Web-based public services has become an important part in supporting the success of a university, but from the web-based service is still a lot that was difficult to use and does not function properly. This study was conducted to evaluate whether Janabadra University website has had the acceptability criteria of usability testing. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires distributed research consisted of 19 questions grouped into five variables usability. Based on the data processing result that the mean score of overall usability testing to measure website usage Janabadra University Yogyakarta to Learnability aspects of 3.42, efficiency of 3.39, memorability of 3.32, an error of 3.66 and 3.27 for satisfaction by respondents. From these results indicate that the website of University of Yogyakarta Janabadara already Quite Easy to use, but there are still some things that need to be improved especially in terms of memorability for a typical animated images and aspects of Satisfaction in finding other equipment that support as share files and chat.Keyword : Evaluation, Usability testing , Website Universitas Janabadra

Every parent wants the presence of a child. The child expected by parents is a perfect child without any flaws. In fact, there is no human being without flaws. Humans are not the same as one another. Whatever the circumstances, humans are uniquely created by the Creator. Understanding of children with special needs is biological, psychological, socio-cultural. Children with special needs are children who require special treatment because of developmental disorders and abnormalities experienced by children.The purpose of this study is related to designing and developing an automated expert system application for the identification of children with special needs in detecting the characteristics seen in children, which can help parents or the general public, so that they can find out early on the child's condition. This application uses a rule based system method, namely forward chaining which is a heuristic method used for application development in this study.Based on the results of trials on 20 respondents using the system usability scale (SUS) method, it obtained an average score of 69.37. These results indicate that the expert system for identifying children with special needs in detecting the characteristics seen in children that has been designed and built is categorized as good and feasible to use.Keywords: Sistem Pakar, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus,Rule Based System.

Chicken farming is a profitable business for both breeding broilers and native chickens. In the chicken farm business, disease is one of the risks that must be faced by breeders. Expert systems are Artificial Intelligence which make special extensions to specialization of knowledge to solve a problem. Human Expert is someone who is an expert in a certain field of science. The inference method used is Certainty Factor, which has more than one rule and consists of several premises that are connected with AND or OR. The data entered is in the form of symptoms leading to a conclusion, namely the conclusion of the disease suffered and providing solutions regarding treatment and prevention suggestions based on the visible symptoms of the chicken's physical appearance. Design and build expert systems capable of identifying diseases and providing information on how to deal with them to chicken breeders. In the results of the trial, it can be concluded that the application can run well and provides an alternative in using android-based broiler and laying disease diagnosis systems and chicken farm owners can diagnose the disease early before the disease spreads to healthy chickens. The first semester of 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic took place, resulting in many countries implementing massive social restrictions. And one of the solutions provided by the government is through the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 84 of 2020 regarding the implementation of vaccinations in the context of dealing with the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. This vaccine is expected to be one of the solutions to prevent transmission and prevent the risk of spreading COVID-19. This study aims to design and build an application for the classification of vaccine recipients based on their urgency according to their priority scale based on predetermined criteria and sub-criteria. Vaccination is given based on the order where priority is given to the frontline who are dealing directly with the COVID-19 pandemic. This research implements the K-Nearest Neighbor method based on Euclidean distance. This method was chosen because it is simple, easy to learn and effective in determining distance. In the process of classifying vaccine recipients, several criteria are needed, namely gender, occupation, age, pregnancy and medical history based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out. Then in determining the weight value for each criterion/attribute, and a ranking process is carried out which results in a decision to be used as a recommendation for the recipient of the covid-19 vaccine.Keywords: Vaccine, Covid-19, K-Nearest Neighbor, Euclidean distance

This study aims to design interactive multimedia for computer network courses with Android-based so that it can be accessed via smartphone. Computer Network course is one of compulsory subjects in Informatics Engineering course. With the realization of multimedia is expected to shorten the learning time of students, and students can more easily understand the material of computer networks rather than through the tutorial tutorial as usual, and is expected to improve learning achievement. This multimedia realization chose to use the Android operating system to be accessible memlaui smartphone that is currently widely used by the students. This interactive multimedia presents theories, simulations and problems as the evaluation of computer network learning. The results of this interactive multimedia will be tested through the test instrument to the students on the study program of Inormatika Technique of Janabadra University. Instrument test used to know student achievement. Test instrument used is a questionnaire instrument to determine the quality of interactive multimedia computer network courses. Multimedia is designed using the main software such as Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, and Macromedia Authorware and Eclipse 4.2 along with supporting applications. The material to be delivered on interactive multimedia is tailored to the syllabus of computer network courses on Strata 1 level. The expected research output is in the form of teaching materials for the enrichment of computer network subjects and multimedia technology. Often times consumers have difficulty in determining the brand and type of digital camera that will be purchased, this is due to so many brands and competitive prices offered by the digital camera manufacturer. Required a system that can select and classify criteria selected by consumer.The purpose of this research is to design and build prototype of digital camera selection decision system that can help provide solution and recommendation to prospective buyer of digital camera using MADM (Multi Atribute Dicision Making) with Weighted Product (WP) method. The prototype of this decision support system is designed to have six digital camera criteria including camera brands desired by potential buyers, prices from digital cameras, resolutions desired by buyers, desired zoom size, camera lenses and batteries from digital cameras. according to the needs and criteria desired. Water is an important nutrient needed by the body. Dehydration is a condition when human body tissue loses fluids abnormally and this is very often underestimated so that sometimes severe dehydration can cause death. However, for now the detection of dehydration is only based on the analysis of the health team with several clinical signs of dehydration. From these problems, it is necessary to have research related to automation systems to detect levels of dehydration that can be used by ordinary people, so as to reduce the number of dehydration sufferers who are not treated because they do not know the symptoms of dehydration from the start.The purpose of this study is to develop a screening application to identify the level of dehydration in the human body that combines CBR (case base reasoning) and CF (certainty factor) methods to achieve higher accuracy values. With this screening application, it is hoped that users can easily and quickly find out the level of dehydration they experience based on the symptoms they feel and also get information about solutions for treatment or treatment that need to be done before coming to the health center or to the doctor.Based on the results of the screening application trial of 15 respondents to identify the level of dehydration in the body, it showed 60.03% stated good with an average overall score of 3.87 for the user interface aspect. The software engineering aspect shows 53.35% states good (agree) with an average overall assessment score of 3.92 which indicates that the screening application system developed and made can be used as a reference to help users or users determine the level of dehydration of the body.
