Abstract

Risks of women’s SRHR is increasing due to limited access to water and food in climate change policy. Women’s vulnerability is very high regarding the masculinity of climate-related policy—specifically the minimum representation and participation of women in decision-making. This problematical situation has mounted women’s burden with the changing pattern of climate since women are having difficulties in managing their livelihood. This study found that mainstreaming gender is not being implemented in climate-change related policy in Banyumas and Jepara. In many cases, women are being marginalized and the aims of development does not touch the SDG Post-2015.

Abstract

This study proposes to determine the board management structure, bad debt, and efficiency of the profitability of the Islamic banks during 2007-2017 period. The quantitative data has been analyzed by using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the variable dependent. Furthermore, the statistic tools used in the data process is Stata version 13. This study shows that the board of directors of the parent bank has a negative and significant influence on profitability. The problem financing has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Likewise, the ratio of operational costs also has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Thus, the existence of a parent bank's board of management to improve the performance of Islamic banks needs to be considered because it has not been able to provide an optimal contribution. In addition, the significant amount of financing quality and the use of inefficient operational costs have been a problem of improving profits from Islamic banks. Keywords: parent bank, bad debt, efficiency, profitability, Islamic banks

Abstract

Small sides games merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan sepak bola yang memungkinkan pemain untuk melakukan lebih banyak passing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan small sided games terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing siswa SSB Bina Taruna Tambakromo Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SSB Bina Taruna Tambakromo yang berusia 14 tahun dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Intsrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes mengoper bola rendah yang disusun oleh Subagyo Irianto dalam abdul karim dengan tingkat validitas sebesar 0,653 dan tingkat reabilitas sebesar 0,879. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t melalui uji prasyarat uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,74 > 1,73), hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan small sides games terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing siswa SSB Bina Taruna Tambakromo. Berdasarkan perbedaan hasil rata-rata (mean difference) dari pre-test dan post-test maka dapat diketahui besarnya persentase peningkatan akurasi passing siswa SSB Bina Taruna Tambakromo sebesar 38,61%.

Abstract

One of the superior products that distinguish between Islamic banks and conventional banks is Rahn or a pawn. However, these products are not owned by all Islamic banks. Furthermore, one of the sharia banks that have gold Rahn products or sharia gold pawn financing is Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), where BSM is also the largest Islamic bank with assets in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the use of Islamic bank gold pawn financing for the community. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with primary data. The sample used is customers of the BSM Tomang Raya Branch who have gold pawn financing facilities, amounting to 30 customers. The research questions are (i) What are the characteristics of the customers of sharia gold pawn financing;(ii) How is the use of Islamic gold pawn financing. The results of the research show that the majority of the age range of customers for sharia gold pawn financing is productive age (30-49 years), the majority of the sexes are women, the occupation of the majority of customers is private employees, the majority of customers› income is> IDR 5,000,000 per month. , the majority of customer education is S-1 and the religion of the majority of customers is Muslim. In addition, the use of borrowed money from sharia gold pawn financing is intended for consumer needs.

Abstract

Berpikir aljabar merupakan representasi dari aktivitas maupun kemampuan dalam mempelajari aljabar sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa SMP Kelas VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tes kemampuan berpikir aljabar pada siswa. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil tes, siswa dikelompokkan berdasarkan kemampuan berpikir aljabar mereka yang terdiri dari kelompok tingkat tinggi, kelompok tingkat sedang, dan kelompok tingkat rendah. Dari masing-masing kelompok tersebut dipilih dua subjek sebagai perwakilan untuk diwawancara lebih lanjut terkait kemampuan berpikir aljabar mereka. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan generasional, transformasional, dan level-meta global sudah terlihat pada sebagian siswa kelas VIII. Siswa yang termasuk dalam kelompok tingkat tinggi mempunyai kemampuan generasional, transformasional, dan level-meta global yang cenderung tinggi. Sedangkan siswa dalam kelompok rendah mempunyai kemampuan transformasional yang cenderung rendah, kemampuan generasional yang rendah sampai sedang, dan kemampuan level-meta global yang rendah sampai sedang. Algebraic thinking is a representation of activities and abilities to learn school algebraic. The aim of this research was to determine the ability of eighth grade junior high school students in algebraic thinking. The method used in this research was the qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted with giving a test of algebraic thinking skills to the students. Furthermore, based on test results, students are grouped according to their algebraic thinking skills which consists of a high­level group, moderate­level group and low­level group. From each group, two subjects were selected to be interviewed more related their algebraic thinking skills, as a representative for their each group. Analytical results from this research indicated that the ability in generational, transformational, and global meta­level activities is already visible in some eighth grade students. Students were included in the high­level group tend to have high skill in generational, transformational, and global meta­level activities. While students were included in the low­level group tend to have low skill in transformational ability, low to medium skill in generational ability, and low to medium skill in global meta­level ability.

Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini banyak ibu rumah tangga memiliki bisnis sampingan yang sesuai dengan keterampilan dan hobi mereka. Adapun tujuan dari bisnis sampingan tersebut adalah untuk membantu kebutuhan keuangan rumah tangga mereka. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa ibu rumah tangga yang juga pengusaha perempuan memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga. Namun demikian, terdapat kesulitan dari ibu rumah tangga dalam memasarkan produk dan layanan mereka. Pengabdian ini melaksanakan sosialisasi terkait cara membuat akun e-commerce dan menggunakannya sebagai alternatif untuk menjual produk dan layanan mereka. Selain itu, hasil dari kegiatan layanan masyarakat internasional ini adalah bahwa ibu rumah tangga dapat menjual produk dan layanan mereka melalui e-commerce. Menurut hasil survei pada kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diketahui bahwa hambatan bagi ibu rumah tangga adalah masih rendahnya pendidikan mereka dimana 65% dari mereka memiliki pendidikan sekolah menengah. Juga, kepemilikan aplikasi internet banking dan mobile banking masih rendah, yaitu 35%. Dengan demikian, kepemilikan yang rendah atas aplikasi internet banking dan mobile banking membuat mereka kesulitan untuk menjual produk dan layanannya melalui e-commerce. Semua peserta sosialisasi menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan menambah pengetahuan mereka. Selanjutnya untuk dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan mereka adalah melalui perbaikan kemasan produk dan layanan mereka untuk membuatnya lebih menarik bagi pembeli. Abstract The current phenomenon is that many homemakers have a side business following their skills and hobbies that aim to help their household financial needs. Previous research has shown that homemakers who are also women entrepreneurs have a significant contribution to family welfare. However, there are difficulties from homemakers in marketing their products and services. The method used in this international community service is socialization related to how to create an e-commerce account and use it as an alternative to selling their products and services. Furthermore, the outcome of this service activity is that homemakers can sell their products and services through e-commerce. According to the survey results on this socialization activity, it is known that the obstacle for homemakers is that education is still low, 65% of them have high school and junior high school education. Also, internet banking and mobile banking application ownership are still small, at 35%. Thus, the low ownership of internet banking and mobile banking applications has made it difficult for them to sell through e-commerce. All participants of the socialization stated that this activity was useful and increased their knowledge. Next to be able to increase their sales turnover is through improvements to the packaging of their products and services to make it more attractive to buyers. Abstract

This article aims to analyze the conditions and success tips of micro and small women entrepreneurs during the covid-19 pandemic. This article is the output of community service lecturers at Mercu Buana University. The method used is socialization for micro and small women entrepreneurs assisted by the North Meruya Village, West Jakarta, Indonesia. Moreover, the article method uses descriptive data supported by primary data collected from eight micro and small women entrepreneurs who participated in the socialization. The result of this socialization activity is that it is known that the sales turnover of micro and small entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic has decreased significantly. However, there are tips for micro, and small women entrepreneurs who can survive and increase their sales turnover through e-commerce in promoting, marketing, and selling their products and services. This study implies that micro and small women entrepreneurs need to innovate in running their businesses and maintain their sales turnover by switching to the business transaction process supported by digital applications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurship education, the use of social media and the availability of information affect the interest in entrepreneurship, to determine whether self-efficacy affects the interest in entrepreneurship, to determine whether self-efficacy is able to moderate entrepreneurial education to the interest in entrepreneurship, to determine whether self-efficacy is able to moderate the use of social media on the interest in entrepreneurship and to find out whether self-efficacy is able to moderate the availability of information on the interest in entrepreneurship. The total population in this study amounted to 374 students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Harapan University Medan, and the sample taken was 30% from 374 to 112 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA.The results showed that entrepreneurship education, use of social media and availability of information had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy had an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy moderated the effect of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship, self -efficacy did not moderate the effect of using social media on interest in entrepreneurship, and self-efficacy did not moderate the effect of information availability on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Business Economics, Universitas Harapan
