Abstract

Masyarakat di wilayah perbatasan tidak hanya diperhadapkan dengan isu eksploitasi ekonomi dan sumber alam namun juga terjadinya kesenjangan sosial karena tidak meratanya pembangunan. Adanya kecenderungan bahwa ketika kelompok lain tidak kompatibel, beda ideologi atau pilihan politik maka respon sosial cenderung negatif, berprasangka jahat (prejudice) bahkan tindakan anarkis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif fenomenologis dengan mengkaji fenomena faktual masyarakat multikultural Kabupaten Sintang di wilayah Sektor Timur Kalimantan Barat. Data dianalisis mengunakan kajian pustaka. Output riset ini adalah memberi kontribusi pemikiran untuk menggali keberagaman dan keunggulan sekolah dasar di daerah pedalaman.Kata kunci: pendidikan multikultural, keragaman, sekolah dasar, wilayahpedalaman.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the image of principal's leadership patterns in the formation of character values in elementary schools. The research design used a case study research at the Elementary School 07 Sintang, the Islamic Elementary School Sintang, and Elementary School Suluh Harapan Sintang. The subjects of the research used the area sampling method because of consideration of the special characteristics of the schools with reference schools, state Islamic schools and private Catholic schools. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. The selection of research subjects using the purposive sampling method. The subjects of these researches were 33 people consisting of three principals and 30 teachers. Data validity is done through the triangulation process. The results showed that the dominant leadership patterns in the three schools tended to be dominant in the instructional leader pattern. For the process of forming the students’ character to be more optimized, the principal must do a combination of leadership patterns. Transformative leadership patterns and cultural leadership must be cultivated in strengthening character by innovating strategic programs according to the conditions and abilities of the school. The character strengthening programs that are integrated into students' subjects and extracurricular for students must accommodate the six stages of the pyramid of habituation of character values.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN 2 Ambalau dan SDN 3 Kemangai Kecamatan Ambalau, Kabupaten Sintang. Fokus riset pada profil kepemimpinan dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multi case study dipilih untuk memperoleh gambaran mendalam mengenai dinamika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam konteks keterbatasan sumber daya sekolah pedalaman. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas, siswa, orang tua, dan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memiliki kepribadian yang kuat dan mampu mengelola sekolah meski sering menghadapi keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Namun, dalam dimensi manajerial, kepala sekolah kurang melibatkan guru dalam pengelolaan sekolah secara optimal. Di sisi lain, dalam dimensi profesionalisme, supervisi terhadap guru masih belum maksimal. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di kedua sekolah tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam merancang Kurikulum Operasional Sekolah (KOS) dan perencanaan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang tantangan dan strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan di daerah pedalaman, serta implikasinya terhadap penguatan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan di tingkat lokal.Kata Kunci: profil, strategi, kepemimpinan, kurikulum mandiriABSTRACTThis study aims to explore the role of principal leadership in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN 2 Ambalau and SDN 3 Kemangai, Ambalau District, Sintang Regency. The focus of the research is on the leadership profile and leadership strategies of principals in implementing the Curriculum. A qualitative approach with a multi-case study design was chosen to obtain an in-depth picture of the dynamics of principal leadership in the context of limited resources in remote schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving principals, teachers, supervisors, students, parents, and the Head of the Sintang Regency Education Office. The results of the study indicate that principals have strong personalities and are able to manage schools even though they often face limited time and resources. However, in the managerial dimension, principals do not involve teachers optimally in managing schools. On the other hand, in the professionalism dimension, supervision of teachers is still not optimal. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in both schools shows the importance of the role of principals in designing the School Operational Curriculum (KOS) and data-based planning to improve the quality of education. This study provides insight into the challenges and strategies of school principals in managing education in remote areas, as well as their implications for strengthening the implementation of education policies at the local level.Keywords: profile, strategy, leadership, independent curriculum

Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan harus mampu menyiapkan peserta didik menghadapi abad 21. Untuk menciptakan pembelajaran abad 21 guru dapat menerapkan pendekatan STEM dan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran misalnya dengan E-Modul berbasis STEM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengembangan E-Modul interaktif berbasis STEM materi unsur, senyawa, campuran yang valid, praktis, dan efisien dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad 21 siswa SMP kelas VIII. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian R & D dengan model ADDIE. Tahapan ADDIE antara lain Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate.  Sebelum diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran maka E-Modul terlebih dahulu divalidasi. Berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli dan uji praktisi maka E-Modul  dinyatakan layak dan sangat baik untuk digunakan. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji terbatas oleh 12 peserta didik dan E-Modul dinyatakan sangat baik. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu tahap implementasi E-Modul dalam skala luas pada kelas VIII SMPN 3 Tempunak. Berdasarkan analisis N-Gain diperoleh hasil bahwa E-Modul interaktif berbasis STEM efektif meningkatkan keterampilanan abad 21 peserta didik.Kata Kunci: E-Modul interaktif, STEM, keterampilan abad 21ABSTRACTEducation must capable prepare participant educate face 21st century . Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan motivasi guru sekolah dasar melalui pengembangan media belajar mandiri berbasis TPACK dengan Canva. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilakukan di Gugus 2 Pandan dengan 3 sekolah yaitu SDN 9 Merarai, SDN 10 SP 1 Pandan, dan SDN 11 SP 2 Pandan dengan jumlah 30 guru. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah menurut ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi media Canva dapat kategori valid. Uji keefektivan media Canva analisis literasi digital dan motivasi guru sebelum dan sesudah melibatkan 30 orang guru. Hasil angket sebelum pelatihan memiliki hasil “cukup baik”. Sikap terhadap teknologi dan persepsi manfaat dengan hasil “baik”. Setelah pelatihan keterampilan teknis  dan penggunaan Canva memiliki hasil sangat baik. Sikap terhadap teknologi dan persepsi manfaat memiliki hasil sangat baik. Berdasarkan uji efektifitas disimpulkan bahwa media belajar mandiri berbasis TPACK dengan Canva sangat efektivif terhadap literasi digital dan motivasi guru.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Motivasi, Media Belajar Mandiri, TPACK, CanvaABSTRACTThis research is to increase digital literacy and motivation of elementary school teachers through the development of TPACK-based independent learning media with Canva. The research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted in Cluster 2 Pandan with 3 schools, namely SDN 9 Merarai, SDN 10 SP 1 Pandan, and SDN 11 SP 2 Pandan with a total of 30 teachers. The results of this research are that according to media experts, material experts and media practitioners, Canva can be categorized as valid. Test the effectiveness of Canva media analysis of digital literacy and teacher motivation before and after involving 30 teachers. The results of the questionnaire before the training were "fairly good". Attitudes towards technology and perceived benefits with “good” results. After technical skills training and use of Canva had excellent results. Attitudes towards technology and perceived benefits have very good results. Based on the effectiveness test, it was concluded that TPACK-based independent learning media with Canva was very effective for digital literacy and teacher motivation.Keywords: Digital Literacy, Motivation, Independent Learning Media, TPACK, Canva

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang terjadi pada SD Negeri 21 SKP.G.Sp.2 Emparu kabupaten Sintang adalah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan masih berpusat pada pada guru, kompetensi guru dalam melaksankan proses pembelajaran di kelas masih rendah terutama dalam pengunaan model atau metode pembelajaran yang aktif, efektif dan menyenangkan, guru kurang mempersiapkan perangkat dan media pembelajaran sebelum masuk ke kelas, guru masih berpikir konvensional dan belum mampu merubah pola pikir mengajar kearah pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada peserta didik. Supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah berperan sangat penting untuk mendukung guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mereka, melalui umpan balik yang konstruktif dan evaluasi menyeluruh.Supervisi akademik tradisional yang lebih berfokus pada aspek administratif seringkali tidak efektif, sehingga pendekatan berbasis coaching menjadi alternatif yang menarik. Melalui metode coaching, kepala sekolah berperan sebagai mitra strategis, yang membantu guru mengidentifikasi potensi, merancang pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif, serta merefleksikan praktik pembelajaran mereka. Implementasi supervisi berbasis coaching di SD Negeri 21 SKP.G Sp. 2 Emparu menunjukkan potensi perbaikan dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran, penggunaan teknologi, dan relevansi pembelajaran terhadap kebutuhan siswa.Keberhasilan supervisi berbasis coaching sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi yang erat antara kepala sekolah dan guru, serta kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi berbasis coaching berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 21 SKP.G Sp. 2 Emparu, dan dapat dijadikan model dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara lebih luas.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik, Coaching, Kinerja Guru ABSTRACTProblems that occur at SD Negeri 21 SKP.G.Sp.2 Emparu Sintang district is that the learning carried out is still centered on the teacher, teacher competence in carrying out the learning process in the classroom is still low, especially in the use of active, effective and fun learning models or methods, teachers do not prepare learning devices and media before entering the classroom, teachers still think conventionally and have not been able to change the teaching mindset towards student-centered learning.Academic supervision by school principals plays a very important role in supporting teachers in improving their competence, through constructive feedback and comprehensive evaluation. Traditional academic supervision which focuses more on administrative aspects is often ineffective, so a coaching-based approach becomes an attractive alternative. Through the coaching method, the principal acts as a strategic partner, who helps teachers identify potential, design more creative learning, and reflect on their learning practices. Implementation of coaching-based supervision at SD Negeri 21 SKP.G Sp. 2 Emparu shows the potential for improvement in terms of learning planning, use of technology, and the relevance of learning to student needs. The success of coaching-based supervision is very dependent on close collaboration between school principals and teachers, as well as the principal's competence in providing constructive feedback. This approach is expected to increase teacher professionalism, create meaningful learning, and support improving the quality of education and student learning outcomes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the influence of academic supervision on improving teacher performance, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that coaching-based supervision has a positive effect on improving teacher performance at SD Negeri 21 SKP.G Sp. 2 Emparu, and can be used as a model in efforts to improve the quality of education more broadly.Keywords: Academic Supervision, Coaching, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The independent curriculum as one of the digital development products developed through the independent learning platform has become a challenge for the education field, including in Sintang Regency. This study aims to describe the management of digital transformation of education in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) in Sintang Regency. The research method used is case study research. Data collection techniques aimed of mapping the readiness of schools, teachers, students, parents in utilizing ICT, the Independent Teaching Platform. The results show that digital transformation management of education has been implemented at Elementary Schools in Sintang Regency. In the planning aspect, it is done by mapping priorities in the short, medium and long term. Assessing and analyzing capabilities, requirements, challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation. Building steps and synergy with various related parties to achieve goals. Socializing the program and setting achievement targets in digital transformation management. In terms of implementation, it is to apply the entire series of planning by directing, playing an active role from structural and functional to influence and strive for all stakeholders to be able to implement the digital transformation program in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, monitoring or evaluation of the digital transformation program is the result of the achievement of the planning and implementation process, namely 65.35% of IKM achievement so that it can be used as a benchmark for success or as a follow-up effort for the program at Elementary Schools in Sintang Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPesatnya perkembangan berbagai teknologi sebagai dampak dari revolusi digital menghadirkan tantangan baru baik bagi guru maupun peserta didik untuk dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran. Berbagai inovasi sangat penting dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk atau teknologi baru yang dapat memberikan kemudahan, terobosan, dan kebermanfaatan dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu contoh inovasi yang perlu dikembangkan karena masih sangat minim pemanfaatannya di sekolah dasar adalah Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI) berbasis android menggunakan Sofware Smart Apps Creator (SAC). Oleh sebab itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk berupa aplikasi Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI) Si Dhewan berbasis android menggunakan SAC untuk meningkatkan pemahaman IPAS dan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan merupakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) atau lebih dikenal dengan R&D melalui Model 4D, yaitu: tahapan Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik berupa uji ketuntasan, uji paired, uji N-Gain, dan uji independent t-test dengan taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 30,0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) aplikasi Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif Si Dhewan berbasis android menggunakan SAC sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan; 2) aplikasi Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif Si Dhewan berbasis android menggunakan SAC terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman IPAS peserta didik sekolah dasar; dan 3) aplikasi berupa Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif Si Dhewan berbasis android menggunakan SAC terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik sekolah dasar. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga didukung oleh data kemampuan literasi digital peserta didik kelas eksperimen yang juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.Kata Kunci: Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI), Android, SAC, Pemahaman IPAS, Keterampilan Proses Sains, Sekolah DasarABSTRACTThe rapid development of various technologies as a result of the digital revolution presents new challenges for both teachers and students to be able to implement them in the learning process. Therefore, the purposes of this research is to produce a product in application of an Interactive Learning Multimedia (MPI) Si Dhewan based on android using SAC to improve understanding of IPAS and science process skills of elementary school students. The research method that will be carried out is the research and development method or better known as R&D through the 4D Model, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate stages. The data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis research data is conducted with the descriptive analysis and the statistical analysis at mastery test, paired test, N-Gain test, and independent t-test with significance level ? = 0,05. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 30,0 for windows. The result of the research showed that: 1) Interactive Learning Multimedia Si Dhewan based on android using SAC is very feasible to be implemented; 2) Interactive Learning Multimedia Si Dhewan based on android using SAC has been proven to be effective in improving understanding of IPAS of elementary school; 3) Interactive Learning Multimedia Si Dhewan based on android using SAC has been proven to be effective in improving the science process skills of elementary school students. Abstract

ABSTRAKImplementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar wilayah pedalaman 3T (Tertinggal, Terluar, Terdepan). membutuhkan strategi dan pengembangan khusus untuk menjawab permasalahannya yang khas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka untuk memperkuat locus of control dan self efficacy guru dalam menanggapi Tantangan perubahan kurikulum dan implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D (Difine, Develop, Design dan Disseminate). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari uji validitas dan realibilitas modul Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memperoleh tingkat validitas dan realibilitas yang baik dengan rerata skor validitas pada aspek Bahasa adalah 4,43, aspek materi 4,25, aspek desain 4,38 dan kepraktisa adalah 4,3. Hasil uji coba terbatas pada 12 guru di SDN 12 Ambalau diperoleh tingkat kepuasan dan pemahaman guru pada aspek desain modul adalah 94%, dari sisi konten sebesar 90%, dari aspek bahasa sebesar 91% guru merasa memahami dan sangat membantu mereka dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di masing-masing satuan pendidikannya. Dari hasil uji luas pada 38 guru di komunitas guru sub rayon 5 kecamatan Ambalau diperoleh hasil pada aspek locus of control guru memperoleh rerata semua indicator adalah 3,92 dengan tingkat capaian locus of control guru mencapai 83%. Hal ini bermakna bahwa modul ini sangat berdampak pada kemampuan guru, minat dan motivasi guru, memperkuat usaha dan kreativitas guru serta memberikan tingkat kepuasan guru dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran mereka. Pada aspek self efficacy guru diperoleh rerata skor semua indicator adalah 4,2 artinya 84% guru merasa meningkat kemampuan self efficacy mereka. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil uji efektivitas modul dimana skor N-gain yang diperoleh adalah 0,71 yang berada pada rentang skor ? 0,70 dengan kategori Tinggi. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa modul Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam memperkuat self of control dan self efficacy guru di sekolah dasar 3T pedalaman kecamatan Ambalau terbukti sangat efektif. Untuk menjaga dan terus memperkuat locus of control dan self efficacy guru maka para guru di kecamatan Ambalau perlu melakukan studi kasus dan latihan refleksi untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kendali diri, pengambilan keputusan profesional, teknik manajemen stres, memperkuat dukungan sosial. Melakukan pengelolaan emosi dalam rangka peningkatan kepercayaan diri serta penguatan strategi pengembangan locus of control dalam menghadapi tantangan kerja dan kinerja mereka di sekolah pedalaman.Kata Kunci: Modul, locus of control, self efficacyABSTRACTImplementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools in the 3T (Disadvantaged, Outermost, Frontier) areas requires special strategies and development to address its unique problems. The purpose of this study is to develop an Kurikulum Merdeka implementation module to strengthen teachers' locus of control and self-efficacy in responding to the challenges of curriculum change and its implementation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Develop, Design and Disseminate). The results of the study showed that from the validity and reliability test, the Kurikulum Merdeka implementation module obtained a good level of validity and reliability with an average validity score in the Language aspect of 4.43, the material aspect of 4.25, the design aspect of 4.38 and practicality is 4.3. The results of a limited trial on 12 teachers at SDN 12 Ambalau showed that the level of teacher satisfaction and understanding in the module design aspect was 94%, from the content side it was 90%, from the language aspect it was 91% teachers felt that they understood and were very helpful in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka in their respective educational units. From the results of a broad test on 38 teachers in the teacher community of sub-rayon 5, Ambalau sub-district, the results obtained in the aspect of teacher locus of control obtained an average of all indicators of 3.92 with a level of achievement of teacher locus of control reaching 83%. This means that this module has a significant impact on teacher abilities, teacher interests and motivations, strengthens teacher efforts and creativity and provides a level of teacher satisfaction in carrying out their learning activities. In the aspect of teacher self-efficacy, the average score for all indicators was 4.2, meaning that 84% of teachers felt that their self-efficacy abilities had increased. This is supported by the results of the module effectiveness test where the N-gain score obtained was 0.71 which is in the range of scores ? 0.70 with the High category. This confirms that the Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka module in strengthening self-control and self-efficacy of teachers in 3T elementary schools in the interior of Ambalau sub-district has proven to be very effective. To maintain and continue to strengthen the locus of control and self-efficacy of teachers, teachers in Ambalau sub-district need to conduct case studies and reflection exercises to understand the factors that influence self-control, professional decision-making, stress management techniques, strengthening social support. managing emotions in order to increase self-confidence and strengthen strategies for developing locus of control in facing work challenges and their performance in interior schools.Keyword: Modul, locus of control, self efficacy
