Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode eksperimen berbasis KIT IPA dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pesawat sederhana siswa kelas V SDN 2 Purwasana Kecamatan Punggelan Kabupaten  Banjarnegara.  Jenis  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian  tindakan  kelas yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus pembelajaran. Tiap siklus pembelajaran terdiri atas (1) perencanaan (2) pelaksanaan (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan meliputi silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar kerja siswa, buku siswa, dan lembar evaluasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, lembar aktivitas siswa mengikuti pembelajaran, serta angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Kurikulum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (2006) dengan materi pokok energi dan perubahannya sub materi pesawat sederhana.Adapun data yang dianalisis sebagai hasil penelitian meliputi: (1) hasil belajar  siswa,  (2)  aktivitas  guru  dalam  mengelola  pembelajaran,  (3)  aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, (4) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diikutinya.Dari hasil analisis diperoleh: (1) hasil belajar ranah kognitif dengan rata- rata kelas 78,52 dengan kategori ?tuntas? dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 89% dengan kategori ?tuntas?, (2) aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran mencapai persentase ketercapaian 86,17% berada dalam kategori ?sangat baik?, (3) aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran mencapai kategori ?efektif?, (4) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran mencapai kategori ?positif? yaitu senang, baru, berminat, dan jelas. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan metode eksperimen berbasis KIT IPA. Kata Kunci: Metode ekspermen berbasis KIT IPA, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aims to assess the mosque empowerment index formula based on Maqashid Sharia. This formula serves as an instrument to measure the level of mosque empowerment in Bogor, Indonesia. It consists of six criteria based on the Maqashid Sharia, including protecting religion, life, intellect, lineage, property, and the environment. The data analysis technique employs the Analytical Network Process (ANP) in conjunction with the Super Decision 2.10 software to construct the index model structure. The results of the formula calculation in each of the three model mosques revealed significant discrepancies. The Andalusia Mosque has achieved a remarkable score of 0.96, positioning it as the top-ranking mosque in terms of its significant degree of empowerment within the local community. The following mosque is the Ar-Rahman Mosque, which has a value of 0.69 and is classified as an empowered mosque. Finally, the Al-Muhaajirin mosque has a value of 0.57, indicating that it belongs to the group of quite empowered mosques and can be given priority consideration for help in the future. Specifically, this study becomes the first comprehensive assessment of mosque empowerment in Indonesia by utilizing the Maqashid Sharia Index across three mosques.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is an organization that combines traditionalism and accommodationism with the concept of "Aswaja" as its main way of thinking. NU uses three methods (qawliy, ilhaqiy, and manhajiy) in answering legal problems. On the other hand, Muhammadiyah is an organization that emphasizes tajdid (renewal) and ijtihad in the understanding of Islam, using the methods of ijtihad bayaniy, ijtihad qiyasiy, and ijtihad al-istislahiy.  This research uses literature methods and legal approaches with primary data sources in the form of fatwas of NU, Muhammadiyyah, and banking laws, as well as secondary sources in the form of books, journals, and documents related to the research theme. This article concludes that there are different methods of determining the law on bank interest, NU uses the ilhaqi method, while Muhammadiyah uses qiyas. These differences give birth to the dynamics of legal determination due to differences in methodology. The decision of NU  and  Muhammadiyah despite various polarizations (points of similarity and difference) in the process of determining bank interest law. Thesefatwas, directly or indirectly, through the MUI ultimately have implications for Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking

Abstract

Moral and character education faces great challenges in today's modern society. Moral education for children is often hampered by their increasingly modern and complex environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The data used to explore, analyse, and interpret this research comes from primary data sources, namely books on neuroscience, education, hifdz al-'Aql, and secondary data from scientific journals, articles, documents, and relevant digital sources. The purpose of this research is to integrate neuroscience methods with hifdz al-'Aql in children's moral education with the aim of developing better character building strategies. The findings of this study show that the combination of neuroscience and the principle of hifdz al-'Aql can provide a comprehensive approach to moral education, by understanding that the moral learning process does not only depend on the delivery of values, but also on the development of children's brains and cognitive abilities. This research confirms, this interdisciplinary use has the potential to produce an educational framework that is more flexible and responsive to the challenges of the times, providing teachers with more efficient tools to prepare a generation that is more in line with its nature.

Abstract

The scholars have different theories concerning Islam coming to Nusantara. They believed that the first community to accept Islam was the residents of the coastal areas of Sumatera, Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua. Afterward, Islam was disseminated to rural areas throughout the Nusantara including fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), one of the fundamental teachings of Islam. This reception was surely through a long process and resistance from the indigenous residents of the Nusantara who already had local religions and beliefs practiced continuously by hereditary generations. Badui in Banten and Kampung Naga, West Java were indigenous residents of the island. This article seeks to discuss the negotiating process of fiqh among Badui and Kampung Naga’s communities from historical and anthropological viewpoints. This article argues that the negotiating of fiqh by the community of Badui is limited to particular cases such as marriage and inheritance. While the community of Kampung Naga receives the majority of fiqh. The negotiating of fiqh in both communities was influenced strongly by their interaction with outside communities and also state power.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perwatakan dan nilai moral tokoh utama pada novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata dan novel Mimpi Anak Pulau karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Perwatakan dari setiap tokoh utama terdiri atas sifat peduli, baik hati, terampil, pantang menyerah, pintar, temperamen, setia kawan, jujur, pengaggum, penyabar dan percaya diri. Pada nilai moral menurut teori Emile Dhurkem   terbia atas disiplin, kelekatan, dan otonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif komperatif yakni mendeskripsikan perwatakan dan nilai moral tokoh utama novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata dan novel Mimpi Anak Pulau karya Abidah El Khalieqy, yang dilanjutkan derngan membandingkan perwatakan dan nilai moral dari masing-masing tokoh. Data diperoleh dengan membaca novel Laskar Pelangi dan novel Mimpi Anak Pulau yang berupa kutipan kata-kata yang memiliki kaitan dengan perwatakan dan nilai moral pada tokoh utama. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan perbandingan perwatakkan dan nilai moral dari kedua tokoh utama dalam ke dua novel, yang terletak pada persamaan dan perbedaan. Persamaan perwatakan dari kedua tokoh terletak pada sifat peduli sesama, baik hati, terampil, pintar, dan pantang menyerah. Sedangkan perbedaan perwatakan dari kedua tokoh utama terletak pada sifat temperamen, pemerhati, setia kawan, jujur, pengaggum, penyabar, dan percaya diri. Sedangkan untuk nilai moral dari kedua  tokoh utama hanya terdapat persamaan sebagai berikut disiplin yaitu dapat membedakan anatar kepentingan untuk dirinya sendiri dengan kepentingan bersama, kelekatan yaitu saling memahami antara sesama dan selalu menyertakan orang lain dalam memutuskan sesuatu, otonom yaitu saling membantu, dapat menahan hawa nafsu dan saling mengingatkan. Perbedaan dari ke tiga aspek nilai moral tersebut di dalam kedua novel pada kedua tokoh utama tidak ditemukanya perbedaan. Kata kunci: nilai moral, novel, perwatakan, tokoh utama ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the character and moral values of the main characters in the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata and the novel Mimpi Anak Pulau by Abidah El Khalieqy. The character of each main character consists of caring, kind, skilled, unyielding, smart, temperament, loyal friends, honest, admiring, patient and confident. On moral values according to the theory of Emile Dhurkem terbia on discipline, attachment, and autonomy. The method used in this research is a comparative descriptive method that describes the character and moral values of the main characters of the novel Laskar Pelangi by Andrea Hirata and the novel Mimpi Anak Pulau by Abidah El Khalieqy. Which is continued by comparing the character and moral values of each figure. Data were obtained by reading the novel Laskar Pelangi and the novel Mimpi Anak Pulau in the form of quotations of words that have to do with the character and moral values of the main characters. The results of this study describe the comparison of the character and moral values of the two main characters in the two novels, which lie in the similarities and differences. The similarity of the character of the two characters lies in the nature of caring for each other, kind -hearted, skilled, smart, and unyielding. While the difference in character of the two main characters lies in the nature of temperament, observer, loyal friend, honest, admirer, patient, and confident. As for the moral values of the two main characters there are only similarities as follows discipline that can distinguish between interests for themselves with common interests, attachment that is mutual understanding between each other and always include others in deciding something, autonomy that is mutual help, can restrain lust and remind each other. The differences from the three aspects of moral values in the two novels in the two main characters are not found differences.Keyword: moral values, novel, characterization, comparative literature, main characters
