Abstract

Use of plastic bags in modern life looks very fast, causing a higher level of human dependence on plastic. This is due to the fact that plastic is a practical wrapper or container that looks clean, easy to get, durable, and is also cheap. In Banyuwangi, in terms of policies to reduce the use of plastic bags is BWI MEDATIK (Banyuwangi Merdeka of Plastic). But in this case, there are still many people who use plastic bags. That is due to the lack of equitable socialization, carried out by the DLH government (Department of the Environment) so that the presence of plastic is still circulating in Banyuwangi District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, using observation data collection techniques, guided free interviews, and documentation. In conducting strategies to reduce the use of plastic offices, researchers used the POAC approach, namely: planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, and using the SWOT approach, namely: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results of the study are that the government does not provide evenly disseminated information about reducing the use of plastic bags to all communities in Banyuwangi District, so that many people still use plastic bags. That is because, the government has not issued an absolute policy on reducing the use of plastic bags, so the use of plastic bags is considered trivial by the people in Banyuwangi District.

Abstract

Implementation Regulation Regulation Number 29 Of 2019 Concerning Deletion Of Fine Taxes And Building Administration Taxes In Banyuwangi Distric (Study of Implementation of Regent Regulation Number 29 Year 2019 In Efforts to Increase Community Compliance Paying Taxesat Revenue Agency Office of Banyuwangi) This study aims to determine the application of the Regent's Regulation Number 29 of 2019 concerning the Elimination of Sanctions for the Administration of Land and Building Taxes for Rural and Urban Land in the context of the National Day and Banyuwangi Anniversary for the period 1994 to 2018. The researcher also wants to know the effect of the policy of eliminating sanctions. land and building tax administration in rural and urban areas towards the level of community compliance in paying taxes. This research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Banyuwangi Regency. In collecting data researchers used observation techniques, interviews and accompanied by documentation from the data sources studied. The data that researchers obtain both primary and secondary data are categorized according to the type of data required. Then the data were analyzed using qualitative methods the results of which will be described in a description. The results showed that the application of the policy of eliminating fines for administrative sanctions on land and building tax in rural and urban areas had gone well. An increase in public compliance in paying taxes. This can be seen from the increase in land and building tax revenue in rural and urban areas, especially the United Nations tax receivables compared to the previous year's UN tax receivables

Abstract

Government Function in Handling Themes and Securities. This study aims to analyze the function of government in handling beggars and buskers in Banyuwangi District. The method used is related to the handling of beggars and buskers, namely: descriptive qualitative based on the principle of William N. Dunn. The results of this study prove that the government has not succeeded in making efforts to deal with beggars and buskers because the poor continue to beg and busking. In the efforts carried out as regulated in Law Number 35 Year 2014, Regarding: Child Protection and Regional Regulations of Banyuwangi, Number 11 Year 2014 Regarding: Public Order and Peace of Society. the government should be able to make policies and implement them well so that they can deal with problems in handling beggars and buskers in Banyuwangi District. The goal is to be right on target in handling and providing solutions to beggars and buskers.

Abstract

Implementation Of Regent Regulation Number 11 Of 2018 Concerning Pembiayaan Persiapan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Yang Dibebankan Kepada Masyarakat (Study In Kepundungan Village Srono District Banyuwangi Regency).The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence in order to Implementation of Bupati Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning Pembiayaan Persiapan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap Yang Dibebankan Kepada Masyarakat (Study in Kepundungan Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency). The method used in the study is a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The sample was selected using a purposive sample technique in which the sampling of data sources with certain considerations ie the source of the data was considered the most knowledgeable about what was studied. While data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) study in Kepundungan Village, Srono Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in terms of George Edward III theory, included clarity of communication and human resources, as a whole is not optimal. This is based on the results of interviews and observations that have been carried out, where village officials as informants provide information to researchers for research needs.
