Abstract

This research is intended to find out how big the influence of Business Risk, Sales Growth and Investment Opportunity Set on Capital Structure. In this study, the samples taken were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The data collection technique used in this study is to collect documentation in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2020. The data analysis method used in this research is using panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that business risk has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, the investment opportunity set has no positive and significant effect on capital structure. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide information about the factors that influence the capital structure analyzed using business risk variables, sales growth and investment opportunity sets in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the aim of making the right decisions regarding the company's performance.

Abstract

The development of information technology allows the use of more sophisticated media such as the internet to make it easier to access information. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) is a telecommunications company that has a product called Indihome for surfing the internet. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results showed that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the tcount> ttable value at the 5% level (2.051> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.043 <0.05. The results showed that price has a partial effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. This is indicated by the value of tcount> ttable at the 5% level (5.203> 1.65993) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results showed that the value of service quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indihome internet service users in Bireuen Regency. With a value of Fhitung> Ftabel (19.511> 3.09), and a significant value (sig) = 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Health efforts for children can be made through improving nutrition. Good nutrition will produce quality human resources. One of the important nutrients for the growth and development of school children is protein from fish. This service activity conveys the message of the importance of fish consumption, involves the role of parents in transforming the benefits of sustainable fish consumption, and explores the factors that influence children's consumption of fish. So it is hoped that it can increase the target's knowledge and determine the factors that influence the target in consuming fish. The results of this activity concluded that there had been an increase in the target group's knowledge about the importance of fish consumption, but its implementation in daily practice could not yet be confirmed. So it is necessary to monitor its implementation. Knowledge and motivation are not the main factors for children wanting to consume fish, the availability of food made from fish at home and processing that can increase children's interest in consuming fish are the main factors that need to be considered.

Abstract

Student startups have significant potential to grow if supported by effective innovation management. However, many startups at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI) still face challenges in managing ideas, prototype development, and business strategies. This community service program aims to implement innovation management through training, mentoring, and evaluation of student startups at UNIKI. The method includes a needs survey, training on innovation management, prototyping workshops, and intensive mentoring for two months. The results indicate an improvement in students' understanding of innovation management, with 60% of startups experiencing an increase in customer acquisition. The program is recommended to continue with strengthening business networks and access to funding.
