Abstract

This paper aims to determine the development, opportunities and challenges of the halal supply chain in the Indonesian halal food industry. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. A qualitative approach is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and the observed behavior of giving a comprehensive picture. The type of research is descriptive with the aim that researchers can reveal facts, phenomena, and conditions present. Research results show in the era of the halal food chain and halal science as it is today, competition for halal food needs is higher than overseas, therefore halal food companies must maintain production, with the application and other technology companies must respond to consumers faster. The market potential for the halal food industry in Indonesia is developing rapidly. Over the past few years, Indonesia is ranked first as Halal food consumers in the world. Nevertheless, the market potential is very the amount has not been able to be used optimally by the government to improve Indonesia's economy. Maintaining the quality of halal food products is one way to compete with other countries in the halal food industry.

Abstract

The covid 19 pandemics have slowed down the world economy, especially Indonesia, especially in the halal tourism sector. As known halal tourism sector is hard hit by the pandemic covid 19, especially in the transport sector which is much in the set on the restriction of physical distance. This journal's literature review will explore the impact of covid-19 on the role of the transportation sector in the halal tourism industry in Indonesia, as well as identify opportunities and challenges in the transportation sector for halal tourism during the Covid-19 pandemic. This journal review literature research method is carried out by searching for published articles on Sage, Elsevier Science, and Taylor Francis with the selected keywords namely Covid-19, Transportation, and Halal Tourism. The search was carried out by limiting publications from 2010–2020. From the results of the literature search, it can be seen that there was a change or shift in behavior from pre-covid-19 activities to the covid-19 era which had a direct impact on decreasing the movement or mobility of the Indonesian population in the halal tourism transportation sector. Transportation with a health element as the main requirement that needs to be implemented in halal tourism is an important aspect for sustainable halal tourism during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Literasi investasi merupakan kemampuan untuk memahami dan secara efektif menggunakan keterampilan untuk mengelola keuangan. Literasi investasi yang dilakukan secara massif pada sektor pasar modal, akan memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap perekonomian nasional. Tujuan dari pengembangan mitra binaan adalah untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dan pelaku usaha di Desa Anyer agar memiliki sumber dana yang cukup untuk persiapan di masa mendatang serta mengembangkan sikap masyarakat kearah terciptanya masyarakat yang melek investasi di pasar modal. Dari hasil kegiatan pengembangan mitra binaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa target yang di harapkan serta diinginkan dari kegiatan berupa literasi berinvestasi pasar modal kepada investor pemula, sebagian besar sudah dapat diterima dengan baik serta kegiatan pengembangan mitra binaan yang telah dilakukan, hasilnya sangat diapresiasi oleh masyarakat dan pelaku usaha di Desa Anyer.

Abstract

As the global Muslim population grows, the demand for halal goods and services is rising, necessitating a comprehensive strengthening of the halal value chain. This effort is crucial for enhancing the potential of Sharia-compliant businesses and the broader Islamic economy. This study seeks to evaluate the performance of key strategic entities involved in halal supply chain policies and to determine the significant impact of these policies on Sharia business and economic growth. Employing a literature review method, this research systematically searched published articles from 2010 to 2022 across databases such as Sage, Elsevier Science, and Taylor Francis. Keywords used included "halal supply chain," "Sharia business," and "Islamic economy." The findings reveal that the effectiveness of halal supply chain policies, including their formulation and implementation, plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity and robustness of the halal supply chain, thereby significantly influencing the development of Sharia-compliant businesses and economic growth.

Abstract

Halal industry is an effort to process raw goods into finished or semi-finished goods using facilities/equipment whose licenses are in accordance with Islamic law. The large number of Muslim population in Indonesia has a positive impact on the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. In its development, the halal industry is divided into several sectors including halal food, halal fashion, halal pharmacy, halal tourism, halal finance, etc. This study was conducted to review Indonesian halal industry from a microeconomics and macroeconomics perspective. This research uses literature study obtained from various books and relevant journals. The results of this study are in the form of data on Indonesian state revenues and expenditures generated from the halal industry and their effects on the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This feasibility study aims to determine the extent of the community interest towards opening the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN SMH Banten. The method of this research used descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires to the students of High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) and Islamic High School (MA) in Serang City. Furthermore, guided interviews were conducted for philanthropic institutions such as BAZNAS, Indonesian Endowments Agency (BWI), Dompet Dhu’afa, and LAZ Harfa. In addition, most respondents were very interested in continuing their studies to a higher level, both the respondents from the public school and private schools as many as 83.1%. Whereas the respondents' interest in continuing their studies in FEBI, UIN SMH Banten, when the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management has been opened, is 49.2%, with the most preferred area of ​​respondents when entering the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management was the management area, which is equal to 76.3%. Based on these data, it can be stated that the Department of Zakat and Endowments Management is feasible to be opened in FEBI, UIN SMH Banten.

Abstract

Investment is a commitment to save a certain amount of funds to obtain a certain amount of profit in the future. Thus, the aim of this research is how to manage precious metal investment and how precious metal investment is viewed from an Islamic perspective. The approach taken in this research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary sources. Primary includes journal articles, E-Books, and other internet media. While secondary such as online proceedings, magazines, newspapers, and word press. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this research is collecting from the sources that have been mentioned and then classifying them to conclude. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that explaining sharia principles in investing is important as a guide for society. investment activities explicitly or implicitly in a number of verses of the Koran and the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad saw. who has been in business and has been Mecca's financial support partner for a long time. The conclusion of this research explains that based on the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 77/DSN-MUI/IV/2010 concerning non-cash buying and selling of gold, it is decided that if there is a non-cash buying and selling of gold, either through murabahah or through regular buying and selling, the law is permissible. only, as long as the gold is not an official medium of exchange

Abstract

In the context of the coal industry, fluctuations in benchmark coal prices and inflation rates are important factors that correlate with the financial performance of coal sector companies and their stock values in the capital market. This research aims to investigate the correlation between benchmark coal prices and inflation with the Sharia stock price of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), using historical data from 2020 to 2023. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, this study shows that collectively, benchmark coal prices and inflation have a significant influence on ADRO's stock price. Individually, benchmark coal prices have an influence on ADRO's stock price, whereas inflation does not have an impact on ADRO's stock price.

Abstract

Islamic finance is becoming part of that and can realize destination development sustainability in Indonesia, increasing its role as an institution. There is a lot of finance related to distribution financing productive to sector halal industrial ecosystem. Financing productive institutions Islamic finance against sector halal industry is the embodiment of economy sharia by kaffah (complete). This study uses a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. This study's data sources came from books, journals, and interviews with related informants about the role of Islamic finance in the distribution of productive financing to sector halal industrial ecosystems in supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs). Results show that instruments, both productive and investment financing provided and carried out by Islamic financial institutions, have an important role, especially in increasing the halal industrial sector. In addition, it can be seen that from the financing aspect, Islamic financial institutions channel more to the consumptive sector. The halal industry is an industrial sector with great potential if Islamic financial institutions fully support its sustainability

Abstract

Kota Serang dengan slogannya Serang bertakwa menjadi perhatian bagi penulis untuk meneliti beberapa akomodasi syariahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai beberapa akomodasi syariah di Kota Serang dari segi harga, fasilitas, dan kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan ulasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk membandingkan akomodasi syariah di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga akomodasi syariah di Kota Serang sangat terjangkau dari Rp 100.000 sampai dengan Rp 500.000. Fasilitas yang diberikan akomodasi syariah di Kota Serang mayoritas memenuhi standar syariah, namun masih ada yang belum memenuhi standar syariah. Kualitas pelayanan terbaik berdasarkan ulasan konsumen mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 35,00 (4,2/5 dengan 147 ulasan).
