Abstract

Salah satu manfaat teknologi informasi adalah meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam persaingan di dunia usaha. KADIN Kota Bandung dalam membina UMKM binaannya, memandang perlu pengetahuan mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan, melalui pelatihan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menggunakan Odoo. CRM adalah strategi bisnis yang fokus pada interaksi dan hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dengan pelanggannya. Odoo adalah platform perangkat lunak sumber terbuka yang menyediakan modul CRM yang lengkap dan dapat disesuaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan interaktif yang melibatkan para pemilik UMKM anggota KADIN Kota Bandung. Peserta diberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya CRM dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, merencanakan kampanye pemasaran yang efektif, serta memantau dan mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan secara efisien. Selama pelatihan, para peserta diberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang konsep CRM, termasuk pengelolaan data pelanggan, analisis data, dan penggunaan alat CRM untuk mengoptimalkan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Mereka juga dilatih untuk menggunakan platform Odoo CRM dengan menggunakan fitur-fitur penting seperti pengelolaan kontak pelanggan, pelacakan prospek, manajemen penawaran, dan pelaporan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan CRM menggunakan Odoo memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM anggota KADIN Kota Bandung. Para peserta menjadi lebih mampu dalam mengorganisir dan memanfaatkan data pelanggan dengan lebih efektif, meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka dan berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bandung. Tulisan ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi dan strategi bisnis yang inovatif. Implementasi CRM menggunakan Odoo dapat menjadi langkah penting dalam memajukan sektor UMKM dan memperkuat ekosistem bisnis lokal di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Layanan konseling online menjadi semakin relevan di era digital, terutama bagi Generasi Z (lahir 1996-2012) yang tumbuh dengan teknologi dan memiliki tingkat stres tertinggi di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Barat. Layanan ini memungkinkan individu mendapatkan dukungan psikologis tanpa harus bertemu langsung, dan termasuk dalam e-Health, yaitu penggunaan teknologi untuk meningkatkan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis minat Generasi Z di Jawa Barat dalam menggunakan layanan konseling online dengan pendekatan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Data dikumpulkan dari 384 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Analisis deskriptif serta model struktural dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan layanan konseling online, meskipun pengaruhnya relatif lemah. Subjective norm memiliki pengaruh terbesar dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,307. Kesimpulannya, penguatan subjective norm dalam lingkungan Generasi Z dapat meningkatkan niat mereka dalam menggunakan layanan konseling online.

Abstrak— CV. Ben Kaffah Farm atau yang lebih dikenaldengan BK Farm merupakan peternakan yang berfokus padapenjualan hewan kurban dan penjualan hewan ternak.Banyaknya permintaan bekerja sama peternak dengan BKFarm untuk menjual hasil ternaknya, maka BK Farm dapatmembantu memenuhi permintaan pasar yang jauh lebih besardari kapasitas produksi BK Farm. Penelitian ini dilakukanberdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BK Farm ketikamelakukan pembukuan di lapangan yang masih menggunakansistem pelaporan dan pencatatan secara manual, sehingga sulituntuk mengelola dan mengatur data keuangan. Maka dari haltersebut penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dalamimplementasi sistem Open-Source ERP Odoo danmenggunakan Black Box Testing dalam metode evaluasi karenawaktu yang terbatas. Abstract

Development in the era of globalization is very dependent onthe economic sector as a measure of success carried out by thegovernment. The role of the community in national development,especially in economic development, is Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises (MSMEs). The position of MSMEs in the nationaleconomy has an important and strategic role. This condition isvery possible because the existence of MSMEs is quite dominantin the Indonesian economy.With the high number of needs that must be met, severalchallenges arise in the production process, namely monitoring,maintenance management. On CV. Cindil Laras maintenancemanagement monitoring process can be said to be stillconventional, resulting in a decrease in maintenancemanagement. This research aims to develop an integrated ERPsystem using Odoo open-source software developed using theQuickStart method. QuickStart is an application developmentmethod suitable for implementation in MSMEs which has threestages in it, namely kick-off call, configuration and analysis. Thesystem developed will be able to integrate existing businessprocesses on CV. Cindil Laras can efficiently help in monitoringcompany data related to procurement and sales which can helpcompany decision making and also to support the procurementand sales process. Abstract

CV. Cindil Laras is a company that engaged in parent stockchicken farming that supports the demand of parent stock chickenmeat in it’s vicinity. However the growing demand of chicken meatthat directly proportional to the growth of local population makeCV. Cindil Laras suffers from mismanagement of maintaining thewarehouse and monitoring company data because the lack of asystem that support it’s business process and also the use ofconventional way on recording data result in the stagnant of thecompany growth. Odoo is an open-source business managementsoftware suite that provides a range of applications to helporganizations manage various aspects of their operations. It'sknown for its modular approach, allowing businesses to select andcustomize the specific applications that meet their needs.QuickStart is a three-stage application development methodologythat is appropriate for use in MSMEs. Existing business processeson CV will be able to be integrated by the system created. In orderto support the warehouse management process and the company'sgrowth, Cindil Laras may effectively assist in monitoring businessdata pertaining to the goods and products inside the warehouse aswell as in managing the warehouse. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. Abstract

In this research, the researcher carries out the health Industry of public hospitals in Indonesia.One of the main processes in company business processes is the purchasing of goods. One ofthe problems in purchasing is the absence of the system that Integrates business processesbetween the Inventory Department and the Purchasing Department. Hence, interfere with dailyoperational in RSUD XYZ like due to notification’s update delay of the goods causesunavailability stock in the warehouse, so will affect the late purchase of goods at RSUD XYZ.Odoo is a software of Enterprise Resource Planning opensource used by various types ofcompanies. Odoo provides solutions package for Purchase Management to overcome theproblem in the company. The researcher used the QuickStart Methodology to implement ERPsystems. Odoo implementation with QuickStart needs through five main stages. The result ofthis research is the design of a planning model for Enterprise Resource Planning system ofpurchasing in RSUD XYZ. Moreover, Odoo makes business processes in the RSUD XYZ canbe automated with real-time information, this automation and real-time data will support theRSUD XYZ to make better decision in the future

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the mining companies in Indonesia that has many subsidiaries. From userinterviews, there’s a problem in carrying out daily transactions in the procurement process. There isno integration between departments when using existing applications, lots of inappropriate data, andsome documents with missing files. Thus causing data not on time and working time. The analysiswas carried out using a conceptual model to see the problems and needs in PT XYZ. ERP systemneeds to be implemented, coordinating the company’s business processes and reset the company’sinfrastructure and standardization. The ERP system in the material management module will beimplemented using the ASAP method because this method is tailored to the company. The ASAPmethod can describe implementation activities to support project management and data migrationfaster than other implementation methods.

Abstract

Enterprise Resources Planning has become one of the business and management applications that arebelieved to be able to improve the performance of companies and or organizations to be more efficientand effective. However, based on much research, the success rate of ERP implementation isquestionable. Although the success of ERP implementation is often published in research, the failurerate of ERP system implementation is relatively high. Therefore, this study is to find out the problemsand challenges faced by organizations in implementing ERP, by reviewing the existing literature onresearch on factors that influence the success of ERP implementation. The approach taken is to reviewseveral related research articles published in the 2015-2020 period from several publishers, namelyEmerald Online, Science Direct, IEEE, and SAGE. The sample size for the last 5 years is expected toshow the up-datedness of the data taken from the research article. New ideas that will emerge fromthis discussion are the main factors causing the success of ERP implementation for organization, sothat they can be used to reduce the failure rate of ERP implementation in the future by proposing anERP implementation model.

Abstract

PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum) merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan perkebunan. Perusahaan Lonsum telah menerapkan sistem enterprise resource planning agar terintegrasi dengan unit-unit yang ada dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien. Namun, pada saat penerapan sistem belum semua karyawan paham terhadap tcode yang terdapat didalam aplikasi SAP . Hal ini mengakibatkan waktu untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan menjadi terhambat sehingga dapat berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kajian terhadap penerimaan pengguna terhadap suatu sistem yang diterapkan. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) ialah suatu perangkat lunak atau modul yang dapat mengintegrasikan fungsi serta tujuan dalam melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan perusahaan. SAP (System application and processing) ialah suatu aplikasi berbasis ERP yang banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan- perusahaan yang berguna untuk mengerjakan aktivitas yang ada didalam perusahaan agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Human Resource merupakan bagian yang penting dalam suatu perusahaan karena human resource memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mengelola semua sumber daya manusia yang ada diperusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat menganalisis perilaku penggunaan system ERP dengan menggunakan model UTAUT 2 pada divisi human resource di PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) yang mencakup enam variabel kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS. Data pada penelitian ini diambil melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 30 narasumber. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan dokumen akhir yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna atas sistem yang diterapkan.
