Abstract

Problem Solving ability was very crucial to support the students in learning activities. Those who were able to solve learning problems would get satisfactory achievement and vise versa. Problem solving ability of the students was affected by their learning motivation and creativity. This research was intended to reveal the students’ learning motivation, creativity and problem solving ability in learning. In addition this research also sought to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and creativity toward the students’ Problem Solving ability in learning. This research applied correlational approach which was aimed at revealing the extent to which a variable contributed to the other variable in a research. The population of the research was 283 students in class VII of SMP Negeri 29 Padang. By using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique, 166 students were chosen as the sample. The instrument of the research was Likert scale model. The data gotten were analyzed by using descriptive technique. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression technique. The research findings indicated that: (1) the students’ learning motivation in general was in low category, (2) the students’ creativity in general was in average category, (3) problem solving ability of the students was in average category, (4) learning motivation had contribution toward the students’ problem solving ability in learning (5) creativity had contribution toward the students’ problem solving ability in learning,(6) learning motivation, creativity had contribution toward the students’ problem solving ability in learning.

Abstract

The professional code of ethics is a reference for individual behavior or a suit which is deemed necessary for professional activity actors to follow. Professionals have specific skills and a professional code of ethics is created to govern how this knowledge and expertise is used. In general, there are three functions of the code of ethics, namely: (1) Providing guidelines for every member of the profession regarding the principles of professionalism, (2) As a means of social control for the community over the profession concerned, (3) Preventing interference from parties outside professional organizations regarding ethical relations In the event of a violation of the Guidance and Counseling Professional code of ethics, the following sanctions will be given to him: Giving verbal and written warnings, Giving a strong written warning, Revoking ABKIN membership, Revoking the license, If it is related to legal / criminal issues then it will be handed over to the authorities

Abstract

Multicutural is a term used to describe one's view of the variety of life in the world, or cultural policy emphasizing their acceptance of diversity, and a wide range of cultures (multicultural) that exist in society regarding values, system, culture, customs and politics that they profess. The effectiveness of counseling depends on many factors the most important is the relation to each other, and mutual understanding between counselor and client. Cultural differences that exist in this country requires the counselor needs to understand the different cultures that exist. Importance of multicultural for counselors as a form of consciousness that the counselor and client have cultural differences. Multicultural counseling a counseling relationship with the concept that there is a counselor with a client who has a cultural background, values and different lifestyles. Building a good relationship when the counseling process takes place so that the counselor can understand the culture of its clients one of the key attitudes that exist within konsleor is empathy. Counselors who have empathy will be able to understand the way the world through the perspective of the client.

Abstract

UU RI No. 20/2003 menyatakan bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini dapat diselenggarakan melalui jalur pendidikan formal, nonformal dan informal. Pendidikan anak usia dini jalur formal berbentuk taman kanak-kanak (TK), Raudhatul Athfal (RA) atau bentuk yang sejenis, jalur nonformal berbentuk kelompok bermain (KB) dan bentuk lain yang sederajat. Bimbingan Konseling sebagai suatu aktivitas untuk menghindari atau mengatasi persoalan- persoalan di dalam kehidupan. Asumsi dasar yang melandasi bahwa PAUD memerlukan bimbingan dan konseling adalah kesetaraan PAUD sekarang ini dengan pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Jika di lingkungan pendidikan dasar dan menengah bimbingan konseling sangat dibutuhkan, otomatis PAUD juga membutuhkannya. Berbagai macam layanan yang biasanya digunakan untuk bimbingan konseling dalam ranah AUD yaitu layanan pengumpulan data, informasi, konseling perorangan dan konseling kelompok, layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, dan layanan tindak lanjut. Setelah mengenali berbagai macam layanan yang dapat diterapkan ada pula teknik dalam melakukan konseling di PAUD yaitu aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan linguistik, emosional dan sosial anak sekolah dasar. Sebuah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan sebagai makalah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi dokumen, yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang ada. Sumber informasi untuk penelitian ini adalah buku-buku dan majalah-majalah yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pesatnya perkembangan anak sekolah dasar dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan motorik, bahasa, emosi dan sosial. Perkembangan ini tidak sama dari anak ke anak. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan ini antara lain faktor lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan mempelajari perkembangan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran di sekolah dan melihat permasalahan yang muncul di sekolah. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi bagi guru untuk mengatasi masalah belajar dan tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karier siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Dua dan SMA Negeri 1 Jangka Buya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pra-eksperimen (One Group Pre test-Post test Design). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 25 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karier siswa. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan uji korelasi product moment menggunakan bantuan program komputer SPSS 20.0 for Windows. menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha dengan nilai Alpha lebih dari 0.600. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan pada layanan informasi terhadap perencanaan karier siswa. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan dari hasil analisis output spss menunjukkan bahwa nilai levene’s test tidak signifikan ( karena p= 0,810 > 0,05), berarti varian’s dalam kedua uji adalah sama. Oleh karena itu, kita melihat nilai t pada baris pertama, yaitu -1.904 dengan signifikansi 0,063. Ini berarti nilai t tidak signifikansi (p=0,063 > 0,005) ini merupakan waktu yang dibutuhkan kedua uji untuk perencanaan karier tidak berbeda secara signifikan. Dengan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Counseling is the process of providing assistance by professionals to individuals/groups of people to develop Effective Daily Livingg (EDL) and deal with Disrupted Effective Daily Livingg (D-EDL). The counselor's professionalism in dealing with various kinds of individual incidents/problems can be seen from the evaluation of the services performed and their implications in everyday life. In gender equality, professional counselors can distinguish how to provide solutions to gender (male and female). Gender differences must be understood by professional counselors. The research uses a qualitative research method with a literature review approach by finding, studying and analyzing theoretical references that are relevant to the problem. Abstract

The background of the research is the use of parenting that is wrong from parents to children. The purpose of this research is to look at the relationship between parenting parents and the aggressiveness of students. This type of research is quantitative with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 32 students and data collection techniques using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using correlation analysis. Based on the analysis of the data it was revealed that 1) the aggressiveness of students in SMA Negeri 2 Indra Jaya was in the high group with a percentage of 43.7%, while the level of parenting (authoritarian) with a percentage of 40%, there was a significant relationship between parenting parents with aggressiveness students namely 0.608 with a strong correlation r value
