Abstract

Saat ini Instansi Pemerintah yaitu Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) di Kabupaten Bungo telah memiliki website yang digunakan sebagai sistem absensi online berbasis website. Pada website tersebut terdapat permasalahan seperti karyawan dapat melakukan absensi dimana saja. Sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan untuk mengunci titik lokasi absensi agar pegawai hanya dapat melakukan absensi pada tempat yang telah ditentukan titik lokasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem yang sudah ada agar dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan mengembangkan aplikasi absensi berbasis android sehingga dapat mengambil titik lokasi pada saat karyawan melakukan absensi. Titik lokasi karyawan saat melakukan absensi dapat diambil dengan menggunakan teknologi geolokasi pada perangkat android masing-masing karyawan. Metode haversine digunakan untuk mengukur ketepatan jarak antara titik lokasi absensi karyawan dengan titik lokasi yang telah ditentukan untuk melakukan absensi. Jarak antara dua titik ini bisa dijadikan dasar untuk mengunci lokasi. Pemodelan pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Technological advances on smartphones, especially the geolocation feature, have now been developed to carry out various kinds of innovations. One of the innovations made is an Android-based attendance system. Many government or private agencies have implemented this Android-based attendance system in their organizations. This is because the existence of an android-based attendance system will make it easier to record employee attendance and can minimize the occurrence of fraud in recording attendance. Several agencies in the Sarolangun Regency Government are currently still using a manual attendance system which causes delays in data collection because they have to do manual recaps. This study aims to build an android-based attendance system that is tailored to the environmental needs of the Sarolangun district government. It is hoped that this system can reduce the problems that occur and make it easy for employees to take attendance via their respective smartphones.

Abstract

Kehadiran adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh seseorang untuk membuktikan keberadaannya di suatu lembaga atau tidak. Kondisi saat ini dari kehadiran di SMKN 1 Muaro Jambi masih dilakukan dengan tanda tangan manual. Hal ini tidak efektif dan efisien serta menyebabkan data kehadiran yang tidak akurat, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang membuat kehadiran menjadi efektif dan efisien bagi seluruh siswa dan guru. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem kehadiran berbasis QR Code dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan kerangka kerja Codeigniter serta basis data MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan proses kehadiran di sekolah. Sistem ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code agar dapat melakukan kehadiran pada sistem yang sama. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur pemindaian QR Code dari kartu setiap siswa melalui kamera web pada Komputer Pribadi (PC).

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman is a religious education institution that has a number of santri as 621people. In the administrative activities of the payment education fees at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Imanstill use manual recording system that experienced various obstacles such as the length of time required toget information on payment of education fee and often the information is not up to the parents of thesantri. Therefore, need a tool in the form of Information Administration System Payments Education Feethat work in computerized, so that can be a solution of the problem. In this research, system design usingUML modeling that produce use case diagram, activity diagram and class diagram. Abstract

Bangun Jaya Workshop is a business in the field of car service or repair. Bangun Jaya Workshop serves painting and engine repair, buying and selling used two-wheeled vehicles and motorbikes at the Bangun Jaya Workshop. Currently, if you want to repair your car, customers are required to complete the payment administration data via transfer. Current information technology allows people to communicate in multiple directions without having obstacles of distance, place and time. The role of the information technology system also greatly supports data processing in a company, organization, institution or agency with the intention of making it easier to obtain relevant, accurate and timely information. The purpose of the research is to produce a website- based workshop information system to improve the quality of workshop services to customers so that they can order service online. The input requirements for this system are admin data, customer data, company profile data, car and motorbike spare part sales data and used motorbike sales data and motorbike and car spare part service data. The process requirements for this system are the login process to the system, the consumer data processing process, the motorbike and car spare part data processing process, the incoming goods data processing process, the outgoing goods data processing process and the service transaction data processing process and the motorbike and car service data processing process. The output needs are information on spare part data reports and information on incoming goods data as well as information on motorcycle and car service data reports.

Abstract

Effective and efficient personnel administration services are an urgent need for government agencies to improve the quality of governance of the State Civil Apparatus. The Bungo Regency Government has developed an integrated system for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) called the Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). One of the important services in SIMASTER is leave applications, which currently rely on a single level of approval, namely by the OPD admin. This mechanism is deemed not to fully reflect the government bureaucratic structure and has the potential to reduce accountability in the leave application process. Therefore, development is needed to implement a tiered approval feature in accordance with the flow of leave applications based on established rules. This study aims to design and implement a tiered approval feature in the leave application module in the Bungo Regency Integrated ASN Management Information System (SIMASTER). This development is expected to make the leave application process more transparent, structured, and accountable. The system development method used in this study was a prototype method. Testing was conducted using black box testing with the equivalence partitioning technique. The results showed that the developed system performed well, as measured by the trial phase using the black box testing method. A recommendation is to add a notification feature so that all processes can be immediately communicated to relevant parties.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital merupakan salah satu bidang dalam dunia teknologi informasi, terutama pada pengembangan aplikasi berbasis visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah web yang dapat menerapkan beberapa filter pada gambar digital menggunakan library OpenCV dengan dukungan framework Flask berbasis Python. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunggah gambar dan memilih jenis filter yang tersedia yaitu grayscale, blur, dan edge detection. Proses pengolahan citra dilakukan di sisi server, kemudian hasilnya akan ditampilkan kembali kepada pengguna. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa web dapat memproses gambar secara server-side dan menampilkan hasilnya secara real time. Web ini dapat memberikan gambaran penggunaan filter dalam pemrosesan gambar untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran, riset, maupun pengembangan sistem lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Perhotelan adalah salah satu bisnis yang saat ini juga sudah banyak menggunakan teknologi seperti sistem informasi manajemen hotel. Royal Heritage Hotel sudah menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen hotel untuk operasional dan reservasinya. Tetapi owner memiliki target ingin menambah cabang hotel di kota/kabupaten lain bahkan di luar provinsi Jambi. Pihak manajemen hotel menginginkan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mengakomodir hal tersebut sehingga beberapa cabang hotel bisa dilakukan pemantauan terpusat melalui satu sistem. Berdasarkan dari permasahalan tersebut, penulis memiliki ketertarikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen hotel yang dapat memiliki beberapa cabang pada Hotel Royal Heritage Jambi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini meneruskan dari sistem yang sudah ada yaitu sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML, dan pengujian dengan metode black box testing. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem yang telah dikembangkan ini sudah layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap deployment. Pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penyelesaian masalah dan solusi bagi pihak Hotel Royal Heritage ataupun bagi hotel lainnya yang memiliki permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

Sarolangun Regency through its agency, namely Badan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM), has a website called the Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) which aims to provide public services such as filing for leave and filing periodic salaries for employees within the Sarolangun Regency government. Currently the submission process has been made through the system but has not been able to validate documents electronically. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to validate the document using an electronic signature. This electronic signature is a solution and has been provided by a Government agency called the Balai Sertifikasi Elektronik (BSrE). The research method used in this research is the waterfall method. In this research, a system design and its implementation will be made so that the SIMPEG website can process the electronic signature of the BSrE.

Abstract

Minimarket SMJ Paal 11, which is one of the retail business players, has a desire to utilize web technology to improve operational efficiency, especially in recording stocks and transactions. Currently, Minimarket SMJ Paal 11 still uses manual recording for stocks and transactions. Given the growing and increasing number of customers, there is a need for an information system that can support the recording of stocks and transactions efficiently. This is expected to increase efficiency and provide satisfaction to customers, because the entire transaction process can be completed more quickly. This study aims to design a web-based Point Of Sales (POS) Information System with the hope of optimizing the process of recording stock and transactions at SMJ Paal 11Minimarket. The method used in this design is the waterfall method with PHP programming language, Apache webserver, and MySQL database as a database for storing data. This information system is run locallyhosted and can be accessed by several devices in one network, ensuring ease of access and use. With the presence of web technology in this system, it is expected that SMJ Paal 11Minimarket can keep up with industry developments, improve recording accuracy, and provide more responsive services to customers.
