Abstract

The term "Baca" contains two substances, namely: recitations and qira'ah. The term recitation contains the meaning of following (reading) as it is both physically and following the trail and wisdom or reading as it is in accordance with the rules of correct and good reading. Qiraah also contains the meaning of conveying, studying, reading, researching, studying, exploring, knowing the characteristics, or reflecting on readings that do not have to be written texts. Write means to make letters (numbers) with a pen (pencil) or chalk. Understanding the Qur'an cannot be separated from the habit of reciting it (reading) and writing it down (writing). In terms of learning, reading, and writing the Qur'an is an effort to maintain Allah's revelation that has been revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for human life. It is very important to pay attention to the next generation because the generation that is able to read and write the Qur'an includes its maintenance (al-Qur'an). It takes a conception that can be a guide in learning to read and write the Qur'an.

Abstract

Pengajaran Al-Qur’an bagi anak usia dini merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antar keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Karena dengan adanya Pengajaran Al-Qur’an maka seseorang itu akan mempunyai pengetahuan tentang suatu wawasan Al-Qur’an. Dan awal pengajaran itu di mulai sejak anak usia dini atau sejak lahir karena pendidikan usia dini pada dasarnya berpusat pada kebutuhan anak, yaitu pendidikan yang berdasarkan pada minat, kebutuhan, dan kemampuan sang anak. Oleh karena itu, peran pendidik sangatlah penting, dan pendidik harus mampu memfasilitasi aktivitas anak dengan material yang beragam. Sudah menjadi tradisi dari generasi ke generasi di dusun Diwai Makam Gampong Lambaroskep Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh melaksanakan Beut al-Qur’an Ba’da Magrib dan berakhir saat shalat Isya berjamaah. Pelaksanaannya dipusatkan di rumah tengku (guru ngaji). Pesertanya adalah anak usia sekolah dasar atau  anak usia 5 hingga 12 tahun.  Dalam perkembangannya pembiasaan terhadap wajib Beut al-Qur’an ba’da Maghrib dipengaruhi oleh beberapa unsur, diantaranya minat anak, dorongan dan pengawasan orang tua, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan juga lingkungan sosial yang ada sekitar.

Abstract

This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. The selection of samples using the Probability Sampling technique with the simple random sampling method from class X, XI and XII. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires made with Google Forms and then sharing them online via Whatsap. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the student's research stated that online learning was still not effective based on data acquisition from 25 statements given by researchers to 97 respondents. It can be seen from the average results on the indicators of learning effectiveness. First, active learning obtains an average value of 2.62 belonging to the less effective category. Second, various learning methods obtain an average value of 3.09 belonging to the less effective category. Third, learning motivation obtains an average value of 2,826 belonging to the less effective category. Fourth, the democratic atmosphere obtained an average value of 2.6 belonging to the less effective category. Fifth, lessons at school need to be linked to real life, obtaining an average score of 2.94 belonging to the less effective category. Sixth, conducive learning interactions obtain an average value of 2.34 belonging to the ineffective category. And seventh, the diagnosis of learning difficulties obtained an average value of 2,746 belonging to the less effective category. Thus, the total average of all indicators obtained a value of 2.7374 belongs to the less effective category. So that learning Islamic Religious Education online during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMKN 1 Al-Mubarkeya Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar was declared less effective.

Abstract

Penerapan metode wahdah pada umumnya bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hafalan Al-Qur’an yang baik dan kuat, metode wahdah sendiri merupakan metode menghafal cepat dan praktis. Metode wahdah ini diterapkan sejak lama di Dayah Modern Darul Ulum, seiring dengan dibuatnya program ekstrakurikuler tahfidz Al-Qur’an di dayah tersebut. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di Dayah Modern Darul Ulum dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode wahdah ini di Dayah Modern Darul Ulum, apakah penerapan metode wahdah efektif terhadap kekuatan hafalan santri tahfidz Dayah Modern Darul Ulum, dan faktor apa yang menjadi hambatan dalam penerapan metode wahdah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan tes hafalan, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis melalui analisis deskptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: langkah-langkah penerapan metode wahdah di Dayah Darul Ulum Banda Aceh sebagai berikut: (a) santri membaca ayat yang akan dihafal 5 sampai 10 kali atau lebih, untuk membentuk pola bayangan; (b) setelah benar-benarhafal, barulah dilanjutkan pada ayat berikutnya; (c) setelah sampai pada ayat yang ditargetkan, maka hafalan diulang dari ayat pertama sampai pada ayatterakhir, dilakukan 10 kali atau sampai benar-benar hafal; (d) langkah selanjutnya, menyetorkan hafalan kepada ustaz atau ustazah. Penerapan metode wahdah sangat bergantung dengan waktu. Maka dari itu semakinbanyak waktu yang disediakan maka semakin efektif penerapan metode wahdah dan semakin kuat pula hafalan santri. Adapun hambatan-hambatan dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an yaitu: 1) kurangnya waktu untuk menghafal; 2) motivasi yang didapatkan sangat minim; 3) konsentrasi; 4)serta lemahnya ingatan saat menghafal.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAkhlak merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam agama Islam. Sama halnya ketika siswa berada di madrasah, akhlak menjadi perhatian serius dari keberhasilan orang tua dan guru dalam mendidik anak/siswanya. Berbagai upaya sudah dilakukan guna membentuk akhlak siswa, akan tetapi masih ada sebagian siswa di MTsS MINA Asahan yang memiliki akhlak kurang baik atau melanggar peraturan sekolah. Pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini, Apa saja bentuk sanksi edukatif yang mempengaruhi pembentukan akhlak siswa di MTsS MINA Kabupaten Asahan? Bagaimana hasil dari penerapan sanksi edukatif terhadap pembentukan akhlak siswa yang melanggar aturan di MTsS MINA Kabupaten Asahan?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis dengan tiga tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ada 4 bentuk sanksi edukatif di MTsS MINA Asahan, yaitu 1). Membuat surat perjanjian, 2). Menghafal surah yang ada di juz ‘Amma, 3). Membaca istighfar 100 X, 4). Guru memberikan nasihat. Hasil dari penerapan sanksi edukatif terhadap pembentukan akhlak sangat berdampak positif, bahkan dampaknya mencakup tiga hal, yaitu perubahan afektif, perubahan kognitif, perubahan psikomotorik. Sanksi edukatif ini dinilai sangat membantu dalam pembentukan akhlak dan memiliki dampak lebih luas. Walaupun setiap sanksi yang di implementasikan itu ada kelebihan dan kekurangannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Akhlak, Sanksi Edukatif.

Abstract

Mathematical physics has been known as a complex subject for most students to understand. The Islamic values-oriented mathematical physics module was developed to support students learning independently and help them improve intellectually and spiritually in mathematical physics courses. This research aimed to determine the Islamic values-oriented mathematical physics module's development process, validity, and practicality. This research is R&D based on the 4D model, which consists of four steps, namely define (needs analysis and curriculum review), design (module design), develop (module validation with material, media, and tafsir expert validators), and disseminate (student and lecturer responses test). Two aspects related to the developed module are identified: validity and practicality. The validity aspect is obtained from the assessment results by expert validators. Meanwhile, the practicality aspect was obtained from the responses from the lecturers and students who took the mathematical physics course. The novelty of the research is integrating Islamic values into the mathematical physics module so students can improve intellectual and spiritual aspects. The results of the assessment by the expert validator show that the Islamic-values-oriented mathematical physics module is valid and practical to use, with a percentage of assessment by material experts of 94% (excellent), assessment by media experts of 92% (very valid), and assessment by tafsir experts 97% (perfect). Meanwhile, the students' evaluation of the practicality of the module was 96% (efficient), and the evaluation by the lecturers was 97% (efficient). Further researchers are advised to develop research results by involving more research subjects with physics education students from other universities.

Abstract

Arabic-Malay writing, or aksara Jawi, is a writing system adapted from the Arabic alphabet and used to write the Malay language. Since its emergence in the 13th century, it has played a significant role in the Islamization process, education, and the formation of Malay cultural identity in Southeast Asia. This writing system has not only functioned as a medium for religious propagation but also as a vehicle for literary, administrative, and scholarly activities in the Malay world.This journal aims to examine the origins, development, and functions of Arabic-Malay writing in Nusantara society. By using a descriptive-historical approach, the study explores how aksara Jawi evolved over time and contributed to shaping the identity of the Malay Muslim community. Furthermore, the article discusses the current challenges in preserving this writing tradition in the face of modernization and the dominance of the Latin alphabet in education and communication.The findings indicate that Arabic-Malay script is a valuable cultural heritage that reflects the intertwined history of language, religion, and identity in the region. As a symbol of Malay Islamic civilization, its preservation is crucial for maintaining cultural continuity and fostering appreciation for local traditions among future generations.

Abstract

Arabic-Malay script was once the dominant writing system in the Nusantara region, particularly during the golden age of Islamic kingdoms. This script was used across various domains of life, including education, da’wah (Islamic propagation), governmental administration, and the writing of literature and religious texts. However, the arrival of colonialism and the wave of modernization led to its decline and eventual displacement by the Latin alphabet. This study aims to examine the history and development of Arabic-Malay literacy in the Nusantara and to explore the challenges and preservation efforts in the contemporary era. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method based on literature studies, using a thematic approach to various historical and academic sources. The findings reveal that although the use of Arabic-Malay has significantly diminished, various initiatives have emerged to revitalize the script, particularly through local education, manuscript digitization, and the active role of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and cultural communities. The preservation of Arabic-Malay is not only essential for safeguarding the Islamic literacy heritage of the Nusantara but also serves as a strategic effort to uphold local cultural identity amid the forces of globalization. Abstrak: Aksara Arab Melayu merupakan sistem tulisan yang pernah mendominasi literasi di wilayah Nusantara, khususnya pada masa kejayaan kerajaan-kerajaan Islam. Aksara ini digunakan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, seperti pendidikan, dakwah, administrasi pemerintahan, hingga penulisan sastra dan karya keagamaan. Namun, kedatangan kolonialisme dan modernisasi menyebabkan Arab Melayu mengalami kemunduran dan tergeser oleh huruf Latin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah dan perkembangan baca tulis Arab Melayu di Nusantara serta menelusuri tantangan dan upaya pelestariannya di era kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dengan pendekatan tematik terhadap berbagai sumber historis dan akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penggunaan Arab Melayu telah menurun secara signifikan, masih terdapat berbagai inisiatif untuk merevitalisasi aksara ini, terutama melalui pendidikan lokal, digitalisasi manuskrip, dan peran aktif pesantren serta komunitas budaya. Pelestarian Arab Melayu tidak hanya penting dalam menjaga warisan literasi Islam di Nusantara, tetapi juga menjadi bagian strategis dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya lokal di tengah arus globalisasi. Abstract

The Arabic-Malay script is a writing system derived from modified Arabic script, adapted to transcribe the Malay language. Its existence has made a significant contribution to the preservation of the language and culture of the Malay people. This article examines the crucial role of the Arabic-Malay script, including its function as a medium for transmitting knowledge and Islamic teachings, a symbol of cultural identity, a tool for preserving the written form of the Malay language, and a means of character education rooted in local values. Despite its historical and cultural importance, this script now faces serious challenges due to the dominant influence of the Latin script in the modern era. Therefore, strategic and sustainable efforts are needed to revive the use of the Arabic-Malay script through education, manuscript digitization, and strengthening cultural literacy. This article emphasizes the urgency of preserving the Arabic-Malay script as a priceless heritage of Malay civilization. Abstrak :  Aksara Arab Melayu adalah bentuk sistem tulisan yang berasal dari huruf Arab yang telah disesuaikan untuk menuliskan bahasa Melayu. Keberadaannya memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam menjaga kelestarian bahasa dan budaya masyarakat Melayu. Tulisan ini mengulas beragam peran penting aksara Arab Melayu, mulai dari alat penyebaran ilmu pengetahuan dan ajaran Islam, penanda identitas budaya, sarana pelestarian bahasa Melayu dalam bentuk tulisan, hingga media pendidikan karakter yang tertanam pada nilai-nilai lokal. Meskipun memiliki nilai sejarah dan budaya yang tinggi, aksara ini kini menghadapi tantangan serius karena pengaruh dominan aksara Latin di era modern. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah strategis dan berkesinambungan untuk menghidupkan kembali penggunaan aksara Arab Melayu melalui jalur pendidikan, digitalisasi naskah, serta penguatan literasi budaya. Artikel ini menekankan urgensi menjaga dan melestarikan aksara Arab Melayu sebagai salah satu warisan peradaban yang tak ternilai. Abstract

ABSTRAK Bullying merupakan masalah serius di lingkungan sekolah yang berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan mental dan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam menangani perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 2 Manggeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru PAI dan siswa 4 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan strategi penguatan karakter melalui kegiatan keagamaan seperti muhadharah dan kajian rutin. Guru juga melakukan pendekatan langsung kepada pelaku dan korban bullying serta bekerjasama dengan pihak sekolah dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman. Strategi lain yang diterapkan meliputi bimbingan moral, pengawasan, motivasi, dan pemberian sanksi kepada pelaku. Pada strategi ini terdapat kendala yang dihadapi rendahnya kesadaran siswa terhadap nilai agama serta kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan sosial. Penelitian ini sangat menegaskan pentingnya peran guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter dan mencegah perilaku bullying di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Strategi,Guru,Pendidikan Agama Islam, bullying,SiswaABSTRACTBullying is a serious problem in the school environment that has a negative impact on students' mental and social development. This study aims to identify the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in dealing with bullying behavior at SMP Negeri 2 Manggeng. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of Islamic Religious Education teachers and 4 students. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers apply character strengthening strategies through religious activities such as muhadharah and routine studies. Teachers also approach perpetrators and victims of bullying directly and work together with the school and parents to create a safe environment. Other strategies implemented include moral guidance, supervision, motivation, and sanctions against perpetrators. In this strategy, there are obstacles faced by students' low awareness of religious values and lack of support from the social environment. This study strongly emphasizes the importance of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in shaping character and preventing bullying behavior in schools.Keywords:  Strategy, Teacher, Islamic Religious Education, bullying, Students.
