Abstract

Ekonomi merupakan salah satu ilmu sosial yang mempelajari aktivitas manusia yang berhubungan dengan produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi terhadap barang dan jasa. Islam memandang entreprenuership merupakan bagian dari kegiatan ekonomi, dalam perseptif ekonomi bekerja adalah suatu upaya yang dilakukan seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani. Tujuan entreprenuership (Maqashid Entreprenuership) berdasarkan nilai yang terdapat dalam Alquran dan Hadis dengan menggunakan pendekatan hukum (maqashid syariah) dan ekonomi, untuk tercapainya mashlahah dalam kegiatan ekonomi.Entreprenuerships merupakan proses kreatifitas dan inovasi dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonomi, meliputi kegiatan produksi, konsumsi dan distribusi. Segala variabel kegiatan ekonomi menjadi kajian ekonom saat ini diharapkan berorientasi dan sesuai dengan maqasid syariah, bukan hanya pada aspek gain oriented, artinya kajian tentang efficiency, effectivity, productivity, utillities, didasari konsep cost-benefit yang sesuai dengan syariah agar tujuan ekonomi memberikan kemashlahatan dunia akhirat dapat tercapai. Key Words: Maqasid Syariah, Entreprenuership, mashlahah

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is part of economic activity closely related to culture or customs that become ideas, knowledge, and behavior. The Gayo community is a group that tightly holds traditional values in life. However, changing times are shifting the role of the Gayo community in entrepreneurial activities, potentially making them spectators in economic changes. Thus, the ideas and knowledge of the Gayo community in entrepreneurship need to be strengthened. One determining variable is the cultural values of the Gayo community itself. This paper attempts to construct cultural values that can encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of the Gayo community using a descriptive-ethnographic approach. One of the constructed values is: "I langit Bintang pitu, I bumi kal pitu mata," which holds spiritual, planning, economic resource sustainability, and moral values. These values can become ideas and knowledge that can change economic behavior, especially in entrepreneurship. These values are built based on ethnolinguistics, rationalized, and internalized to become behavior.

Abstract

Economic activities including production, distribution and consumption are one of the ways humans meet their daily needs. Economic development is inseparable from the three economic activities, development is a multidimensional process that involves fundamental changes in social structures, social behavior and institutions. So, people can participate in the economy by creating full employment opportunities, everyone has the same abilities (equal productivity, equal access), and each behaves rationally (efficient). This study examines the Islamic economic view of the concept of entrepreneurship with an empirical literature approach, to explore the concept of entrepreneurship according to the tijarah concept contained in the Qur'an. In this study it can be understood that Islam views entrepreneurial activities as part of the work recommended in Islam to meet human economic needs. Entrepreneurial activity in Islamic view uses the equivalent of the word tijarah, there are provisions in Islam regarding the limitations that can be carried out in economic activity. Entrepreneurship that is driven by natural values ​​will become an economic activity that will be calculated before Allah, because Allah actually sees and takes into account what is done, including in economic activities

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi masyarakat adat Dataran Tinggi Gayo dalam memahami dan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip hukum warisan Islam dengan norma adat lokal. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan penyuluhan hukum Islam, pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta dialog partisipatif antara tokoh agama, ahli hukum, dan pemimpin adat. Kegiatan utama berupa lokakarya, pelatihan, dan diskusi bersama lima komunitas adat—Gayo, Mandailing Natal, Minang, Aceh, dan Jawa-Madura—difokuskan pada peningkatan pemahaman tentang prinsip warisan Islam serta mencari cara untuk mengharmoniskannya dengan tradisi setempat. Pre-test dan post-test diadakan untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, dengan skor kepuasan keseluruhan mencapai 3,75 dari skala 1-4. Materi modul mendapatkan skor tertinggi (3,93) karena keringkasan dan alat bantu praktis yang disediakan. Kepuasan terhadap program pelatihan, pelayanan tim, dan keterampilan instruktur mencapai skor 3,86, sementara peningkatan penguasaan terhadap prinsip warisan Islam mencapai 3,64. Kendala utama adalah keterbatasan waktu pelatihan untuk praktik penghitungan warisan, yang mendapat skor terendah (3,36)

Abstract

The hydrometeorological disaster in Aceh caused floods and landslides, causing numerous casualties and significant economic losses. The hydrometeorological disaster was exacerbated by the deterioration of forests in the highlands. Forest destruction is caused by many factors, one of which is the decline of local wisdom values related to forest exploitation.The norms and values of the Gayo highland community are closely linked to the interaction between nature and humans. Communities living alongside forests or in highland areas are the primary bulwark in maintaining forest sustainability. The community's role in forest preservation is to convey values or ideas that live within the community, referred to as local wisdom. This study focuses on the local wisdom of " rintis " (the "root") within the Gayo ethnic group. This research will construct the values contained in the pioneering norms as ideas or concepts in the interaction between humans and nature.The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with a micro-ethnography approach, reconstructing the implementation of nature/forest conservation values within the local wisdom or customary system of the Gayo community through the pioneer norms. Starting from describing norms to actualizing norms in life so that they have benefits for environmental sustainability.This research concludes that the values of the rintis norm have been forgotten in Gayo life due to the need to fulfill economic needs, resulting in areas prohibited by custom being converted into agricultural and plantation land. Therefore, the initial norm as local wisdom remains limited to imagination and is not applied in the interaction between humans and nature.

Abstract

Alquran is a guidance of life for the people to get prosperity inthe world and beyond, Alquran implement a concept tocombine both of them. Economic activities is also studied inholy quran, where holy quran talk about teory and concept ineconomic system. One of studies that interest in this researchthat have corelation with enterpreneurship, as an eforts todevelope human quality. Many of variable that influencebehaviour of person to do economic activities one of them isculture. This research means to interest the people doenterpreneurship and to increase it by using Alquran asguidance.This study used a qualitative approach, with shadesof library research (library Risearch). This study also aims todetermine the Qur'anic concept of entreprenuership, as well asethnology relation to the formation of a person's interest tobehave entreprenuership. Patterned with qualitative researchliterature research can be concluded: the Qur'an has economictheories with the concept tijarah including entreprenuership.The concept and value of economic value contained in theQur'an into the basic motivation of behavior entreprenuersMuslims, the Qur'an which emphasizes benefit of the people,justice that promotes ethical behavior in each business process,became the basic philosophy in conducting economic activities,including the activities entreprenuership. Second, the idea ofthe results of the concept of human thought and activity in theform of economic behavior contained in a culture that becamehereditary behavior in public when adjusted to the economicvalue contained in the Qur'an will awaken the concept ortheory about sharia entreprenuership.
