Abstract

Gangguan penglihatan dan kebutaan masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Penelitian bertujuanuntuk menganalisis productivity loss pasien katarak di rumah sakit mata swasta di Kota Surabaya. Jenispenelitian ini observasional analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 142 pasienRS Mata Swasta di Kota Surabaya. Rata-rata biaya produktivitas yang hilang per pasien katarak pada RSMata Swasta adalah sebesar Rp 708.383 per pasien, dan nilai total productivity loss Rp 20.131.011.Productivity loss akibat katarak per pasien berkisar antara Rp 708.838, atau sebesar 8% pendapatan rata-ratasesuai UMR di Kota Surabaya. Beban ekonomi akibat penyakit katarak tidak hanya berupa biaya pengobatansaja, namun juga beban ekonomi karena hilangnya produktivitas kerja, absen pekerjaan, dan biayatransportasi yang dikeluarkan untuk menuju ke pelayanan kesehatan. Abstract

Providing food for athletes is a special institutional arrangement that caters to athletes' specific needs. Athletes have different nutritional requirements than the non-athlete population, as they need more nutrients to compensate for the energy expended during training, competitions, and recovery after matches. Additionally, athletes must focus on fluid intake and sufficient nutrients to support post-training recovery for optimal performance. Therefore, meeting the needs and satisfaction of athletes becomes a crucial goal for athlete food service. Satisfaction can be assessed based on various indicators such as variety of menu and ingredients, suitable portion size, taste, serving time, packaging, and food handler hygiene. This study aims to assess athletes' satisfaction with the food service in athlete dormitories. The research is an observational survey with a cross-sectional approach involving 159 athletes aged 13-19 years from PPLP West Java, PPLP DIY, PPLP NTB, and SKO Cibubur. Data collection took place in May and July 2022. The research instrument used was a customer satisfaction survey questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4, where one indicates 'very poor' and four indicates 'excellent.' The analysis technique used Pearson correlation in SPSS 16.0 software. The research showed a relationship between menu variety, ingredient variety, suitable portion size, serving time accuracy, food packaging, serving area, food handler hygiene, food presentation, and food taste with athletes' satisfaction level. Serving time accuracy, food packaging, hygiene, cleanliness of the serving area, food handler hygiene, food appearance, and taste correlate strongly with satisfaction.

Abstract

Introduction: Health technology today is developing very quickly from the initially conventional using paper to being computerized. This literature review aims to map and critically summarize the scientific evidence on the cost-effectiveness and acceptability of Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and Electronic Health Reports. This Journal have Question that need to be answered how does the development of CPOE in medical records affect cost-effectiveness improvement so that it can be accepted by many parties? Method used in this journal is literature review is conducted on journal articles related to costs and receipts in CPOE. The systematic search was conducted from 5 databases namely PubMed, Science Direct, ProQuest, DOAJ and Ebscohost. Journal articles are selected and selected following PRISMA guidelines. Twenty-five journal articles qualified based on predetermined criteria. At the end as result, Cost-effectiveness with CPOE is more likely to be found that it is easier to reach compared to conventional methods. In addition, the acceptance of patients and health workers is also high. These factors can have a positive or negative influence on the hospital management system because developing countries still need adequate resources so that they can run these methods. Discussion and conclusion CPOE systems can improve patient safety by detecting drug interactions and actions. It is necessary to develop medical records in order to provide effective financing and acceptance.

Abstract

Hindus consider cutting teeth known as the mesangih ceremony as an important ceremony to signify maturity and to help control lust. The procedure for the traditional tooth-cutting ceremony consists of filing the teeth three times, sharpening them, and then trimming them. This filing is on the four maxillary incisors and two left and right canines. According to published literature, traditional tools such as chisels, hammers, files, and sangian are used to carry out the ritual tradition of cutting teeth. This study aims to clarify the effect of dental filing on oral health. To achieve the research objectives, this study used a descriptive qualitative approach to describe tooth structure. The data source uses primary data, which is based on existing data from books and journals and then associated with the tradition of cutting teeth or mesangih. There are several impacts of cutting teeth on dental health, namely tooth enamel damage, gum damage, and reduced tooth function. There are several ways to avoid the impact of cutting teeth on dental and oral health including (1) need to maintain healthy teeth and mouth from before to after the implementation of mesangih; (2) organize training or procedures for the implementation of mesangih for sangging in terms of spiritual and health meaning. If this data is done, then every Hindu can carry out the tooth-cutting ceremony safely and comfortably in accordance with the rules of hereditary literature without breaking down existing health rules.

Abstract

This editorial article explores the critical role of primary health care (PHC) in building resilient health systems, particularly within the context of Indonesia's National Health Insurance (JKN) program. It emphasizes the importance of universal access to comprehensive health services as a fundamental aspect of effective PHC. The discussion highlights best practices for strengthening PHC, including enhancing collaboration between public and private sectors, improving information exchange, and establishing quality evaluation systems. The article also addresses significant challenges, such as workforce shortages and coordination issues between primary and secondary health services. Furthermore, it underscores the necessity of developing suitable assessment tools, such as the Primary Care Assessment Tool (PCAT), to evaluate and enhance PHC services tailored to local needs. The findings suggest that addressing poverty is essential for improving access to health care, requiring collaborative efforts across various societal sectors. Overall, the article advocates for sustained investment in PHC to achieve better health outcomes and resilience in health systems. Keywords: Health Insurance, Health System, Primary Health Care

Abstract

The impact of technological advancements has led to a shift in the paradigm of marketing healthcare services. Marketing in the digital era is highly complex as market conditions can change rapidly beyond providers' control. Digital marketing offers several advantages compared to conventional marketing. Healthcare service providers can integrate digital marketing into their healthcare marketing strategies. This research aims to identify digital marketing strategies in healthcare services. The research method used is a literature review. The researcher used the PRISMA protocol as a guiding framework to ensure systematic and transparent article selection. The databases used are Science Direct and PubMed. After undergoing a thorough screening process, eight articles that met all the eligibility criteria were finally selected. The review identifies several effective digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media marketing, and website marketing with SEO, all of which enhance patient engagement and increase the visibility of healthcare services. Additionally, digital twin technology personalizes patient experiences through real-time data, improving service recommendations and operational efficiency. Together, these strategies boost the effectiveness of healthcare marketing in the digital era, though data security and patient privacy must be carefully managed.
