Abstract

This is a report of service to the community. The purpose of this writing is to briefly describe the preaching map of Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia. The reporting procedure uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are done by using interviews, observations, and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh, Sematan Malaysia, in 2023. This research uses The results of this research show that Kampung Pueh has a surau named Surau Baitul Quddus, which was established on August 26, 2018, and the existing facilities and infrastructure in Surau Baitul Quddus Pueh are more or less the same as the surau in general.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to report court activities in the form of PoP training activities for Non-PNS Islamic Religious Counsellors in Sambas Regency. The service report method uses descriptive qualitative with three stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show that Non-PNS Islamic Religious Counsellors improve their ability to find empirical data, this ability certainly has an impact on the ease of making papers as coursework. This is evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest showing an increase in ability, with an increase of around 21 percent

Abstract

MIN 2 Sambas Sekuduk Village, Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency (West Kalimantan) is the first state-level Islamic educational institution which was founded in 1997. Previously known as the Aman Sentosa Sekuduk Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah which was founded on December 27 1937. Of course, there are many aspects of change that have an impact on the development of madrasas. The aim of this research is to reveal the history of the development of MIN 2 Sambas, Sekuduk Village, Sejangkung District 1997-2023. The research method used is the historical research method, namely heuristic, verification, interpretation and historiography methods. From the research results, the history of the development of MIN 2 Sambas, Sekuduk Village, Sejangkung District from 1997-2023 is divided into periods based on the tenure of the madrasa head for the 1997-2001 period, the 2001-2009 period, the 2009-2013 period, and the 2014-2023 period. The development of each period of change and improvement certainly contributes to improving the quality of madrasas. This is felt by the school and the community of Sekuduk Village. Regarding the development of madrasas, infrastructure, teaching staff, students and school facilities are increasingly complete.

Abstract

Abstract: The interest of Gampong Baro residents in farming, the limited space for living , the abundance of plastic  bottle waste  from beverages, and the lack of knowledge  among Gampong Baro residents regarding the processing of plastic bottle waste, have turned plastic  beverage bottles into mere waste without functional value. The existence of  this community service is expected to make the residents of Gampong Baro realize that the accumulated  plastic bottle waste will be difficult to decompose in  the soil  and will have negative  health  impact  if burned. Plastic  bottle waste has highly diverse functions if we understand  to process it. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling to Gampong Baro residents on how to utilize  plastic  bottle waste, one of which is to use it as a media for hydroponic  vegetable cultivation. The result of this community service is healthy vegetables grown hydroponically using  plastic bottle waste. The purpose of this community service is to reduce plastic bottle waste, enable gardening as a hobby despite limited space. The method used in this community service is the wick system, which is one of the hydroponic methods. The importance of the results of this community service is to inform the residents of Gampong Baro that plastic  bottle waste can be utilized and has  functions  that can yield healthy vegetables, thereby enhancing the economic  value of Gampong Baro residents.    Keywords: waste; hydroponic; vagetable; gampong baro; plastic bottle.
