Abstract

Abstrak. Peran Corporate Social Responsibillity (CSR) sebagai kewajiban perusahaan untuk menjalnkan kewajiban didasarkan atas keputusan untuk mengambil kebijakan dan tindakan dengan melihat  kepentingan stakeholders dan lingkungan perusahaan berdasarkan pada ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. CSR merupakan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan  salah  satu unsur terpenting dalam meningktakan citra dan  reputasi perusahaan untuk dapat berkontribusi kepada pihak-pihak yang memiliki hubungan dan keterkaitan dengan perusahaan, baik itu pihak yang berada di internal perusahaan maupun pihak yang berada di eksternal perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk perkembangan CSR PT.Mifa Bersaudara pada tiap tahunnya di kalangan wilaya operasional. Karya tulis ilmiah ini merupakan hasil analisis pada program Magang Mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan. Metode yang digunakan  adalah metode wawancara dan observasi sebagai deskripsi ( pendekatan kualitatif). Lokasi Magang dilaksanakan  pada perusahaan PT.Mifa Bersaudara Aceh Barat Meulaboh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR sangat berpengaruh dan membawa dampak positif dalam bidang keekonomi masyarakat sekitar wilaya operasional.           Kata kunci: Metode, Strategi Komunikasi CSR, Perkembangan CSR

Abstract

The Integrated DigiWisata Program aims to encourage institutional strengthening and digital transformation of Peunaga Pasi Village in West Aceh Regency as a coastal tourism village based on education, culture, and the environment. This village has a unique geographic character with a combination of beaches, swamps, and a strong tsunami history, as well as a number of local attractions such as a mini waterboom, traditional salt tourism, and educational rides. However, this potential has not been managed in an integrated and professional manner. The main problems faced include the weak institutional structure of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) and Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis), the absence of a digital management and financial system, low digital promotion capacity, the lack of integration of tourist attractions into one visit package, and the lack of a waste management system in the tourist area. This has led to low tourist visits and a suboptimal contribution to the local creative economy. Through a collaborative and research-based approach, this empowerment program carries out a series of strategic interventions, ranging from the preparation of institutional documents and BUMG Standard Operating Procedures, training in digital financial recording systems, activating tourism village websites and social media, to building educational showrooms and procuring waste shredders. All activities are designed to strengthen the community's capacity to manage local potential sustainably and independently. This program supports the achievement of the SDGs, the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of Higher Education, and RIRN's focus on social innovation and strengthening community-based economies. The community empowerment program is designed to run for three years, with the first year being the foundational stage for institutional and technological strengthening, followed by business diversification and digital promotion development, and the third year ending with the independence and model replication phase.

Abstract

The flood disaster that occurred at the end of 2025 in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province, had a significant impact on the fulfillment of basic needs in rural communities, particularly in relation to housing conditions, access to clean water, environmental health, and socio-economic activities. Such emergency conditions require a rapid, coordinated, and needs-based response. This article aims to describe the implementation of a Disaster Emergency Community Service Program conducted by Universitas Teuku Umar with funding support from the Directorate of Research and Community Service, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology. The community service activities were carried out in Drien Tujoh Village, Tripa Makmur District, as well as Blang Meurandeh, Kuta Tengoh, Blang Puuk, and Babah Suak Villages in Beutong Ateuh Banggalang District. The implementation employed a rapid response approach based on field needs, encompassing needs assessment, coordination with village authorities, procurement of aid, and direct distribution to affected communities. The assistance provided included food logistics, basic household necessities, and emergency-support technologies such as generators, water pumps, clean water distribution facilities, and field communication devices. The results indicate that the program contributed positively to meeting basic community needs during the emergency response phase and early post-disaster recovery. The distribution of aid and supporting technologies helped maintain access to clean water, support the continuity of social activities, and strengthen the capacity of village institutions in coordinating disaster response efforts. This program highlights the strategic role of higher education institutions in disaster management through a collaborative, responsive, and context-based approach. The program outputs include increased community empowerment, mass media publications, impact videos, and a scholarly article published in a community service journal.

Abstract

The urgency of socialization is the participation of the community, individuals and groups to participate together, according to the objectives of the socialization to convey knowledge and information to the public so that they understand and follow according to the wishes of the stakeholders. The socialization of the advantages of Teuku Umar University for students was carried out in order to provide an understanding of the progress and achievements of Teuku Umar University (UTU) after it was declared state by President Susilo Bambang Yudoyono (SBY) eight years ago. This socialization was carried out considering how students received reports on the success of UTU with the best achievements. Participation obtained from the socialization of campus excellence encourages and fosters the desires and talents of students to continue their education at UTU. The completion of the socialization is expected for students to have aspirations and prepare themselves and invite friends to register at UTU. This dissemination was enthusiastically attended by students from South West Aceh (Barsela). The presenter uses the method of communication plus interactive discussion/dialogue and asks several questions to the students. This communication procedure uses infocus and LCD facilities, the strategy is to display material through slides that are presented by showing various UTU excellence programs that have been achieved, as well as showing videos of the successes that have been achieved by UTU as a campus of pride for the people of West South Aceh.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh has provided a legal basis for Aceh Province to revitalize traditional life in Aceh Province. As an inseparable part of the Aceh Province, Gampong Lamie, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency is certainly part of the legal area of the Aceh Qanun No. 9/2008. The implementation of community service activities is carried out by the method of delivering materials directly by displaying materials in the form of Aceh Qanun No. 9 of 2008. Customs settlement of cases in Aceh is recognized by several regional regulations and policies. Article 13 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 state that the settlement of 18 types of disputes/disputes between customs and traditions as referred to above is resolved in stages and law enforcement officers provide an opportunity for disputes/disputes to be resolved first. traditionally in the gampong (village) or other names. In addition, it is also stated in the Joint Decree of the Governor of Aceh, the Head of the Aceh Regional Police, and the Chair of the Aceh Customary Council Number: 189/677/2011, 1054/MAA/XII/2011, B/121/I/2012 concerning the Implementation of Gampong and Mukim Customary Courts.
