Abstract

Mathematics is a compulsory subject that is taught from elementary school (SD) to university level. Although it is a compulsory subject, students complain about mathematics as an unpleasant subject. This study aims to provide an easier understanding of mathematics to students, especially the relationship between mathematics and culture (ethnomathematics) by using the Math City Map application. The research method used in this study is a literature study by comparing previous research journals that underlie the research. The output of the research is in the form of learning cultural mathematics (ethnomathematics) which is more fun by utilizing the Math City Map application that is used by students via cell phone media. Where students will be invited to use the application to explore and study local culture associated with the mathematical aspect so that the mathematical critical thinking skills possessed by students will increase.

Abstract

Abstract Teachers' understanding of the concept of differentiated learning and its implementation in the classroom; as well as understanding how the development of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students has not had an optimal impact on the implementation of the independent curriculum. So this service aims to optimize the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Dimsa Muhammadiyah Sragen. Some of the materials provided include Learning and Assessment, Implementation of Problem Based Learning in the Independent Curriculum, Implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the Independent Curriculum, Implementation of QR Codes in Teaching Modules, and Computer Programming using SCRATCH. The results obtained are increased teacher understanding in planning, implementing and evaluating learning with a new paradigm. Abstrak Pemahaman para guru tentang konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan implementasinya di dalam kelas; serta pemahaman bagaimana pengembangan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang kurang berdampak pada implementasi kurikulum merdeka belum optimal. Sehingga pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk optimasilisasi implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMP Dimsa Muhammadiyah Sragen. Beberapa materi yang diberikan diantaranya adalah Pembelajaran dan Asesmen, Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah pada Kurikulum Merdeka, Implementasi Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada Kurikulum Merdeka, Implementasi QR Code pada Modul Ajar, dan Pemrograman Komputer menggunakan SCRATCH. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya pemahaman guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran dengan paradigma baru.

Abstract

Abstract Cokro tourist village is a newly formed tourist village in August 2024, by developing an educational tour package as a pioneer of eco-culture tourism. The obstacles faced are the absence of tour packages offered and tour guides, so there is a need for assistance and training in the development of edu-tourism packages and tour guides. The preparation of edu-tourism packages as an eco-culture tourism pilot aims to form an edu-tourism package that is offered and is able to attract tourists to visit and enjoy the tour packages provided. The uniqueness that characterizes Cokro Village is expected that tourists will be impressed and remembered after visiting. In this activity, there is a method implemented, namely Community Based Research (CBR) with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach in mentoring and training. In addition, there are stages carried out, namely the preparation of the edu-tourism package then conducting FGDs as a discussion related to the objectives and division of tasks with the partners involved, the second stage is the FGD to determine the package and price, the third stage is the FGD to make an agreement between partners, and the last stage is training and simulation of the edu-tourism package. The preparation of this edu-tour package resulted in 4 edu-tour packages with a total of 19 activities that can be offered. Abstrak Desa wisata Cokro merupakan desa wisata yang baru terbentuk pada bulan Agustus tahun 2024, dengan mengembangkan paket eduwisata sebagai rintisan eco-culture tourism. Kendala yang dihadapi adalalah belum adanya paket wisata yang ditawarkan dan pemandu wisata, sehingga terdapat diperlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan pengembangan paket eduwisata dan pemandu wisata. Penyusunan paket eduwisata sebagai rintisan eco-culture tourism ini bertujuan agar terbentuk paket eduwisata yang ditawarkan dan mampu menarik minat wisatawan berkunjung dan menikmati paket wisata yang diberikan. Keunikan yang menjadi ciri khas Desa Cokro, diharapkan wisatawan akan terkesan dan terkenang setelah berkunjung. Pada kegiatan ini terdapat metode yang dilaksanakan yaitu Community Based Research (CBR) dengan pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dalam pendampingan serta pelatihan. Selain itu terdapat tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu penyusunan paket eduwisata kemudian melakukan FGD sebagai pembahasan terkait tujuan dan pembagian tugas dengan mitra yang terlibat, tahap kedua yaitu FGD penentuan paket dan harga, tahap ketiga yaitu FGD melakukan kesepakatan antar mitra, dan tahap terakhir yaitu pelatihan dan simulasi paket eduwisata. Penyusunan paket eduwisata ini menghasilkan 4 paket eduwisata dengan total 19 kegiatan yang dapat ditawarkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada. Penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 177 karyawan tetap, dengan sampel 64 responden yang ditarik menggunakan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan membuktikan ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hasil hipotesis secara parsial membuktikan ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap loyalitas karyawan , ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada. Hasil koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan kontribusi yang disebabkan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja mampu menyebabkan perubahan terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 44,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test show Fcount, meaning that there is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The results of the partial hypothesis test show the tcount value of work motivation, work discipline, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The determination value shows that work motivation and work discipline can contribute to the rise and fall of employee performance, with the magnitude of the change caused by 76.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Hindoli Estate Pulai Berayun. This type of research is associative. The population in this study was 87 employees, with a sample of 47 employees. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are: 1) There is a significant influence of leadership and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis merupakan salah satu kompetensi esensial yang harus dimiliki peserta didik. Namun, perbedaan gaya belajar sering kali menjadi kendala dalam pencapaian kemampuan tersebut, terutama jika pembelajaran tidak disesuaikan dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik ditinjau dari gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kinestetik melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan berdiferensiasi berbasis GeoGebra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain posttest-only control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 41 Semarang yang terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas VIII-D sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VIII-G sebagai kelompok kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, t-test, serta uji ketuntasan klasikal dan individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PBL dengan pendekatan berdiferensiasi berbasis GeoGebra secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh: (1) rata rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan individu sebesar 81,3, (2) persentase ketuntasan klasikal kelompok eksperimen melebihi 76%, dan (3) perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dalam hasil posttest. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memperkuat urgensi penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan belajar dan guna mendorong pencapaian kompetensi belajar masing-masing peserta didik.

Abstract

Good financial governance capacity is one of the main pillars for the sustainability of community-based organizations, including Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis). Unfortunately, in many tourist villages, financial management still faces various challenges, such as limited administrative knowledge, lack of technical skills in record-keeping, and the absence of standardized reporting formats. This community service program was carried out in Cokro Village, Klaten Regency, with the aim of improving the competence of Pokdarwis Tjakrawala administrators in managing finances and preparing activity reports in a systematic, transparent, and accountable manner. The implementation method was designed in a participatory manner through a combination of material delivery, group discussions, hands-on practice (learning by doing), case simulations, local context-based financial record-keeping simulations, and practice in preparing activity reports. The participants consisted of core administrators and active members of Pokdarwis. The evaluation was conducted by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test, as well as assessing the activity report products produced by the participants. The results showed a significant increase in the average score of participants’ understanding, from 54.2 in the pre-test to 86.5 in the post-test, or an increase of 59.6%. A total of 87% of participants successfully prepared activity reports according to standardized formats, with a high level of completeness and accuracy. In addition, participants also demonstrated increased confidence in applying new skills in their work environment. These findings indicate that hands-on training combined with relevant case studies can improve financial management skills and strengthen institutional governance.
