Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penngaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Pendapatan Perkapita Terhadap Jumlah Penduduk Miskin di Kabupaten Merangin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah di Badan Pusat Statistika Kabupaten Merangin. Data yang peneliti kumpulkan meliputi data sekunder yang kemudian akan diolah, dianalisis, dan diproses lebih lanjut berdasarkan teori-teori. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan rumus regresi linear berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Uji F digunakan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah variabel-variabel independent secarabersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependent. Untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel bebas (variabel independen) yaitu Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan Pendapatan Perkapita terhadap variabel terikat (variabel dependent) yaitu Jumlah Penduduk Miskin di Kabupaten Merangin secara simultan terhadap Jumlah Penduduk Miskin di Kabupaten Merangin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on the volume of vegetables, revenue, and income traded by traders before and during Covid-19 at the Angso Duo Market Jambi. The data analyzed using the paired t-test analysis generally examines the difference between two observations. This kind of test is carried out on the subject being tested for the situation before and before the process, or the subject of a similar (similar) pair. Paired t-test in this study, will test whether there are significant differences in the observed variables at the beginning of the observation period and the end of the observation period. The basis for decision making is if the significance level > 0.05, then Ho is accepted, if the significance is <0.05 then Ha is accepted. From the results of the analysis and research discussion From the results of the analysis and discussion of research, the average sales volume of vegetables before Covid-19 was 224,235kg/month and during Covid-19 the volume was 131,285kg/month. This shows that there is a real and significant difference in the volume of vegetable sales before and during Covid-19 at the Angso Duo Jambi Market. Meanwhile, the average vegetable sales revenue before Covid-19 was IDR 68,045,977.01 and during Covid-19 it was IDR 34,816,091.95. This shows that there is a real and significant difference in vegetable receipts before and during Covid-19 at the Angso Duo Jambi Market. And the average vegetable sales income before Covid-19 was IDR 20,452,873.56 and during Covid-19 the income was IDR 72,990,804.59. This shows that there is a real and significant difference in vegetable receipts before and during Covid-19 at the Angso Duo Jambi Main Market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies that can be used to advance and create a more effective capital assistance program in helping economic growth. This research design uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the SWOT analysis of the strengths of the capital assistance program in the form of goods for micro businesses. In addition, there is an opportunity to develop programs online or digitally to reach more beneficiaries and accelerate the process of business development, increase production value and income and business profits so that businesses grow. While the main weaknesses in the business capital assistance program are the lack of introduction, promotion, information and lack of skill levels or knowledge of using capital assistance. as well as the threat of capital assistance programs in the form of rapidly developing technological risks that can make the capital assistance program provided obsolete or out of date, increasingly tight business competition in the market, thereby reducing the sustainability of business recipients of capital changes from government policies that can reduce capital assistance programs.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting dalam peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Khususnya usaha mikro kecil toko sembako dikelolah oleh nasabah BTPN Syariah meliputi ibu-ibu sebagai pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pra-sejahtera. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini yaitu membantu memberikan pendampingan sebagai akses ilmu pengetahuan, strategi kewirausahaan, dan strategi untuk mngatasi kendala usaha pelaku UMKM. BTPN Syariah adalah perbankan yang fokus pembiayaannya tanpa agunan, melalui pengabdian masyarakat di Bank BTPN Syariah memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk berperan sebagai tim pengabdian nasabah. Dalam program ini, mahasiswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, teknologi, modal,serta minimnya pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendampingan oleh fasilitator pendamping meliputi beberapa tahapan meliputi survei lokasi, perkenalan,dam asesmen, penemua kendala, pendampingan, praktik, dan penutup. Melakukan tahapan diantaranya survei lokasi, wawancara, pendampingan,dokumentasi, dan pelaporan. Aktivitas pendampingan ini tentunya membawa dampak baik bagi seluruh pihak yang terlibat, terutama nasabah BTPN Syariah yang mengikuti program.
