Abstract

Counterproductive work behaviour atau CWB adalah pelanggaran terhadap norma organisasi, perilaku destruktif atau disfungsional yang merugikan organisasi. Counterproductive bisa menyebabkan penurunan produktiftas kerja. Salah satu yang menjadi kunci penyebab counterproductive adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Karyawan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja akan berpikir untuk melakukan counterproductive. Disisi lain LOC juga berperan dalam mengendalikan diri atas peristiwa yang terjadi dalam hidup sehingga diharapkan variable ini mampu memperkut hubungan diantara dua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji LOC sebagai mediasi pada hubungan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap counterproductive work behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling dan melibatkan 72 partisipan yang bekerja di STIKES Banyuwangi. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala Kepuasan Kerja, counterproductive work behaviour scale,dan LOC scale. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LOC memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan counterproductive work behaviour. Dimana ketika LOC tinggi maka akan memperkuat kepuasan kerja sehingga kontraproduktif akan menurun.

Abstract

Introduction : The Covid-19 pandemic had affected of higher education, especially Nursing students in online clinical practice learning. The impact of online learning was students difficulties and limitations in direct clinical learning. A significant decrease in the statistical value of nursing practice pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Academic resilience is very important and needed by students to overcome academic challenges difficulties and demands during a pandemic. Academic resilience shows students capacity to overcome difficulties related to education and learning through adaptive responses by using self-regulated learning (SRL). This study aims to examine the role of SRL as a mediator between social support and academic resilience for undergraduate nursing students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods : This study uses a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional research design. The research sample consisted of 244 Bachelor of Nursing students PTN/PTS, taken using a purposive sampling technique. The inclusion criteria are Bachelor of Nursing students academic year 2018-2021 who have carried out clinical practice in hospitals and other practice areas, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The measuring instrument used are the MSPSS scale, the ARS-30 scale, and the SRL scale. Data analysis used Process Hayes Version 4.0 regression analysis with the IBM SPSS version 25 for windows program. Results: Statistical test results show a positive and significant relationship between social support and academic resilience directly (β=0.9920; p=0.000) or partially mediated by SRL (β=0.4640; p=0.000, LLCCI=0.2625 ;ULCI=0.6655). Conclusion : The important influence of social support on academic resilience occurs directly or indirectly mediated by SRL. The higher the social support, the higher the SRL which ultimately increases academic resilience.

Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic had affected of higher education, especially nursing students in online clinical practice learning. The impact of online learning was students difficulties and limitations in direct clinical learning. A significant decrease in the statistical value of nursing practice pre-pandemic and during the pandemic in this situation, students with adaptive responses through their capacity used self-regulated learning (SRL) and academic resilience strategies. This study aimed to examine the role of SRL as a mediator of the correlation between self-efficacy and academic resilience at bachelor of nursing students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The research sample consisted of 138 bachelor of nursing students at a health institution in East Java, taken using purposive sampling techniques. The inclusion criteria were bachelor of nursing students, who had practiced clinial at hospitals or other practice areas, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instrument used self-efficacy scale (17 items), academic resilience scale (25 items), and SRL scale (39 items). Data analysis used analyze regression Process Hayes Version 4.0 with the IBM SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 25 program for windows. Results: The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between self-efficacy and academic resilience, either directly (β=1.396, p=0.000) or partially mediated by SRL (β=0.7126, p=0.000), which mean that students with high self-efficacy can increase academic resilience with the mediating role of SRL.Conclusion: Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience, either directly or partially mediated by SRL.  Keywords: Academic Resilience, Self-Efficacy, Self-Regulated Learning.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR), especially hospital employees, are an important and crucial component in hospital services, hence hospitals should carry out a mechanism to maintain human resources by paying attention to employee job satisfaction and evaluating employee performance to improve optimal hospital services and quality. This research aimed to determine the level of employee satisfaction in management and management policies in RSUD Genteng. The study was performed on March to May 2024. The population were 409 employees with 200 samples. Based on the results of research, the score of employee satisfaction on management policies in RSUD Genteng Banyuwangi was 83.403. It showed the employees were satisfied and the quality was B. The study consisted of 8 elements, and each showed result as follows (1) Hospital plan element obtained a score of 83.00 showing that the employees were satisfied (quality B); (2) Elements of organizational behavior towards employees obtained 82.75 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (3) Work issue element obtained 85.14 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (4) Management element obtained 82.87 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (5) Supervision issue elements obtained 83.47 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (6) Elements of HR maintenance and development issues obtained 83.37 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (7) Elements of compensation issues and benefits received by employees obtained 83.75 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B); (8) Performance issue elements obtained 82.85 showing the employees were satisfied (quality B).

Abstract

Kehamilan ibu hamil trimester III memerlukan penanganan serius, karena berdampak terhadap kesehatan fisik dan emosional ibu hamil. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan kecemasan dengan terapi dzikir (terapi non-farmakologis). Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh terapi dzikir terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil pada trimester III. Desain penelitian dengan Quasi experimental, pendekatan pre-test dan post-test Control design. Sampel yang terlibat berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 36 ibu hamil trimester ketiga. Intervensi diberikan pada kelompok perlakuan dengan ANC standar, edukasi kesehatan sesuai buku KIA, dan terapi dzikir membaca Tasbih, Tahmid, Takbir, Tahlil dan Hauqalah dibaca masing- masing secara bergantian sebanyak 33 kali selama 15 menit, sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberikan ANC standar dan edukasi kesehatan sesuai buku KIA. Instrumen untuk mengukur kecemasan dengan kuesioner PRAQ-R2. Analisis data menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat (Mann-Whitney) serta program SPSS. Hasil penelitian sebelum intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan, ibu hamil dengan kecemasan ringan sebesar 72.2%, sedangkan kelompok kontrol dengan kecemasan ringan sebesar 77.8%. Setelah intervensi pada kelompok perlakuan, ibu hamil dengan kecemasan ringan sebesar 100%, sedangkan kelompok kontrol dengan kecemasan ringan hanya 88.9% dan kecemasan sedang 11.1%. Penurunan skor kecemasan terlihat pada kelompok perlakuan (2.78 berbanding 2.23). Dari Uji statistik hasil p=0.039, p < 0.05, artinya terapi dzikir berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas “X” Banyuwangi. Terapi dzikir sebagai alternatif untuk menurunkan kecemasan dan program dukungan mental bagi ibu hamil mudah diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara mandiri.

Abstract

Introduction: Getting complete health services is a privilege that patients must obtain. Patient satisfaction is a key element that can influence the patient's desire to reuse health services. Therefore, Genteng Regional Public Hospital needs to conduct periodic satisfaction surveys to maintain patient satisfaction periodically. Objectives: This study aims to determine patient satisfaction with services at Genteng Regional Hospital. This study was conducted in September-November 2024. Methods: This research design uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 256 people, with a sample size of 150 people, who were obtained using the Krecjie Morgan table, were selected using a simple random sampling technique, and spread across 43 rooms, polyclinics, and units at the RSUD Genteng Banyuwangi. The variables used are patient satisfaction and service. The questionnaire contains 12 elements: service requirements, service procedures, service time, service schedule, service costs, service type products, indications of negligence, communication competence, service expertise, implementer behavior, handling of complaints, suggestions and input, facilities, and infrastructure with 58 statements. Results: This research consists of 12 elements and each shows the following results: (1)elements of service requirements with a value of 98.375 (Quality Value A); (2) elements of service procedures with a value of 97.611 (Quality Value A); (3) elements of service time with a value of 95.917% (Quality Value A); (4) elements of service schedule suitability with a value of 96.917% (Quality Value A); (5) elements of service costs of 96.861% (Quality Value A); (6) elements of service products of 97.250% (Quality Value A); (7) elements of indications of negligence with a value of 96.833% (Quality Value A); (8) elements of communication competence with a value of 97% (Quality Value A); (9) elements of service expertise with a value of 97% (Quality Value A); (10) elements of implementer behavior with a value of 96.867% (Quality Value A); (11) Complaints, suggestions and input elements with a value of 97.250% (Quality Value A); (12) elements.Conclusions: Based on the research results, the patient satisfaction value for services at Genteng Regional Hospital, Banyuwangi Regency, was 96.911%, which means that patients feel very satisfied and the quality of service is A.

Abstract

Background: One of the behavioral deviations in students is smoking which has an impact on health, it is very unfortunate that even though they understand the bad effects, cigarettes are misused as a sedative and to improve mood, from the need for it related to the lack of motivation to stop smoking. Smoking behavior can be controlled by having motivation from within yourself to stop smoking. Efforts to increase motivation to stop smoking and awareness of the dangers of smoking by providing CBT therapy about the dangers of smoking. Purpose: to provide motivation related to motivation to stop smoking with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapy for SMK PGRI 2 Giri Banyuwangi Students. Method: This community service activity uses lecture and demonstration methods supported by media such as PowerPoint, videos. Results: The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge from the results of the pre-test and post-test from an average score of 72.25 to 86.25. Conclusion: It is hoped that this CBT therapy can be used by teachers and school administrators in decision-making or policy-making efforts to improve smoking cessation programs for students
