Abstract

Sistem kendali lampu lalu lintas (Lampu lalu lintas ) mengambil peran penting dalam memberikan pengaturan yang lebih baik dan mengontrol arus lalu lintas. Strategi yang lebih baik dalam pengendalian arus lalu lintas dapat meningkatkan pergerakan kendaraan dengan mempersingkat waktu perjalanan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat Lampu lalu lintas dengan gerbang logika. Perancangan peralatan menggunakan sistem tata lampu lalu lintas simpang empat fase yang berarti akan ada empat lampu hijau yang akan menyala secara bergantian dan empat lampu merah yang 3 hidup bersamaan. Tahap desain dimulai dari perancangan perangkat keras yang mengacu pada sistem blok diagram, selanjutnya program dibuat sesuai dengan perencanaan. Sensor Infra merah adalah komponen elektronika yang dapat mengidentifikasi cahaya infra merah (infra red, IR). Sensor infra merah atau detektor infra merah saat ini ada yang dibuat khusus dalam satu modul dan dinamakan sebagai IR Detector Photomodules. IR Detector Photomodules merupakan sebuah chip detektor infra merah digital yang di dalamnya terdapat fotodiode dan penguat (amplifier). Hasil pengujian alat ini menunjukkan LED dan seven segment yang ditampilkan akan menyala sesuai masukan sensor

Abstract

Osteoporosis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang berkaitan dengan proses penuaan (degeneratif) yang diindikasikan dengan terjadinya penurunan kerapatan yang cepat dan penipisan jaringan tulang sehingga terjadi penurunan kekuatan mekanik tulang dalam mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari. Teknik yang banyak dikembangkan untuk pengukuran yang berkaitan dengan massa tulang, serta dianggap sebagai gold standard adalah Dual Energi X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA).  Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya memberikan peluang pemanfaatan citra radiografi panoramik gigi untuk analisis kerapatan trabekula tulang mandibula. Hasil ini digunakan sebagai sarana dekteksi dini kondisi Bone Mineral Density (BMD). Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan klasifikasi terhadap hasil analisis tekstur menggunakan prinsip Grey Level Co-occurence Matrix (GLCM) pada citra panoramik gigi. Dari metode GLCM diperoleh ekstraksi fitur yang selanjutnya dijadikan input bagi K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) untuk melakukan klasifikasi. Uji coba dilakukan menggunakan data BMD vertebra lumbar dan citra panoramik gigi 23 sampel wanita berusia antara 52 – 73 tahun yang telah memasuki masa postmenopause. Hasil klasifikasi kelas normal dan osteoporosis menggunakan KNN (9 data latih dan 14 data uji) memberikan pengenalan paling baik dengan akurasi 78,57%, sensitivitas (tingkat benar positif) 100% dan spesifisitas (tingkat benar negatif) 66,67%. Pengenalan paling baik didapatkan menggunakan fitur contrast, energy, dan homogeneity dan kombinasi ketiganya sebagai input bagi klasifikasi KNN.Kata kunci : Osteoporosis, citra radiografi panoramik, analisis tekstur, Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Osteoporosis is a degenerative disease which is characterized by a rapid decrease in bone density resulting in a decrease in the mechanical strength of the bones to support daily activities. The gold standard for bone mass measurement is Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA). Several previous studies provided the opportunity to utilize dental panoramic radiographic images for analysis of mandibular trabecular bone density. These results are used as an early detection tool for Bone Mineral Density (BMD) conditions. This research tries to use the feature extraction results of texture analysis using Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) on dental panoramic images as input for K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) to carry out classification. The trial was conducted using lumbar vertebral BMD data and dental panoramic images from 23 samples of women aged between 52-73 years who had entered the postmenopausal period. Classification results of normal and osteoporosis using KNN (9 training data and 14 test data) gave the best recognition with an accuracy of 78.57%, a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 66.67%. The best recognition is obtained by using contrast, energy, and homogeneity features and their combination as input for KNN classification.Keywords: Osteoporosis, dental panoramic radiograph, texture analysis, Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) .

Abstract

Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) menjadi faktor penting dalam menilai kinerja perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) khususnya IKU 7. Pentingnya persentase matakuliah yang menggunakan model PjBL dan model Case Method diharapkan dalam upaya mencapai tujuan tersebut. Departemen Teknik Elektro melakukan serangkaian sosialisasi untuk merencanakan dan merancang perangkat PjBL, termasuk di matakuliah Algoritma Pemrograman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang perangkat pembelajaran Prak Algoritma dan Pemrograman dengan konsep PjBL, yang juga menanamkan nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK. Nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK, yaitu Berorientasi Layanan, Akuntabel, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif, bukan hanya diterapkan oleh ASN, tetapi juga dapat diterapkan di kelas kepada pendidik dan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari pengembangan model pembelajaran PjBL pada matakuliah Prak Algoritma Pemrograman, dengan fokus pada tahap desain. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data dan literatur, penyusunan capaian pembelajaran, penyusunan indikator penilaian, pemilihan metode pembelajaran, dan terakhir, finalisasi Rancangan Pembelajaran Semester berbasis PjBL. Setiap langkah yang diambil mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai BerAKHLAK, baik bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Quantum Learning-based e-module for the subject of Natural and Social Science Projects (IPAS) in class X Vocational High School, focusing on Economic Behavior and Social Welfare material. The development employed the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Expert validation results show that the e-module is very valid in material (89.70%) and language (96.70%), and valid in media (78%). Practicality tests indicate the module is practical (79% by teachers) and very practical (82% by students). Effectiveness was assessed through pre-test and post-test with 31 students, analyzed using the t-test. The results show a t-count of 16.17, exceeding the t-table value of 1.697 at a 0.05 significance level, indicating a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after using the module. In conclusion, the Quantum Learning-based e-module meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, and can be used as a quality learning resource to enhance student engagement and achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Archerys ID Model instructional design and student learning motivation on physics learning outcomes. The Archerys ID Model, developed from the ARCS motivational framework, incorporates reflection and the formation of learning habits to enhance both engagement and academic integrity. A quasi-experimental method with a 2×2 factorial design was employed, involving an experimental group taught using the Archerys ID Model and a control group using the TPACK model. Data were collected through learning motivation questionnaires and standardized physics tests, then analyzed using two-way ANOVA to assess main effects and interactions. The results showed that students taught with the Archerys ID Model achieved significantly higher learning outcomes than those in the TPACK group. Learning motivation also had a significant effect on student performance, while no interaction was found between the instructional model and motivation levels. These findings indicate that the Archerys ID Model is effective in improving learning outcomes, particularly when combined with strategies that promote intrinsic learning engagement.

Abstract

Low understanding of subject matter, particularly in chemistry—especially in aspects of chemical literacy such as conceptual knowledge, contextual understanding, and higher-order thinking skills (HOTS)—combined with students’ limited problem-solving skills, has resulted in poor learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 16 Batam. Another contributing factor is the limited use of instructional media that supports real-life skill development. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of chemistry literacy-based learning videos in improving the problem-solving abilities of Grade X students. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two purposively selected classes: an experimental group taught using chemistry literacy-based videos and a control group using PowerPoint media. Research instruments included a chemical literacy test and a problem-solving skills test. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test to compare group results and an N-Gain test to evaluate treatment effectiveness. Findings revealed that the use of chemistry literacy-based videos significantly enhanced students’ chemical literacy, problem-solving skills, and overall learning outcomes compared to the control group. The N-Gain value of 73% categorized the intervention as moderately effective. Thus, chemistry literacy-based videos are effective instructional media for improving the quality of chemistry learning at the senior high school level.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of applying the BSCS 5E instructional model on students’ communication skills and learning outcomes in physics at SMAN 16 Batam. The background of this research is the low level of students’ communication skills and learning outcomes, which requires an innovative learning approach that is more active and student-centered. The study employed an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The subjects consisted of two classes: the experimental class using the BSCS 5E model and the control class using the TPACK model. The research instruments included a learning outcomes test and communication skills observation sheets. Data were analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, followed by an independent t-test to examine significant differences between the two groups. The results revealed that the application of the BSCS 5E model had a significant impact on improving students’ communication skills and learning outcomes. Students in the experimental class were better able to express ideas scientifically and achieved higher learning outcomes compared to those in the control class. Therefore, the BSCS 5E instructional model proved to be effective in enhancing communication skills and learning outcomes in high school physics learning.
