eritrosit dengan kadar feritin serum pada pasien dengan diagnosa anemia defisiensi besi. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai indeks eritrosit dengan kadar feritin pada pasien anemia defisiensi besi di RS. Siloam Semanggi. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif, yaitu data rekam medis pasien dengan diagnosa anemia defisiensi besi di RS. Siloam Semanggi pada bulan Januari – Desember 2022 dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 pasien. Hasil: Hasil penelitian uji hubungan dengan menggunakan chi square menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara feritin dengan MCV dan MCHC. Indikator indeks eritrosit MCV menunjukan hasil tidak ada perbedaan bermakna dengan nilai p=0,037 (p<0,05) dan indikator MCHC menunjukan hasil yang sama yaitu tidak ada perbedaan bermakna dengan nilai p= 0,031 (p<0,05) dengan feritin. Sedangkan pada indikator MCH menunjukan hasil adanya perbedaan bermakna dengan nilai p= 0,236 (p>0,05). Simpulan: Diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak terdapat adanya perbedaan bermakna antara kadar serum feritin dengan nilai MCV dan MCHC, dan terdapat adanya perbedaan bermakna antara kadar serum feritin dengan nilai MCH pada pasien dengan diagnosa anemia defisiensi besi. Penurunan kadar feritin serum tidak selalu diikuti dengan penurunan kadar MCH, karena tergantung stadium defisiensi besi. Pada keadaan defisiensi besi stadium awal kadar feritin sudah turun tetapi MCH seringkali masih normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kompetensi sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh langsung kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja terhadap lingkungan kerja. Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah III Bone Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kusioner dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 36 responden. Hasil kusioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan skema model PLS dan evaluasi model, evaluasi inner model dengan uji koefisien determinan, uji kebaikan model dan uji hipotesis baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil olah data ini menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja. Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja Hasil penelitian secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dngan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an important factor for adolescents who are deaf. Self-confidence is a form of feeling confident about the ability that an individual has to be able to achieve life goals. To get confidence, parental support is needed. Parental support causes teenagers to feel comfortable, feel loved and cared for. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and self-confidence of adolescents with hearing impairment at SLB-B Pangudi Luhur. The research method is quantitative. Data obtained through questionnaires that have been tested first. The number of samples in this study were 63 subjects, who were Pangudi Luhur SMPLB and SMALB students aged 13-18 years. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the correlation coefficient between parental support and self-confidence is 0.609 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that there is a relationship between parental support and the confidence of adolescents with hearing impairment at the SLB-B Pangudi Luhur. This means that the higher parental support, the higher the confidence of adolescents with hearing impairment in the SLB-B Pangudi Luhur.

Abstract

This research study focuses on the problem of population administration services through the Healthy Ananda Service application for issuing birth certificates. Among them are complaints from the public regarding errors in inputting birth certificate data, socialization that has not been optimal, infrastructure that is still lacking, completeness of documents that are not on time or not in accordance with existing SOPs, and the lack of responsiveness of service staff. The theory used in this study is the theory put forward by Zeithaml, et al (1988:23) with 5 dimensions, namely (1) tangibles, (2) reliability, (3) responsiveness, (4) assurance, (5) empathy. This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Services Using the Healthy Ananda Service Application at the Population and Civil Registry Office of the City of Sukabumi in 2021-2022, as well as to find out what the inhibiting and supporting factors are. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that based on the five dimensions, namely the first, the tangibles aspect is quite good because there are still deficiencies in terms of infrastructure, such as leaky waiting rooms and narrow parking lots. Then the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show good results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasikan Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Kreativitas Siswa Kelas 4 Di SDN 4 Pemenang Barat Kecamatan Pemenang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 4 pemenang barat kecamatan pemenang pada siswa kelas 4 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informasi yang dikumpulkan adalah berasal dari kepala sekolah, guru kelas 4, serta siswa kelas 4 di SDN 4 pemenang barat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan Hasil penelitian ini dalam Pengimplementasian Project Based Learning Membahas Dua Poin Penting Yaitu: 1) Pada Pengimplementasian Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa terdapat perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. 2) Dampak positif yang di temukan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran project based learning yaitu peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif dan inovatif serta mengembangkan kreativitas serta dapat meningkatkan inovasi yang ada pada peserta didik.

Abstract

As a public official, a Notary has the task of making deeds. The deed is an authentic piece of evidence to prove that a legal action has occurred between the two parties. Every authentic deed made by a Notary creates legal certainty. Therefore, notaries are required to always be careful and thorough in carrying out their official duties. However, in practice, in carrying out their duties, quite a few Notaries experience problems related to the deeds they make. Like the case that occurred in Supreme Court Decision Number 20 Pk/Pid/2020. Where the Notary is proven to have committed an unlawful act in making the deed and this results in the deed being invalidated. The cancellation of the notarial deed will result in the agreement between the two parties being no longer binding and all processes of transferring rights based on the deed becoming invalid and deemed to have never occurred. For this reason, it is hoped that notaries will always apply the principle of prudence, uphold dignity and professional code of ethics so that they remain wise in carrying out their official duties without harming any party.
