Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Orgenaizing, Reflecting and Extending) learning model with the help of Crossword puzzele media on learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of experimental research that is True design experiments designed Postttest-only control dsign. The population in this study was grade VII students of SMPN 2 Takengon with a sample of grade VII 1 and VII 2 of 30 people each. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaires. For analysis techniques using linear regression and tests Hypothesis. Based on the results of research from regression tests, student motivation increased by 35% based on observation and based on questionnaires 39%, the correlation value of 3.18 on Constant 57.33 was influenced by external and environmental factors. The results of the hypothesis test or t test obtained tcount table or 5.291 2.048at a significant level () 5% then Ha is accepted. For the value of the product moment correlation coefficient of 0.883 shows very strong. Therefore, the CORE learning model assisted by Crossword Puzzle media can increase social studies learning motivation of grade VII1 students of SMPN 2 Takengon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) terhadap motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI MAN 2 Aceh Tengah. Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah karena kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran CORE di kelas XI IPS 1, tanggapan siswa kelas XI IPS 1 terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran CORE serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran CORE terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pre-experimental design dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Pada teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, penerapan model sudah berhasil dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran sejarah. Diperoleh hasil respon siswa baik, dengan besar pengaruh (R2) sebesar 29% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai = 2,967, nilai = 2,101 berarti atau 2,9672,101, sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian maka diterima. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran CORE berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS 1 MAN 2 Aceh Tengah.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, CORE, Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

The research aimed to describe the life history of King Sejong the Great and his contribution to the field of alphabet and law, especially law for convict, marriage, and heir. The method applied in the research was the historical method. The results show that Korea is in a golden age because of his policies during his leadership. His most outstanding contribution is the hangeul alphabet which gradually replaced idu and hanja. In addition, in the field of law or policy regarding prisoner sentences, the law must be fair and adjusted to the age limit, and the community must understand the law. Marriage law where women can only marry when they are 14 years old. The last is the law of heirs, which divides fairly and is no longer patriarchal. These policies are related to moral ethics, virtue, truth, and wisdom based on Confucianism.

Abstract

The research aimed to describe why alcoholic beverage products belonging to foreign countries can be registered in Indonesia's Geographical Indications (GI) protection regime. It outlined the legal implications of protecting foreign alcoholic beverage products in the GI protection regime. The research was normative legal research which was strengthened by interviews. The research shows that the protection of foreign alcoholic beverages in the national GI regime is caused by two factors, including disharmony between law 20/2016 and Permenkumham number 12 the Year 2019, and the GI regime gives each member country the freedom to apply the GI provisions in accordance with their national interests. Furthermore, the implications for the protection of foreign alcoholic beverage products in the GI protection regime in Indonesia, besides showing the inconsistency of GI protection arrangements for alcoholic beverage products, also injure the sense of justice for traditional alcoholic beverage activists who want their traditional knowledge products to be protected through the GI regime.Â
