Abstract

Pain in childbirth, often makes mothers give to birth normally. Many mothers who decide to do the cesarean section after a normal birth half way through, so this study to identify the type of labor with a pain scale of involution of the uterus during childbirth in hospitals Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojosari Mojokerto.Type of the Analytic Observational study with cross sectional design. The population in this study were postpartum mothers at delivery and Caesarean section deliveries in hospitals normally the first day of Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojosari Mojokerto. Population of 37 people. Sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data processing techniques through Editing, Coding, Tabulating. The research was conducted on May 22 to June 7.The results that are almost entirely in pain with uterine involution category Very Painful but can still be controlled on the type of cesarean section delivery of 20 respondents (54.1%), and none who have pain with uterine involution category Very Painful but can still be controlled in labor normal. Mean values recorded for the type of cesarean section delivery is greater than the normal type of labor (23.56> 6.70). Results Statistical 0.00 <0.05 hence H0 refused and H1 accepted that there is a relationship between type of delivery with a pain scale involution of the uterus during childbirth in hospitals Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojosari Mojokerto.Normal type of labor will reduce the pain scale involution of the uterus during childbirth, along with a range of factors that exist, namely age and parity.In this study the uterine involution pain scale on the type of cesarean delivery cesarean delivery is higher than normal. This is because the wound incision in cesarean section deliveries increase the intensity of pain during childbirth uterine involution. Health workers are expected to provide new information on uterine involution pain scale on each type of labor.Keyword: Type of Labor, Pain Scale.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan terkait dengan kemiskinan, di mana prestasi siswa dinilai setiap akhir semester. Program Indonesia Pintar memberikan dukungan keuangan untuk biaya sekolah dan bantuan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu SD N 04 Majalangu dalam menyeleksi penerima Program Indonesia Pintar yang lebih akurat dan evisien. Metode Naïve Bayes adalah metode klasifikasi dari machine learning yang memiliki keunggulan yaitu menggunakan sampel data pelatihan untuk mengestimasi parameter yang terlibat dalam proses klasifikasi dapat tersaji secara cepat, serta memperoleh akurasi tinggi [1]. Algoritma C4.5 adalah algoritma yang digunakan untuk membentuk pohon keputusan, yang merupakan metode klasifikasi dan prediksi yang sangat kuat dan terkenal [2]. Metode Decision Tree dengan algoritma C4.5 dan Naïve Bayes digunakan untuk pemilihan yang lebih objektif. Penelitian ini memastikan bantuan tepat sasaran, mengurangi beban biaya pendidikan, dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Data mining memastikan keputusan seleksi didasarkan pada bukti yang kuat, mengurangi potensi kesalahan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi model algoritma C4.5 sebesar 64,42%, dan algoritma Naïve Bayes sebesar 100%. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor kontribusi dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima PIP di SD N 04 Majalangu, mendukung efisiensi dan objektivitas dalam pemilihan penerima bantuan pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mendeskripsikan penggunaan ChatGPT pada pembelajaran Teknologi Perkantoran kelas X MPLB 3 di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, (2) mengetahui hambatannya, serta (3) mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan guru dan siswa untuk mengatasi hambatan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data dan teknik. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan ChatGPT pada pembelajaran teknologi perkantoran dinilai mudah, cepat dan praktis. Penggunaan ChatGPT dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas pembelajaran dan sebagai alat bantu alternatif yang lebih terjangkau. Peningkatan literasi digital dirasakan dan siswa memiliki suasana belajar baru yang lebih menantang. ChatGPT dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memahami materi, (2) hambatan yang dialami ialah kurangnya motivasi dan disiplin belajar siswa dalam bidang teknologi, kendala akses internet dan kompatibilitas perangkat, kesulitan dalam memilih prompt yang tepat, kesulitan menafsirkan informasi, dan (3) solusi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membebaskan siswa mencari sumber belajar lain, menambah jaringan internet dan wifi yang dapat diakses oleh siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, memasukkan prompt yang berbeda, dan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi informasi.

Abstract

Background: Hypercholesterolemia is a problem that many people complain about, especially DMPA birth control acceptors (Depo Medroxy Progesterone Acetate). The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between fatty eating patterns and physical activity with the incidence of hypercholesterolemia in Ana Amalia's PMB. Methods: This research uses a type of Observational research with a cross sectional design. The population was 63 people with a sample size of 54 people and used the chi square test. Results: Ha was accepted, which means there is a relationship between fatty eating patterns and physical activity and the incidence of hypercholesterolemia in Ana Amalia's PMB. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between fatty eating patterns and physical activity and the incidence of hypercholesterolemia. The more frequently DMPA contraceptive acceptors consume fatty foods, the greater the incidence of hypercholesterolemia, as well as physical activity, people who do light physical activity tend to suffer from hypercholesterolemia, this is because fat in the body is not burned.

Abstract

Diabetes adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular dan bersifat kronis serta prevalensinya cukup tinggi di Indonesia bahkan Dunia. Penyakit ini ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar gula darah acak ≥ 200 mg/dl. Kadar gula darah yang tinggi dan tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi sepert gagal, ginjal, stroke, neuropati dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu strategi dalam kontrol gula darah selain mengontrol asupan makanan adalah juga dengan mengkonsumsi obat antidiabetes secara rutin sesuai dosis. Salah satu masalah dari penggunaan obat adalah pengetahuan yang rendah serta “lupa” yang sering menjadi faktor yang mengurangi kepatuhan pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat antidiabetes. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan maka salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan penyuluhan dan mengurangi faktor lupa dapat menggunakan pillbox. Pengabdian ini terbagi menjadi 4 tahapan. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan pengukuran pengetahuan dan kepatuhan warga, tahap ke empat juga melakukan pengukuran pengetahuan dan kepatuhan warga setelah adanya pengabdian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah akhir pengabdian, data dianalisis dengan Shapiro-Wilk dilanjutkan uji Willcoxon karena data tidak terdistribusi normal untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan sebelum dan sesudah pengabdian ini. Dari hasil pengabdian ini tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap nilai pengetahuan sebelum 79,78 ± 3,90 sesudah 80,38 ± 4,63 dengan p-value > 0,05, akan tetapi terjadi peningkatan nilai kepatuhan sebelum 22,90 ± 4,01 dan sesudah 15,98 ± 2,84 dengan p-value < 0,05.

In applying media in learning, teachers are advised to apply media that can make students interested in learning and raise their motivation in learning. As technology develops in the current digital era, there are more and more technology-based learning media. Powtoon media is a technology-based learning media that can attract students to learn and raise their motivation. This is because the media is an animated video that combines audio and visuals which can provide a special attraction in learning negotiation texts for class X-4 students. This research examines the application of Powtoon media in learning negotiation texts for class X-4 students at SMA N 5 Semarang. The main problem is the low interest of students in learning about negotiation text material which is delivered only through the lecture method without interactive learning media. Therefore, researchers apply new innovations in the learning process in the form of applying Powtoon media in learning negotiation texts with the aim of increasing activity so that students are more enthusiastic and active in learning, in addition to making students understand more about the structure of negotiation texts Powtoon media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through tests and non-tests. The research results show that the application of Powtoon is effective in increasing student participation, this is shown by the test results of students with the highest score of 95 and the lowest score of 85, and non-test results in the form of interviews and observations show that students are active and enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted to gain knowledge and conduct a review of the implementation and analysis of the implementation of the Merseka Curriculum in Driving Schools, namely SDN 2 Cibunar and SDN 3 Kersamenak in Garut Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach where data was collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were school principals, teachers, students and parents. To ensure the validity of the data, time was extended in collecting data, observing activities in the two elementary schools studied, and triangulating the data. The results of the research found that the Merdeka Curriculum must be implemented in Driving Schools, where in its implementation there are differences in stage achievements between SDN 2 Cibunar and SDN 3 Kersamenak

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi secara tidak langsung menghambat aktivitas masyarakat sehari-hari. Aktivitas sekolah, bekerja maupun lainnya dilakukan menggunakan teknologi digital. Penggunaan teknologi digital seperti sosial media dan marketplace belum sepenuhnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk kegiatan produktif. Produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan masyarakat desa dapat ditawarkan melalui cara digital. Namun hal ini masih terkendala dengan pengetahuan masyarakat yang menggunakan sosial media hanya untuk tujuan non produktif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sosial media dan marketplace di desa Sukasono Kabupatan Garut untuk memasarkan produk dan jasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan webinar, bimbingan, pre test & post test sebagai bahan evaluasi. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat menunjukan adanya peningkatan terhadap pengetahuan mengenai pemasaran produk ataupun jasa dengan media teknologi untuk menunjang produkivitas di masa pandemi.
