Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, earnings per share, current ratio and return on equity on stock prices with the price earning ratio as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 50 samples that met the criteria from 177 companies that became the data in this study. The method used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis. The results showed that return on assets, earnings per share, current ratio and return on equity, Price Earning Ratio (PER) partially affect stock prices. Price Earning Rato (PER) is not able to moderate the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices.

Abstract

There are 88 population of Basic Industry and Chemicalscompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period, the number of samples used in this study were 17 companies engaged in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study found that working capital turnover has a positive but not significant effect onprofitability. Inventory Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. Cash Turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Accounts Receivable Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Profitability. The results of the study can be concluded that the coefficient of determination (R^2) was found to be 0.805, which means that all variables in this study together are able to influence profitability by 80.5%, the remaining 19.5% is explained by other variables or factors. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat dan perangkat kelurahan Paluh Kemiri belum mengetahui dan memahami pengaturan hukum terkait pengelolaan sampah, penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah yang memberikan manfaat baik dari segi lingkungan maupun ekonomi dengan rencana dibentuknya Pokja (Kelompok Kerja) masyarakat dan Bank Sampah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Berdasarkan hal itu pentingnya kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan hukum mengenai penanganan dan pengelolaan sampah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemaparan atau penyuluhan dari segi aspek hukum lingkungan dalam pengelolaan sampah yang memberikan manfaat baik dari segi lingkungan maupun ekonomi. Metode selanjutnya digunakan diskusi/sharing yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terkait pengelolaan sampah bagi masyarakat dan perangkat kelurahan Paluh Kemiri. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat dan perangkat kelurahan Paluh Kemiri dapat mengetahui dan memahami pengaturan mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang terdapat dalam UU. No. 18 Tahun 2008 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 27 Tahun 2020 tentang Sampah Spesifik, Permen LHK No. 14 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah pada Bank Sampah, dan Perda Kabupaten Deli Serdang No. 4 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah serta memahami pengelolaan sampah yang dapat memberikan manfaat baik dari segi lingkungan maupun ekonomi dengan membentuk Pokja (Kelompok Kerja) masyarakat dan mendirikan Bank Sampah serta memahami pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga.

Abstract

The ulos weaving business in Padang Bujur Village, Sipirok District, North Sumatra, plays a vital role in preserving cultural heritage and supporting the local economy. However, these enterprises face significant challenges, including inadequate financial management skills and limited digital marketing adoption. These issues were exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic, which disrupted traditional sales channels and reduced market demand. This program documents a community service program aimed at addressing these challenges through two key interventions: basic accounting training and the adoption of digital marketing strategies. The program provided artisans with practical knowledge in financial management, including transaction recording, cash flow management, and simple financial reporting. Furthermore, digital marketing solutions such as the creation of blogs, utilization of social media platforms, and optimization of e-commerce tools were introduced to expand market reach and improve product visibility. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in artisans' financial literacy and their ability to manage business finances transparently and effectively. Additionally, the implementation of digital marketing strategies increased customer engagement and broadened the market for ulos products, including access to national and international buyers. This program highlights the importance of integrating traditional craftsmanship with modern business practices to sustain micro-enterprises in the digital era. Future efforts should focus on advanced training and fostering partnerships with stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference so that the hypothesis presented by the researcher in this study can be proven. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from employees of the PUPR Ministry spread throughout Indonesia. The data were collected through a questionnaire containing five statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The collected data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that each hypothesis that the researcher put forward in this article can be proven comprehensively because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In the first hypothesis, the Leadership Style variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Company Performance because the P-Values ​​value of 0.003 is positive and below the significance level.. These results are due to a good Leadership Style that can make leaders and employees compact which can ultimately affect Company Performance. In addition, in the next hypothesis, the Good Corporate Governance variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Company Performance because of the same thing, namely the P-Values ​​value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.003. Abstract

There are many Padang restaurants in Medan city with a variety of advantages. Intense competition of course means that partners must be ready to carry out the best strategic management they can, both in the areas of food production, financial management, service, and realizing the importance of promotions for increasing income. RM location. Intan Sari is very strategic as a place of business. This can be seen from the area which is busy with people and along the road there are many eating places offering various types of food. This of course creates business competition between traders there. So a better marketing strategy is needed to support increased income. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted, several obstacles were found that resulted in partners not being able to compete with similar businesses, such as financial management that was not yet transparent and accountable, marketing techniques that were still conventional, sales volumes that were not optimal and facilities and infrastructure/facilities that were inadequate. Through this program, the implementing team offers several solutions in the form of training and assistance in using the cashier application, providing digital-based marketing assistance and training by creating company profile websites and official partner social media accounts, providing equipment assistance to increase sales volume and providing facility assistance (desk sets and seats) to improve excellent service. So that in the end there will be an increase in income at R.M intan Sari Medan.
