Abstract

The application of one-stop integrated admission services at the Office of Investment and One-stop Integrated Services (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu/DPMTSP) of the Bulungan District which has the aim of making it easy for the public or business actors to manage their licenses and accelerate the process of admission issuance services, just by visiting one agency. The research methods used are descriptive qualitative and the source of the data used are primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews and field observations as well as secondary data sources of notes, reports, regulations obtained in the field. Methods of data collection using semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation review. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data used triangulation namely time triangulation, source triangulation, and technical triangulation. The results showed that the application of public service innovation in the form of OSS services with research dimensions, including ICT connectivity, ICT use and integration, training, Human Resources capacity, local policies and regulations, infrastructure, security, access, and application services.

Abstract

Research with a focus on Community Development and Empowerment in Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities based on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 41 of 2016 formulates 8 (eight) main programs from the PPM Master Plan (Community Development and Empowerment), namely programs in the fields of education, health, income or real work level, economic independence, socio-culture, environment, the formation of community institutions and infrastructure. Thank you to the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia for funding this research through the Beginner Lecturer Research Grant (PDP) Contract Number 087/ SP2H/LT/DRPM/2020. In the Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 1824K/30/MEM/2018, it explains the main points of the Guidelines for Preparation of Blueprints (Blue Print) and Guidelines for Preparation of the Master Plan for PPM. Minerba mining companies are required to carry out PPM throughout the cycle (exploration to post-mining) and are required to prepare a PPM Master Plan which is consulted and reported on its implementation to the Provincial Government and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Provincial governments in areas that have a mining sector are required to prepare a PPM Blueprint and provide instructions to mining companies to prepare a PPM Master Plan. The output expected from this research is: Implement and find out the obstacles faced in the implementation of Community Development and Empowerment at PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund management and community empowerment assistance in Bulungan Regency. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach or called descriptive qualitative in the form of research on the effectiveness of village fund management and assistance for improving community empowerment programs in Bulungan Regency using a naturalistic inquiry methodology with post-positivism. Data collection techniques in this research are library research, field studies in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, informants or research subjects, and documentation. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used in this study. The validity of this research data uses triangulation to check the validity of the data on the effectiveness of village fund management and community empowerment program assistance. This research is expected to provide recommendations and policies for the Bulungan Regency Government, especially the implementation of village fund management, as well as those related to village development and empowerment of rural communities so that they can develop independent villages. The expected output in this research is a mandatory scientific publication of an accredited National Journal. The Technology Readiness Level (TKT) proposed in this study is TKT 2 Types of Social Humanities.

Abstract

The movement movement of the people of Tanjung Selor and Tarakan is the availability of the role of the Tanjung Selor - Tarakan crossing transportation as a driver of economic growth. It is expected that the smooth movement of passengers and goods can take place effectively and efficiently. The problem in this research is how the standard of water transportation service crossing passengers to Tanjung Selor - Tarakan in Bulungan Regency and what are the supporting factors and obstacles to the standard of water transportation service to Tanjung Selor - Tarakan. The expected results with this research. The port and the Transportation Agency of the Bulungan Regency have attempted members crossing passenger fish services as well as possible. The absence of a service SOP at the port as a standard service standard, this also makes it difficult for the Transportation Agency of the Bulungan Regency to conduct an assessment of the performance of the officers and to determine the priority of improvement. The obstacles are the lack of government officials who provide services at the port, facilities and infrastructure, weather conditions of the regional financial budget

Abstract

The services provided by the government have received a sharp scrutiny from the people themselves. Service is the main goal to create the best service for the whole community. Poor public services are not new, the problem is that public services are not yet optimal, the services are not yet effective, which results in excellent service not being realized. This made the researchers interested in conducting research with the aim of research to find out and describe the administration of public services in the East Tanjung Selor Village office, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data sources used are primary data, namely informants and secondary data including book references, previous research, government regulations related to public service administration. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research focus is based on PERMENPANRB Number 15 of 2014. Data analysis uses four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that the public services carried out by the Tanjung Selor Timur sub-district were quite effective by providing services according to the SOP (Service Operational Standards) carried out to the community even though there was still a lack of human resources in providing services but the community was quite satisfied with the service. received from the municipality

Abstract

Terdapat permasalahan yang sering keluhan oleh masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung yakni sulitnya memasarkan produk yang mereka ciptakan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan sehingga barang yang mereka produksi biasanya tidak sampai ke tangan konsumen secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dianggap penting untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemasaran produk untuk menambah pengetahuan kepada Masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan Teknik ceramah dan latihan kepada strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Selanjutnya Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut berdasarkan analisis Swot melihat kekuatan yakni akses kemudahan dan bahan yang mudah didapat kemudian terdapat pelung yakni kebutuhan Masyarakat terhadap olahan yang diproduksi akan tetapi terdapat kelemahan dari segi packing produk yang biasa saja tidak menarik dan kendala yang dihadapi antara lain pesaing dari luar daerah yang mampu melihat permasalahan yang terdapat pada Desa Sesayap Hilir. Adapun dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut penting dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menegah yang ada di Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

Abstract

Masyarakat Kecamatan Tanjung Palas telah memilah sampah namun belum melakukan pengolahan sampah. Sampah menjadi salah satu masalah terhadap lingkungan, pengolahannya yang tidak tepat menyebabkan penumpukan dan sumber penyakit, dan tentu saja mengganggu pemandangan. Sampah organik bisa dikatakan sampah ramah lingkungan bahkan sampah bisa diolah kembali menjadi suatu yang bermanfaat bila dikelola dengan tepat. Pengolahan sampah organik bisa menuntaskan permasalahan sampah yang pada akhirnya dapat mendukung tercapainya kondisi lingkungan yang sehat, bersih dan nyaman. Cara pengolahan sampah dapat direalisasikan melalui pembuatan eco-enzyme yang dapat membantu pertumbuhan tanaman organik, membersihkan saluran, menjernihkan air, mengurangi sampah, dan sebagai sabun pencuci piring. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan swadaya masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan mentransfer pengetahuan dan teknologi pengolahan sampah organik menjadi eco-enzyme, sehingga masyarakat dapat berperan serta dalam menjaga kelestarian bumi.

Abstract

Terdapat permasalahan yang sering keluhan oleh masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung yakni kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat setempat khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang tersedia seperti adanya ikan nila yang berlimpah di Desa tersebut yang dapat di manfaatkan menjadi olahan produk-produk makanan ringan seperti stik ikan keju dan amplang dari ikan nila. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dianggap penting untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan produk makanan ringan berbahan dasar ikan nila untuk menambah pengetahuan kepada Masyarakat Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan Teknik ceramah dan latihan kepada Masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan potensi desa manjadi produk-produk olahan yang dapat menghasilkan nilai rupiah. Selanjutnya Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut yakni pengabdian tersebut dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN dan Dosen Universitas Kaltara Adapun kegiatan pengabdian yang terdiri dari sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan dalam pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Sesayap dengan menyelenggarakan praktik pembuatan stik ikan keju dan amplang yang terbuat dari bahan dasar ikan nila yang banyak terdapat di Desa Sesayap. Yang mana terdapat tahapan-tahapan dalam pelaksanaanya dengan menyediakan bahan-bahan praktik dan proses pembuatan olahan produk stik ikan keju dan amplang dari ikan nila. Adapun dari pelaksanaan pengabdian tersebut penting dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menegah yang ada di Desa Sesayap Hilir Kabupaten Tana Tidung Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.
