Abstract

Biopriming merupakan teknik inovatif dalam meningkatkan daya kecambah dan kesehatan benih melalui kolonisasi mikroba menguntungkan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efek biopriming menggunakan konsorsium mikroba bermanfaat yang mengandung Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., dan Rhizobium sp. terhadap perkecambahan dan dinamika mikroba pada benih kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis). Studi dilakukan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dua faktor dengan tiga jenis perendaman (formula NB, formula Effervescent, dan air sebagai kontrol) dan tiga varietas benih (Nirmala, Lestari, Sejahtera). Parameter yang diamati adalah populasi mikroba sebelum dan setelah benih berkecambah serta daya kecambah benih kelapa sawit. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis varians (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biopriming meningkatkan jumlah bakteri pemfiksasi nitrogen dan pelarut fosfat sebelum dan setelah perkecambahan, yang berdampak positif terhadap daya kecambah. Varietas Nirmala dan Lestari mengalami peningkatan daya kecambah yang signifikan, sedangkan varietas Sejahtera tidak menunjukkan perbedaan berarti. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa biopriming mikroba berpotensi diterapkan secara luas dalam produksi benih kelapa sawit, mendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan. Studi lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan formulasi mikroba dan mengevaluasi dampak jangka panjangnya pada produktivitas tanaman. Biopriming is an innovative technique to enhance seed germination and health by promoting beneficial microbial colonization. This study evaluates the effects of biopriming using a consortium of beneficial microbes containing Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., and Rhizobium sp. on germination performance and microbial dynamics in oil palm (Elaeis guineensis) seeds. A randomized complete block design with a factorial approach was applied, involving three soaking treatments (NB formula, Effervescent formula and water as a control) and three seed varieties (Nirmala, Lestari, Sejahtera). The observed parameters were the microbial population before and after seed germination, as well as the germination rate of oil palm seeds. The data obtained were analyzed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. The results indicate that biopriming significantly increased the abundance of nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria before and after germination, positively impacting seed germination rates. Nirmala and Lestari varieties exhibited significant improvements in germination, whereas Sejahtera showed no substantial difference. This study confirms that microbial biopriming holds great potential for large-scale oil palm seed production, supporting sustainable agricultural practices. Further research is required to optimize microbial formulations and assess the long-term effects on plant productivity.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) is priority economics sector until 65 percent in Indonesia. It had been priorities focus of government policy to financial access in banking helped SMEs. The research is aim to analyze the influence of SMEs Characteristic, Financial Literacy, and Lending Term toward Financial Accessi- bility SMEs in Surakarta city. The research had sample from SMEs registered in SMEs government in Surakarta city is 100 sample. Sample of the research with proportionate stratified random sam- pling technique. Methodology in this research is regression. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan masuk di Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) periode 2018–2021. Faktor yang diteliti mencakup profitabilitas, keputusan keuangan yang terdiri dari struktur modal, kebijakan dividen dan keputusan investasi. Prediktor nilai perusahaan lainnya yaitu struktur kepemilikan yang terdiri dari kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional, yang terakhir yaitu ukuran perusahaan. Data penelitian sebanyak 180 dari 65 perusahaan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria pelaporan keuangan tahunan, perolehan laba, pembagian dividen, serta adanya struktur kepemilikan manajerial dan institusional. Analsis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, keputusan investasi, dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

Arabic language is one of the areas of study taught at the level of junior high school. Learning of Arabic language on the this level directed at the fourth skill, there are; listening skills (Al-maharah Al-Istima'), speaking skills (Al-maharah Al-Kalam, reading skills Al-Maharah Al-Qira'ah), and writing skills (Al-Maharah Al-Kitabah).The fourth skill cannot be achieved without having a good mastery of vocabulary, because the quality of a person's language skills depends on the quantity and quality of its own vocabulary. This research aims to obtain information about the needs of the media in learning Arabic language. The method used is qualitative descriptive and review of the literature. The results of this research is in the Arabic language learning requires media interactive games to make learning interesting and can facilitate the learning process.

Abstract

This is a field research to highlight the issue of halal lifestyle in East Java Regional Office employees. This problem will be broken down into two basic problems, namely; firstly how is the halal lifestyle perception related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics among employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province, and second how is the halal lifestyle behavior related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics to employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. Data obtained through questionnaires to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and linkert scale. The results of this study indicate that halal food, halal pharmacy and halal cosmetics simultaneously have a significant influence on Halal Lifestyle of East Java Regional Office of Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses memanusiakan manusia atau lazim disebut sebagai proses humanisasi yang di mana proses tersebut diperoleh melalui berbagai pengalaman berkesinambungan yang berorientasi pada pendidikan sepanjang hayat (long life education). Tujuan utama pendidikan adalah menghasilkan kepribadian manusia yang matang secara intelektual, emosional dan spiritual. Karena itu, komponen esensial kepribadian manusia adalah nilai (values) dan kebajikan (virtues). Nilai dan kebajikan ini harus menjadi dasar pengembangan kehidupan manusia yang memiliki peradaban kebaikan dan kebahagiaan secara individual maupun sosial Humanisasi pendidikan karakter jika diimplementasikan di dalam praktik dunia pendidikan Islam akan berfokus pada akal sehat atau common sense, individualism menuju kemandirian dan tanggungjawab, thirst for knowledge, pendidikan pluralism, kontekstualisme yang lebih mementingkan fungsi dari pada symbol, serta keseimbangan antara reward dan punishment. Dalam humanisasi pendidikan karakter, nilai-nilai yang harus di kembangkan dalam pembentukan kepribadian manusia yang sempurna antara lain: religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial dan tanggungjawab.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses dari peberdayaan potensi dalam diri manusia serta pengembangan intelektualitas pemikiran. Bila kita menengok kembali kemajuan peradaban yang pernah dicapai Islam pada abad pertengahan, hal itu tak lepas dari keberhasilan dunia pendidikan pada zaman itu, kota-kota Islam telah menjelma menjadi pusat pendidikan dan peradaban yang sangat maju. Adapun metode penelitian yang diguanakan dalam riset ini adalah kualitatif dimana menggunakan kajian pustaka yang mengumpulkan berbagai leterature yang ada. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Dalam pemikiran filsafat Al-Ghazali, terdapat empat unsur pemikiran filsafat yang mempengaruhinya. Di dalam mendapatkan ilmu al-ghazali memiliki 2 cara yakni melalui bimbingan dan yang kedua melalui tuhan langsung atau dalam hal ini disebut ilmu ladduni. Menurut Al-Ghazali orang sufi benar-benar berada di atas jalan yang benar , berakhlak yang baik dan berpengetahuan. Menurut al- Ghozali konsep pendidikan islam pendidikan merupakan ibadah dan upaya peningkatan kualitas diri. Pendidikan yang baik merupakan jalan untuk mendekatkan diri Allah dan mendapatkan kebahagian dunia-akhirat.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is an understanding of the reality of diverse societies. Where multiculturalism is a response to diverse and plural social facts, so that a humanist, democratic and just order of life can ultimately be achieved. Multiculturalism recognizes and glorifies differences in equality both individually and culturally. The research design carried out was a literature review. In this research, data was obtained from books and journals related to Islamic education in a multicultural society.Based on research results, multicultural education is an educational strategy that is applied to all types of education, both formal and non-formal. Islam really respects religious differences in social life. Islam really respects differences in religion, ethnicity, nation and these differences must be seen as God's will. Strategies for understanding diversity by looking at multiculturalism include; Understanding religious diversity, understanding language diversity, building gender sensitivity, understanding social status diversity, understanding ethnic diversity and appreciating differences in abilities

Abstract

Education is conscious guidance and assistance provided by educators to students in accordance with their physical and spiritual development towards maturity. Learners in Islamic education have important aspects that need to be studied and developed in educational studies. This discussion explains the definition of learners in Islamic education, the needs of learners, the characteristics of learners, and the nature and code of ethics of learners in Islamic education. This study discusses a philosophical review of students in Islamic education by examining several pieces of literature. In this study, data was obtained from books and journals related to the philosophical review of students in Islamic education. References related to students in Islamic education refer to relevant books and journals. The results of the study explain the definition that, etymologically, students are pupils who receive teaching, while terminologically, they are pupils or individuals who are undergoing change and development and therefore still need guidance and direction in shaping their personalities and as part of the structural process of education. In other words, students are individuals who are undergoing a phase of development or growth, both physically and mentally as well as intellectually. The characteristics of students include: students are viewed as a unified human system and, in practice, are both the subject and object of education.

Abstract

Professional zakat, also known as income zakat, is an evolution of zakat jurisprudence that emerged as a reaction to contemporary economic dynamics. From the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, professional zakat is classified as part of zakat mal, which is mandated on income generated from professional endeavors, including salaries, honoraria, or performance-based compensation. According to scientific research conducted by Damayanti (2020), Nikmah and Fahrullah (2024), and Balkis and Aji (2024), professional zakat has a qiyas foundation similar to zakat applicable to agriculture and trade, as both categories derive their legitimacy from human labor and effort. Contemporary scholars, including Yusuf al-Qaradawi and Wahbah al-Zuhaili, argue that the obligation to pay professional zakat is triggered when income reaches a threshold equivalent to 85 grams of gold and meets the criteria of one transportation. The regulatory framework in Indonesia, as outlined in Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management, reinforces this perspective by establishing a legal framework for the collection and distribution of professional zakat through officially recognized zakat institutions. As a result, the concept of zakat related to professions exemplifies the adaptability of Islamic law in addressing the complexities of modern economic progress while firmly upholding the basic principles of justice and social welfare.
