Abstract

Hampir tidak ada penyakit anak yang langsung parah, kebanyakkan penyakit pada anak dimulai dengan gejala penyakit ringan seperti demam, batuk,pilek, diare dan konstipasi atau susah buang air besar. Secara umum, masyarakat sudah cukup mengerti bagaimana cara menghadapi gejala penyakit ringan pada anak. Tetapi alangkah lebih baik mengikut sertakan peran serta medis dalam mendeteksi suatu gejala penyakit, karena banyak gejala penyakit yang dianggap sepele oleh sebagian orang tetapi bisa merupakan penyakit yang berakibat fatal bagi anak. Maka dari itu, perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi yang berbasiskan pengetahuan medis untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada anak yang digunakan untuk sebagai alat bantu dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai penyakit anak dan memberikan anjuran sebagai tindakan pertama yang harus dilakukan untuk menanggulangi penyakit pada anak Penulis membuat aplikasi ini dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual basic 06 sebagai aplikasi pembantu untuk simulasi dari aplikasi yang dibuat.

Abstract

Kerja Praktek (KP) dan Tugas Akhir (TA) adalah suatu kegiatan akademik untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh dan melihat relevansinya di dunia kerja, setiap tahunnya jumlah mahasiswa yang melakukan KP dan TA semakin banyak sehingga dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi sistem informasi untuk melakukan pengolahan data KP dan TA tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Kerja Praktek (KP) dan Tugas Akhir (TA) Pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi sehingga dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data KP dan TA di Program Studi Teknik Informatika STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi yang selama ini hanya dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2007. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Borland Delphi 7 dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagai Database. Adapun data masukannya adalah data mahasiswa, dosen pembimbing, jenis bahasa pemrograman, jenis database, dan data kelompok KP dan TA. Data masukan tersebut akan diproses pada proses pencatatan Judul KP dan TA dan akan menghasilkan output berupa Laporan Data KP dan TA Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi ini, maka proses pembuatan Laporan Data KP dan TA menjadi lebih mudah, cepat, dan kesalahan pencatatan data dapat dihindari, sehingga proses pelaporan kepada Ketua STMIK Nurdin Hamzah dapat sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan.

Abstract

Employees are one of human resources is essential to support in advancing the company and quite influential in the profits earned by the company. Decision support system sel ection and promotion of new employees on PT. Putra Sumber Utama Timber using Simple Additive weighting method is one of the efforts to be made in the process of assessing prospective new hires and employees who will be promoted in the election office in order to more accurately and in accordance with the criteria expected. Criteria used in the selection of a new employee: education, height, health, strength, experience, appearance and ethical attitude while for the criteria in the selection of his employees were promoted: education, employment, discipline, quality of work , honesty, personality, teamwork, tenacity , communicative and responsibility. Data collected by the methods of research interviews, direct observation and literature. Needs input required is applicant data, employee data, the data positions, the data value of the weight or importance of each criterion. If the needs of the process in the form of alternative data is done through the initial selection process, the decision matrix computation, calculation of the normalization matrix, calculating the value of the vector of each alternative. The output of the data reporting needs of applicants, employee data, the data positions, reports the results of the vector applicants and report the results of a vector value employees who value vector has been ordered from the highest to the smallest value vector. This system is built using a programming language Delphi 7.0 with SQLyog database. Abstract

Decision support system is part of a computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company. Decision support systems can be generated by using several kinds of methods, one of which is a method of Weighted Product (WP). Weigthted Product is completion method using multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value should be raised to advance with the relevant attribute weights. Input data used this system is input student data, alternative data input, data input criteria, and the input weighted values ​​for each criterion. Data output is in the form of alternative data report, data report criteria, report student data and reports majors. By using the method of Weighted Product (WP) is a web-based, it is expected the process of placement of students more effectively and efficiently so that students quickly get information about majors and majors also results in accordance with each student's ability.
