Abstract

In addition to the characteristics of the work, employee satisfaction is also determined the work culture that occurs in the internal BKM. The work culture at BKM is aimed at creating honest values, mutual respect, responsibility, mutual trust, foster innovation and creativity of employees for the comfort of members, loyal friends, discipline and family. The current development of BKM is driven by the culture of work but on its way, the stability of employees has a turning impact on the work culture that can affect the performance of its employees. The purpose of research to test the influence of occupational characteristics on employee performance and employee satisfaction work with a variable of working culture moderator at BKM in Probolinggo. This research is with causal associative approach, the sample used as many as 120 employees from 29 BKM in the city of Probolinggo. Data analysis with moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of the work have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction with the moderator variables of working culture at the Badan Keswadayaan Masyarakat (BKM) in the city of Probolinggo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of labor discipline and organizational culture on employee performance in Legislative Council Secretariat of Jombang Regency. This study is a quantitative research using Likert scale as measurement method. The population used are all civil servants amounted to 37 respondents. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Variables of the research is work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption. The results of the study indicate that the labor discipline (X1) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance which increasesalong with work discipline. Organizational culture (X2) has partial significant positive effect on employee performance. Performance of employees increases if supported with better organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT.Sumber Citra Persada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran angket dengan menggunakan teknik sampling random terhadap 86 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keselamatn dan kesehatan (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT. Sumber Citra Persada

Abstract

Indonesia has a good market potential for Islamic banking business development. However, the market share of Islamic banks is still far behind the conventional ones. Over 5 years, Islamic marketing mix has been integrated with the contemporary marketing mix. This article prudently examines the decision of society to invest their funds in Islamic banks dealing with the integrated marketing mix. Questionnaires had been distributed to 150 respondents of Islamic banks customers. Using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling based on variance (SEM-PLS), this article shows that the integrated marketing mix has taken an influence on customer purchasing decisions, consisting of pragmatism and product, pertinence and promotion, persistence and process. Keywords: SEM-PLS, Islamic banking, integrated marketing

Abstract

Morosunggingan Village in Jombang Regency faces socio-economic problems in the form of poverty and high rates of stunting and malnutrition in pregnant women and children. The Srikandi Women's Group, as a fostered partner, tries to overcome these problems through hydroponic businesses but faces obstacles in terms of business management and marketing. The Community Service Program funded by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2024, was implemented by a team of lecturers from STIE PGRI Dewantara and Wahab Hasbullah University from August to October 2024. The solutions offered include financial management training, digital marketing through social media, and the implementation of a digital application-based financial recording system. This activity has succeeded in increasing managerial capacity, expanding marketing reach, and supporting nutrition programs for stunted children and pregnant women. The impact of this program can be seen in the increase in group income and the decrease in stunting rates in the village. The follow-up plan includes ongoing assistance in product diversification and strengthening digital marketing to ensure the sustainability of the fostered partner's business.

Abstract

The potential of rural communities is natural resources through agriculture. This potential can be optimized by improving village human resources, especially in terms of how to process agricultural products so that they can be marketed effectively. However, this cannot be done alone. It requires assistance from various parties, one of which is from STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang, one of the leading campuses in the city of Jombang. The Community Service activity carried out by the author's team focused on increasing the marketing reach of the fried onion business of Family Welfare Programme members of Pandanblole Village, Ploso, Jombang. This activity was carried out intensively for approximately one month, namely March 2024, assisted by students. The results of the activities were positive, including improving the appearance of fried onion product packaging and increasing turnover and marketing reach of Fried Onions in Pandanblole Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the influence of   Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style on Work Motivation, and the mediating role of Work Motivation in the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. Sample of 47 employees at the Department of Trade and Industry of Jombang Regency. Research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership Style can increase employee performance, Transformational Leadership Style can increase work motivation, work motivation can increase employee performance, and work motivation can partially mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance
