Abstract

The results in this study indicate that the variables of relational capabilities and have a significant influence on value creation and market performance,. For the dynamic market capabilities variable which acts as a moderating variable, in this study the variable dynamic market capabilities is not able to moderate positively between the variables of relational capabilities with value creation and market performance This study aims to determine relation capabilities, on interest in value creation and market performance with dynamic market capabilities as a moderating variable (research study on owner brand clothing in Medan city). The research design used moderated multiple linear regression analysis. as an analytical tool to find out how the influence between the independent and dependent variables is moderated by the moderating variable. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study, namely for the population based on owner brand clothing in Medan city with a sample of 101owner brand clothing in medan city.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment in Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah IV Provinsi Sumatera Utara. And to find out whether job satisfaction can strengthen the relationship between servant leadership and organizational culture towards organizational commitment in Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah IV Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is the number of employees in Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah IV Provinsi Sumatera Utara, totaling 130 people who focus on employees in the field of general administration and human resources (HR) and the sample used in this study is a saturated sample of 130 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the MRA statistical test, it was found that job satisfaction variable was a moderator in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction variable was also a moderator in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee work effectiveness (a case study at the Control and Order Division of the Medan City Department of Transportation). The sample used in this study were 104 employees at the Medan City Transportation Agency. This research was conducted at the Medan City Transportation Service Office, which is located at Jalan Imam Bonjol No.61 Suka Damai, Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra 20157. This research is planned from March 2020 to May 2020. The Emotional Intelligence variable has a t-count value of 8,962, which means that the t-count is greater than the t-table value which is 1.9837 and has a sig value. t for emotional intelligence variable of 0.000 is smaller than alpha of 0.05. This shows that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive influence on the effectiveness of employees at the Medan City Transportation Agency. Then the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The motivation variable has a t-count value of 4,439 which means that the t-count is greater than the t-table value of 1.9837 and has a sig value. t for the motivation variable of 0.013 is smaller than the alpha of 0.05. This shows that the motivation variable has a positive influence on the effectiveness of employees at the Medan City Transportation Agency. Then the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has a t-count value of 3.128, which means that the t-count is greater than the t-table value of 1.9837 and has a sig value. t for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable is 0.002 smaller than the alpha of 0.05. This shows that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has a positive influence on the effectiveness of employees at the Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan. Then the alternative hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan dengan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel mediasi dan pelatihan sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Utara Bagian Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM – Smart Parsial Least Square dan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 135 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 135 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sample yang juga mewakili jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pengembangan karir memediasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pelatihan memoderasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan. Dengan demikian, meskupun efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap retensi, pengembangan diri dan pelatihan tidak memainkan peran yang signifikan baik mediasi maupun moderasi.
