Abstract

A traffic accident is an unexpected event and an event that is not caused by an element of intent. Traffic accidents can cause harm to the driver himself or to other people by causing loss of life or material loss. This study aimed to determine the factors that caused drivers to be involved in traffic accidents in the City of Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research type. The data sources used were primary data, in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of existing data at the Yogyakarta City Transportation Agency. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study, documentation and interviews. The data population and data samples were 1520 from 2019-2021. The analysis was performed using diagram analysis and univariate analysis. There has been a decrease in the number of traffic accidents caused by driver factors in the city of Yogyakarta from 2019 to 2021. With the percentage of Disorganized 37.1%, Speed Limit 33.6%, Inattentive 14.9%, Tired 10.3%, Drowsiness 3.6%, Effect of Alcohol 0.3% and sickness 0.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how work behavior and commitment influence employee performance in the Performance sector of the Secretariat of the Yogyakarta Special Region Communication and Information Service. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 25 samples. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with the researcher's technique using saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, f tests and t tests. Based on the research results, the multiple regression equation Y = .300 + 0.527 X1 + 0.247 0.007 is smaller than 0.05 (0.007 < 0.05), f-count test results > f-table (39.961 > 3.342), sign value. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), this shows that the variable factors of work behavior and commitment influence the performance of the secretariat. The coefficient of determination test shows that the R Square is 0.747, meaning that the influence of work behavior and commitment variables on the performance of the Secretariat of the Yogyakarta Special Region Communication and Information Service is 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% must be explained by other causal factors. originating from outside this regression method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, facilities and image partially or simultaneously on community satisfaction with the services of the Mulia Baru District Health Center. Ketapang, West Kalimantan. This type of quantitative research with a total sample of 92 samples. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, which were obtained from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. Data testing in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, then multiple linear analysis tests, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), correlation test and determination test. processed using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows computer software. The results of the research show that partially the facility and image variables have an influence on community satisfaction, while the service quality variable has no influence on community satisfaction with the services of the Mulia Baru District Health Center. Ketapang, West Kalimantan. And simultaneously it is significant for community satisfaction with Mulia Baru Community Health Center services and is very strongly correlated. Apart from that, the variables of service quality, facilities and image contribute 70.5% to community satisfaction, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pemasaran dari tradisional menjadi digital marketing untuk menghadapi era 5.0 memaksakan pihak UMKM untuk melakukan perubahan dalam sistem pemasaran produknya melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami digital marketing. Untuk itu, tujuan kegiatan abdimas ini memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan bagi generasi muda dan UMKM tentang digital marketing bagi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Metode kegiatan abdimas yakni ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung kepada pelaku UMKM. Peserta abdimas yakni para pelaku UMKM dan generasi muda di Kelurahan Triwidadi Kapanewon Pajangan kabupaten Bantul dengan kriteria belum mengetahui sistem digital marketing untuk pemasaran. Hasil dari abdimas yakni peserta mendapatkan tambahan ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing mulai dari pengertian, jenis, dan pemanfaatannya bagi pemasaran produk UMKM dan peserta dapat membuat konten dan caption sebagai pendukung postingan gambar/foto/video produk dalam yang akan dipasorog di whatshap, tiktok dan akun Instagram yang memiliki sifat persuasif. Kata-kata kunci: Digital Marketing, Konten, Caption
