Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli pada produk mie instan (Indomie). Teknik penentuan sampel dengan cara convenience sampling. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang digunakan 200 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Peth Analysis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah harga, citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja keuangan PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022 menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Dalam konteks perkembangan pesat industri telekomunikasi dan kondisi ekonomi yang tidak stabil di Indonesia, pentingnya laporan keuangan sebagai alat untuk pengambilan keputusan manajerial semakin ditekankan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan berupa Laporan Neraca dan Laporan Laba-rugi selama periode 2018-2022. Analisis dilakukan terhadap rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas perusahaan. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan mencakup Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return on Assets (ROA). Rasio likuiditas yang dianalisis meliputi Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, dan Cash Ratio, sementara rasio solvabilitas mencakup Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, facilities and image partially or simultaneously on community satisfaction with the services of the Mulia Baru District Health Center. Ketapang, West Kalimantan. This type of quantitative research with a total sample of 92 samples. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, which were obtained from distributing questionnaires and literature studies. Data testing in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, then multiple linear analysis tests, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), correlation test and determination test. processed using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows computer software. The results of the research show that partially the facility and image variables have an influence on community satisfaction, while the service quality variable has no influence on community satisfaction with the services of the Mulia Baru District Health Center. Ketapang, West Kalimantan. And simultaneously it is significant for community satisfaction with Mulia Baru Community Health Center services and is very strongly correlated. Apart from that, the variables of service quality, facilities and image contribute 70.5% to community satisfaction, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

TThis systematic literature review examines the influence of corporate governance (CG) on audit quality (AQ), addressing gaps in existing research, particularly in emerging markets. It highlights critical factors such as variability in CG practices and AQ outcomes, emphasizing the roles of gender diversity, board independence, and audit committee effectiveness. The objective is to identify key patterns and gaps, offering actionable insights to enhance governance frameworks. Using a rigorous methodology, the study synthesizes findings from recent peer-reviewed research. The analysis focuses on recurring themes like ownership concentration, auditor independence, and audit rotation, employing thematic and narrative synthesis to produce coherent insights. The results demonstrate that independent and diverse boards, effective audit committees, and auditor independence significantly enhance AQ by improving oversight and reducing financial misstatements. However, challenges such as concentrated ownership and weak regulatory enforcement can diminish these benefits. These findings provide valuable recommendations for policymakers and corporate leaders to strengthen transparency, accountability, and stakeholder trust. By integrating theoretical frameworks with practical applications, the study advances global discussions on CG and AQ while highlighting the need for further research in underexplored markets and industry-specific contexts.
