Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan SDS Karya Bunda Mandiri Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan apa yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah di Yayasan SDS Karya Bunda Mandiri. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan seorang kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi (pengamatan), dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala sekolah SDS Karya Bunda Mandiri menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan situasional dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai kepsek. Kepala sekolah menyesuaikan segala sesuatu dengan berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi guru-guru dan lingkungan sekolah. Kepsek menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik, bersikap adil, dan tidak mau memaksakan kehendaknya atau keputusan kepada para guru demi kenyamanan dan kesejahteraan bersama di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami gaya kepemimpinan yang diimplementasikan oleh kepala sekolah MDTA Al-Munawaroh dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap lingkungan belajar, keterlibatan guru, dan prestasi siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif yang meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Diyakini bahwa penelitian ini akan menjelaskan praktik kepemimpinan yang efektif dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap perkembangan siswa, kepuasan guru, dan lingkungan belajar sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MDTA Al-munawaroh, sekolah yang menerapkan pendekatan berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini juga membahas teori kepemimpinan, peran kepala sekolah, dan konsep kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kemepimpinan kepala sekolah MDTA Al-munawaroh memiliki ciri kepemimpinan yang demokratis, dengan penekanan pada partisipasi dan pengembangan potensi setiap orang.

Abstract

The role of teachers in improving the quality of physical education learning at SD IT Al-Azhar Galang is very important, including the function as a teacher, guide, motivator, and supervisor who ensures that physical activities run safely and effectively. By using a varied and interesting curriculum, teachers can increase student interest and participation. In addition, providing constructive feedback and teaching sportsmanship values ​​helps in building positive character in students. The quality of physical education at SD IT Al-Azhar Galang is highly dependent on the competence and dedication of teachers in carrying out their roles holistically, which ultimately supports the physical, social, and emotional development of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the role of school principals and teachers in fostering healthy living behaviors in students at the Bakti II Medan State Elementary School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are the daily behavior of elementary school-aged children who show concern for their own health and theenvironment, in the following behaviors : breakfast before going to school, eating regularly, snacking in a clean canteen/stall, eating healthy food, washing hands thoroughly. Clean soap and water before eating, brushing teeth, cleaning nails and hair, maintaining cleanliness of school toilets, using clean clothes, using clean shoes and socks, disposing of garbage in its place, cleaning classrooms and school environment, getting used to clean living in home, as well as participating in sports and physical activitieson a regular basis. This research is intended so that the role of principals and teachers can motivate students to maintain a healthy school environment, in order to independently avoid disease.

Abstract

Education will not be complete without physical education, society cannot be separated from physical education because one of the main benefits of physical education is that it can make the body healthy and strengthen the body’s muscles, which can be done through exercise and other activities. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of physical education is carried out by the school. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews and documentation instruments. From the research results, it was found that the physical education process carried out by the school was that PJOK learning was important to increase student activity and become a structured direction for students’ movement activities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a local culture-based healthy living model to increase the awareness of SDN 06093 students about healthy eating habits and personal hygiene. The method used was a simple intervention based on local culture, which involved the introduction of healthy traditional foods and personal hygiene practices in full-day activities. The results showed that this approach was effective in improving students' understanding of the importance of healthy eating habits and hand washing. This model makes an important contribution to the development of practical culture-based health education strategies, especially in resource-limited settings.
