Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang fenomena dan problematika pendidikan sekolah dasar untuk mengetahui hal-hal esensial dalam perspektif mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif fenomenologis dalam mengkaji fenomena factual pendidikan dasar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika dialektis melalui teori untuk mendapatkan konsep yang holistik tentang mutu belajar di sekolah dasar. Hasil dan tujuan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa proses belajar tidak sebatas guru dan kurikulum, tetapi erat kaitannya dengan semua aspek yang menciptakan kondisi belajar. Kelas tidak hanya mengenai aspek fisik tetapi sebuah realitas psikologis dimana komunikasi dan interaksi guru dan murid terjadi. Interaksi yang baik akan membantu keberhasilan proses belajar dan memastikan hati dan pikiran siswa ada di setiap ruangruang kelas ketika belajar itu terjadi. Guru harus membangun persepsi dan konsepsi yang benar tentang proses belajar dan terus mengasah kompetensinya. Dengan demikian evaluasi dan pengembangan guru harus holistik mencakup, sikap, pengetahuan, sifat dan motivasi guru dalam melaksanakan profesinya di bidang pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Problem-problem pendidikan, Persepsi dan konsepsi mutu

Abstract

This study aims to develop tacit and explicit knowledge to strengthen the values and attitudes of multicultural education in elementary schools. This research method was used a case study design, and it held at the Elementary schools in Sintang regency, West Kalimantan. The Findings showed the similarity of understanding among school members to the concept of multicultural educational Catholic schools, public schools, and Islamic schools. Conceptually the understanding of multicultural education has not been formulated in an explicit multicultural idea. However, the awareness of multicultural values and attitudes has been patterned through an attitude of appreciation for diversity, respect for diversity, living brotherhood and unity rooted in the religious values of Christianity, Islam and the local traditions of Dayak’s and Malay. Strengthening explicit and tacit knowledge in the process of education and learning to improve the pedagogy of equality and social justice at the elementary school level. This effort can be realized if classrooms are innovated into a multicultural epicenter. It is recommended that the process of socialization, internalization, and the combination of learning approaches and the use of various media, supplements, and multicultural learning modules. Those can be used to develop tacit and explicit knowledge so that multicultural education in elementary schools can be realized and rooted in the education process as one of the characteristics of elementary school education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the image of principal's leadership patterns in the formation of character values in elementary schools. The research design used a case study research at the Elementary School 07 Sintang, the Islamic Elementary School Sintang, and Elementary School Suluh Harapan Sintang. The subjects of the research used the area sampling method because of consideration of the special characteristics of the schools with reference schools, state Islamic schools and private Catholic schools. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. The selection of research subjects using the purposive sampling method. The subjects of these researches were 33 people consisting of three principals and 30 teachers. Data validity is done through the triangulation process. The results showed that the dominant leadership patterns in the three schools tended to be dominant in the instructional leader pattern. For the process of forming the students’ character to be more optimized, the principal must do a combination of leadership patterns. Transformative leadership patterns and cultural leadership must be cultivated in strengthening character by innovating strategic programs according to the conditions and abilities of the school. The character strengthening programs that are integrated into students' subjects and extracurricular for students must accommodate the six stages of the pyramid of habituation of character values.

Abstract

Special schools with a unique vision, curriculum and educational environment are very attractive to people in choosing education for their children. Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Buah Hati Sintang is one of the attractions of the school with the greatest interest among the Sintang Muslim community. The aim of this research is to describe the pattern of multicultural education that occurs in Integrated Islamic elementary schools that combine two curricula. This research uses one case study research with qualitative data collection techniques. Data validity applied a process of triangulation of techniques and sources with inductive conclusion drawing. The research results show: (1) Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Buah Hati Sintang has two curricula; the National curriculum and the Islamic curriculum, (2) The multicultural pattern developed is an expression of the integration of Malay and Javanese culture (mixed culture) but is patterned and developed in a strong Islamic spirit, (3) The curriculum process requires teachers and students to fulfill the dimensions and values of Islamic education as a whole, including Syakhsiyyah Islamiyyah, Tsaqofah Islamiyyah and Life Sciences. In order for the multicultural education dimension to take root in the educational process at Integrated Islamic Primary Schools, it is necessary to strengthen holistic pedagogy and peace education by combining 21st century skills capacities so as to increase the spirit of unity, brotherhood and solidarity at the internal and external levels of the educational unit.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan memaparkan pemahaman dan pengalaman siswa dan guru di sekolah dasar Katolik dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri terkait praksis pedagogi multikultural di sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian case study untuk memetakan dan memaknai pengalaman personal dan komunal warga sekolah di SD Panca Setya 1 Sintang dan SDN Negeri 5 Sintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada level pemahaman multikultural guru dan siswa memahami perbedaan sebagai dasar membangun persaudaraan dan kekeluargaan sebagai karakter sosial dan budaya bangsa melalui Pancasila. Pada level kesadaran nilai dan sikap multikultural warga sekolah menghidupi perbedaan sebagai cara hidup yang telah membudaya dan memperkuat identitas kelompok yang beragam dan pemenuhan hak-hak dasar warga sekolah. Pedagogi multikultural yang cocok dikembangkan di sekolah dasar dilaksanakan melalui integrasi budaya dengan semangat pluralisme egalitarian berdasarkan nilai-nilai harmoni, musawarah, gotong-royong, dan sikap toleransi yang mengakar kuat dalam kesadaran tradisi dan sejarah.Kata Kunci: Pedagogi, multikultural, sekolah dasarABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the understanding and experiences of students and teachers in Catholic elementary schools and state elementary schools regarding the praxis of multicultural pedagogy in elementary schools. The research design uses case study research to map and interpret the personal and communal experiences of school residents at SD Panca Setya 1 Sintang and SDN Negeri 5 Sintang. The research results show that at the level of multicultural understanding, teachers and students understand differences as the basis for building brotherhood and kinship as the social and cultural character of the nation through Pancasila. At the level of awareness of multicultural values and attitudes, the school community embraces differences as a way of life that has entrenched and strengthened the identity of diverse groups and fulfilled the basic rights of the school community. Multicultural pedagogy that is suitable to be developed in elementary schools is implemented through cultural integration with a spirit of egalitarian pluralism based on the values of harmony, deliberation, mutual cooperation and an attitude of tolerance that is deeply rooted in an awareness of tradition and history.Keywords: Pedagogy, multicultural, elementary school

Abstract

The independent curriculum as one of the digital development products developed through the independent learning platform has become a challenge for the education field, including in Sintang Regency. This study aims to describe the management of digital transformation of education in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) in Sintang Regency. The research method used is case study research. Data collection techniques aimed of mapping the readiness of schools, teachers, students, parents in utilizing ICT, the Independent Teaching Platform. The results show that digital transformation management of education has been implemented at Elementary Schools in Sintang Regency. In the planning aspect, it is done by mapping priorities in the short, medium and long term. Assessing and analyzing capabilities, requirements, challenges and opportunities related to digital transformation. Building steps and synergy with various related parties to achieve goals. Socializing the program and setting achievement targets in digital transformation management. In terms of implementation, it is to apply the entire series of planning by directing, playing an active role from structural and functional to influence and strive for all stakeholders to be able to implement the digital transformation program in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, monitoring or evaluation of the digital transformation program is the result of the achievement of the planning and implementation process, namely 65.35% of IKM achievement so that it can be used as a benchmark for success or as a follow-up effort for the program at Elementary Schools in Sintang Regency.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of realistic fiction instruction in fourth-grade classrooms, identifying the challenges in achieving optimal learning outcomes and addressing the need for a more effective approach. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, including document analysis, surveys, classroom observations, and interviews. The findings reveal that current teaching methods are insufficient in fostering deep literary appreciation among students. To address these issues, a learning module integrated with QR Codes is developed. The module incorporates digital content, fostering engagement and supporting a more interactive, multimodal approach to literature appreciation, ultimately promoting cognitive, affective, and psychomotor growth in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji penguatan kompetensi calon guru Biologi melalui kegiatan asistensi mengajar dalam program Kampus Mengajar (KM) Angkatan 7 sebagai bagian dari implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Kapuas. Penelitian ini didasari oleh kebutuhan peningkatan kesiapan pedagogis, manajemen kelas, asesmen, dan literasi digital calon guru dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan abad ke-21. Metode Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus eksploratif melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan refleksi kegiatan mahasiswa di sekolah mitra. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa tidak hanya mengimplementasikan keterampilan mengajar melalui praktik microteaching, tetapi juga aktif dalam pengembangan program literasi, penguatan karakter, adaptasi teknologi, serta asesmen berbasis kompetensi. Kompetensi manajemen kelas terlihat dari perencanaan ruang belajar, pembiasaan rutinitas, dan penggunaan media digital. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan kemampuan dalam menyusun dan melaksanakan asesmen diagnostik, formatif, sumatif, serta (Asesmen Komptensi Minima atau AKM) di bidang literasi, numerasi dan karakter. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi teori dan praktik lapangan dalam menyiapkan guru profesional sehingga disarankan dalam pembelajaran Biologi para mahasiswa wajib diberikan penguatan program microteaching berbasis kasus nyata, pelatihan asesmen digital, serta pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kebutuhan sekolah mitra dan perkembangan teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

As a community organization, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) has the task of empowering women and families in villages. The issues related to the empowerment of productive economy of PKK groups in Sungai Ukoi village based on information data include: a) Lack of knowledge about productive economy; b) Conflicts with PKK activities due to busy schedules; c) Lack of awareness; d) Limited funds and tools to support PKK activities; e) PKK programs at the village level have not had a concrete impact on the community; f) PKK programs have not been effectively implemented; g) The implementation of PKK programs has not met the needs to prosper the community. This community service activity aims to develop the skills of the PKK women's group in the field of handicrafts based on the local wisdom of the Dayak tribe, as well as skills in marketing the products they have created, so that the PKK women’s group becomes a productive group in the economic field. The benefits of this program for the PKK mothers' group in terms of social economy for the needs of the broader community are a form of skill development and self-potential in creating cord products as well as in marketing, so that the results obtained can help the family economy. In addition, it also impacts the fulfillment of the obligations of every responsible citizen in the preservation of culture. The results of this community service activity include: an increased understanding of participants regarding handicrafts made from cord based on the local wisdom of the Dayak tribe, and an increased awareness of entrepreneurship in productive economy through product marketing materials, which leads to income from sold products.Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Produktif Kerajinan Tangan Tali Kur Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Suku Dayak Pada Kelompok Ibu-Ibu PKK Desa Sungai Ukoi Kecamatan Sungai Tebelian Kabupaten SintangABSTRAKSebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan PKK memiliki tugas  memberdayakan perempuan dan keluarga di desa. Adapun permasalahan yang berkaitan pemberdayaan ekonomi produktif kelompok PKK di desa Sungai Ukoi berdasarkan informasi data  meliputi: a) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang ekonomi produktif; b) Kesibukan yang bentrok dengan kegiatan PKK; c) Kurangnya kesadaran ; c) Keterbatasan dana dan alat untuk menunjang kegiatan PKK; d) Progran PKK Desa belum berdampak konkret bagi masyarakat; e)Program PKK belum berjalan efektif; f) Pelaksanaan program PKK belum memenuhi kebutuhan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan mengembangkan keterampilan kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK dalam bidang kerajinan tangan berbasis kearifan lokal suku Dayak serta keterampilan dalam memasarkan produk yang telah dibuat sehingga kelompok Ibu- ibu PKK menjadi kelompok produktif dalam bidang ekonomi. Manfaat program ini bagi kelompok ibu- ibu PKK dari segi sosial ekonomi bagi kebutuhan masyarakat luas adalah bentuk pengembangan keterampilan potensi diri dalam menciptakan produk tali kur maupun dalam pemasaran sehingga hasil yang dipeoreleh dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga selain itu juga berdampak pada pemenuhan kewajiban setiap warga negara yang bertanggungjawab dalam pelestarian budaya. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini berupa: peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap Kerajinan Tangan Tali Kur berbasis kearifan local suku Dayak, dan peningkatan kesadaran berwirausaha dalam Ekonomi Produktif melalui materi pemasaran produk mendapat penghasilan dari produk yang sudah terjual.Kata Kunci :Ekonomi Produktif; Kerajinan Tangan; Tali Kur; Kelompok PKK
