Abstract

Formulation of the problem was whether or not there is the influence of Cultural, Social, Personal and Psychology Factors partially and stimultaneously on Purchase decision of Insurance Products at PT. Sequislife Insurance of Branch Palembang. The study aimed for finding out the influence of Cultural, Social, Personal, and Psychology Factors onPurchase Decision of Insurance Products at PT. Sequislife Insurance of Branch Palembang. The study was conducted at PT. Sequislife Insurance of Branch Palembang which adressed Dr. M. Isa Street No.01 Kelurahan 08 IlirKecamatan East Ilir II of Palemban, South Sumatra.The study was conducted by using associate quantitative for finding out the influence among Cultural, Social, Personal, and Psychology Factorson Purchase Decision. The Population was 1000 people. The sample wascollected by using cluster sampling. The data was primary and secondary data. The data was collected by using quesitionare and documentation. The data was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative. The result showed that cultural and social factors showed negative result, .personal and psychology factors showed positive result, it meanpersonal and psychology factors influenced significantly on purchase decision. Ftest showed there was a significant influence among Cultural (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3) and Psychology (X4) Factors on Purchase Decision of Insurance Product at PT. Sequislife Insurance of BranchPalembang, Fobtained (58.744) > Ftable (2.4073) with 5%. The independent variable influence on dependen variable stimultaneously

Abstract

These objectives of this study were to find out whether or not there were any significant effects of perception and experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The type of this study was an associative, with the variables used were perception, experience and decision making. The sample chosen were 100 respondents, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing showed the value of Fcount > Ftable, which meant that there was a significant effect of perception and experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The results of the partial hypothesis test showed the value of tcount > tcount, which meant there was a significant effect of perception on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, and there was a significant effect of experience on the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. The value of the coefficient of determination showed that the variables of perception and experience were able to contribute to the ups and downs of the decision making to choose Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, by number 33.2%.

Abstract

Indonesia has had a lot of changes that have occurred in society. Especially during the current Covid -19 Pandemic. All activities from the process of school, buying, and selling among the community are often carried out online or work from home. The economic income of the family, community, and government has also decreased. The existence of Internet facilities can greatly assist all people in carrying out economic activities to be able to survive during the pandemic. Even these activities are carried out online or still carried out at home. By utilizing social media that is facilitated by the internet, people can continue to carry out buying and selling activities to maintain economic income through online. Here are social media that can be used, namely; Instagram, Facebook, Whats up, and e-mail. Thus, from the use of social media, it can still help the business income even in the pandemic of Covid -19.

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to analyze hotel marketing strategies carried out by hotel owned by the South Sumatra regional government. This study was designing an experiential marketing strategy for hotels owned by the South Sumatra regional government and designing an experiential marketing model for hotels owned by the South Sumatra regional government. Research stage was divided into 3 phases, that was: analyzing the marketing strategies that had been carried out so far, designing experiential marketing strategies and designing experiential marketing models for hotels owned by the South Sumatra regional government. This study was to design experiential marketing strategies and experiential marketing models that were suitable for marketing hotels owned by regional government of the South Sumatra Province so that they could compete with other hotels in South Sumatra. Survey method by distributing questionnaires to hotel customers owned by regional government of the South Sumatra Province. Results showed that the marketing strategy used hotels owned by the South Sumatra regional government was still simple, so it required experiential marketing strategies to increase the number of occupants, and from the experiential marketing model showed that brand image affected customer satisfaction and experiential marketing affected the value of experience, where customer satisfaction and the value of experience had influences customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research is formulated whether or not there was significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at mauhammadiyah hospital Palembang. This research was aimed at determining the significant influence of service quality toward the patients’ satisfaction and loyality impact at muhammadiyah hospital Palembang. This research type was such an associative. The research location was at muhammadiyah hospital of Palembang. There were 100 respondents used as sample of the research. The data sources were primary data and secondary data. To collect the data, the researcher used questionnaire. To analyze the data, the researcher used Structural Equation Model (SEM) for windows 8.70 version. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit Muhamadiyah Palembang. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan tempat penelitian di rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah kuesioner. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dugunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for windows versi 8.70. Abstract

Dua tahun pertama pasca mewabahnya Pandemi Covid -19, Indonesia menghadapi kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan bidang pendidikan. Pada akhir tahun 2021 pemerintah telah menggalakkan masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi baik untuk umur dewasa maupun anak-anak. Salah satu tujuan dari dilaksanakkannya vaksinasi tersebut adalah agar seluruh warga Negara khususnya peserta didik di Indonesia siap untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara luring. Namun berdasarkan hasil survey dan observasi masih terdapat beberapa murid di tingkat sekolah dasar yang masih belum melakukan vaksinasi. Sehingga tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan bantuan tenaga dan fikiran kepada kepada sekolah di SD. N 24 Palembang untuk program kegiatan tersebut. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan bantuan kepada para petugas pelaksana vaksinasi dari puskesmas Seibaung Palembang sekaligus melakukan sosialisasi kepada adik-adik di SD. N 24 Palembang mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi untuk mempersiapkan pembelajaran secara blended learing atau pembelajaran gabungan secara online dan offline. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah mempersiapkan semua rangkaian kegiatan dengan baik dan ter-arah. Pada kegiatan pertama yaitu memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pemberian vaksinasi untuk mempersiapkan blended learning di SD. N 24 Palembang. Hasil diskusi dan tanya jawab dari kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar wali murid masih takut untuk memberikan vaksinasi kepada anak, hal itu dikarenakan  bahwa wali murid masih mempercayai berita yang belum dapat dipertanggung jawababkan terkait dari pemberian vaksinasi kepada anak sekolah dasar. Selanjutnya para tim kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga secara optimal membantu dalam memberikan motivasi kepada anak-anak di SD. N 24 Palembang agar semangat dan tidak merasa cemas ketika akan diberi vaksin.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, discipline, and work environtment on employee performance at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang. Associative research methods with multiple linear regression and analysis technique. The sampling technique was simple sampling, by taking the entire sample of 115 respondents. The results showed that : (1) motivation, discipline and work environment partially significant effect on employee performance at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang. (2) motivation, discipline and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance of teachers at Lembaga Pendidikan iSMART Palembang

Abstract

The implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) method in the teaching of English at the junior high school level has proven to be beneficial and effective, as evidenced by the research findings. PBL focuses on the learning process itself by incorporating real-world issues and problems that are aligned with the school curriculum. This approach addresses various challenges that may arise during the learning process, such as lack of engagement, learning disabilities, language barriers, limited resources, and teacher-student relationships. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate perception of teachers regarding PBL and traditional method of teaching English at the junior high School level. The research design used was descriptive, and it involved data collection through interviews, as well as analysis. The data were gathered from various English teachers at different Junior High Schools in South Sumatra, with a total of 34 participants. A questionnaire was used to measure perception of teachers regarding both learning methods in teaching. The results showed a dominant preference for PBL as the selected method. Moreover, teachers also acknowledged a significant improvement in the learning outcomes of students. The contributions of PBL were twofold, 1) it promoted active learning by requiring students to take an active role during the learning process, and 2) it developed problem-solving skills by requiring the identification, analysis, and resolution of real-world problems.

Abstract

Marketing Mix (Product, Distribution and Promotion) on purchasing decisions of dishwashing liquid products in North Indralaya District Ogan Ilir and to determine the effect of marketing mix partially on purchasing decisions for dishwashing liquid products in North Indralaya District Ogan IlirThe number of samples in as many as 96 respondents. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, F Test, T test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the F hypothesis test show that there is a significant influence on the marketing mix on purchasing decisions. While partially the Product (X1) has a significant effect on the purchase decision. Distribution Variables (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and promotions (X3) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
