Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of self-reflection and peer feedback in supporting the professional development of educators within the Program Sekolah Penggerak (PSP). Using a qualitative descriptive-exploratory approach, data were collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving educators from the first cohort of PSP schools in East Lombok Regency. The findings indicate that self-reflection is conducted as an instrument of pedagogical evaluation, adaptation of teaching strategies, cross-level collaboration, and transformation of attitudes and teaching approaches. Peer feedback provides a platform for educators to share experiences, receive constructive input, and identify more effective teaching methods. These findings highlight the effectiveness of these practices in improving classroom learning quality and underscore their potential to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative learning culture. Despite challenges such as time constraints, technological gaps, and a reflective culture that has yet to develop fully, the study's conclusions provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers interested in professional development in education. Recommendations are directed towards strengthening technical support, enhancing educators' capacity, and improving coordination to ensure the sustainability of reflective programs in schools throughout Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the leadership of religious leaders who are members of the Religious Harmony Forum in strengthening religious moderation and strengthening social cohesion of the community in Jombang district. The research subjects were 17 religious leaders who were members of the Religious Harmony Forum in Jombang Regency, East Java. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. It was found that religious leaders in Jombang district have a moderate view in religion and have a strong commitment to increasing social cohesion between religious communities. However, there are several needs that must be met to strengthen the role of these figures, such as adequate budget support, a strong legal umbrella, increased frequency of socialization and education, and better appreciation and support from local governments. By meeting these needs, it is hoped that their leadership will be more effective in carrying out their duties and achieving the goal of religious moderation in Jombang Regency in creating harmony between religious communities.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan motivasi guru sekolah dasar melalui pengembangan media belajar mandiri berbasis TPACK dengan Canva. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilakukan di Gugus 2 Pandan dengan 3 sekolah yaitu SDN 9 Merarai, SDN 10 SP 1 Pandan, dan SDN 11 SP 2 Pandan dengan jumlah 30 guru. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah menurut ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi media Canva dapat kategori valid. Uji keefektivan media Canva analisis literasi digital dan motivasi guru sebelum dan sesudah melibatkan 30 orang guru. Hasil angket sebelum pelatihan memiliki hasil “cukup baik”. Sikap terhadap teknologi dan persepsi manfaat dengan hasil “baik”. Setelah pelatihan keterampilan teknis  dan penggunaan Canva memiliki hasil sangat baik. Sikap terhadap teknologi dan persepsi manfaat memiliki hasil sangat baik. Berdasarkan uji efektifitas disimpulkan bahwa media belajar mandiri berbasis TPACK dengan Canva sangat efektivif terhadap literasi digital dan motivasi guru.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Motivasi, Media Belajar Mandiri, TPACK, CanvaABSTRACTThis research is to increase digital literacy and motivation of elementary school teachers through the development of TPACK-based independent learning media with Canva. The research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted in Cluster 2 Pandan with 3 schools, namely SDN 9 Merarai, SDN 10 SP 1 Pandan, and SDN 11 SP 2 Pandan with a total of 30 teachers. The results of this research are that according to media experts, material experts and media practitioners, Canva can be categorized as valid. Test the effectiveness of Canva media analysis of digital literacy and teacher motivation before and after involving 30 teachers. The results of the questionnaire before the training were "fairly good". Attitudes towards technology and perceived benefits with “good” results. After technical skills training and use of Canva had excellent results. Attitudes towards technology and perceived benefits have very good results. Based on the effectiveness test, it was concluded that TPACK-based independent learning media with Canva was very effective for digital literacy and teacher motivation.Keywords: Digital Literacy, Motivation, Independent Learning Media, TPACK, Canva

Abstract

Abstract Tests or questions that use ACTFL standards at level Novice is one way to find out Arabic language learning standards and students' ability standards, especially writing skills tests. ACTFL standardization at the Novice level consists of 3 levels, namely Novice High (high beginner level), Novice Mid (intermediate beginner level), and Novice Low (low beginner level). The research uses a qualitative method through a literature study by studying the Skills Guide book American Council On The Teaching Of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) and other literature such as articles and books. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this research, there are 20 tests or questions according to ACTFL standardization at the level Novice that is 20% of the questions of difficulty level or Novice High (4 questions), 50% of the questions are medium level or Novice Mid (10 questions), and 30% easy level questions or Novice Low (6 questions). Abstract

One of the visions of the University of Darussalam Gontor is to become a center for the language of the Qur'an. An online Arabic language test is conducted to measure its students' Arabic proficiency. This study aims to analyze the difficulty level of the online Arabic language test at the University of Darussalam Gontor based on Bloom's Cognitive Taxonomy. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method. The data was collected from students' test scores, which cover three language skills: reading (qira'ah), listening (istima'), and writing (kitabah). The sample was randomly selected, comprising 135 students for the writing test, 127 for the listening test, and 129 for the reading test. The results indicate that the difficulty level of the questions based on students' test results for the reading skill shows that 10% of the questions were classified as difficult, 42% as middle, and 48% as easy. For the listening skill, 17% of the questions were classified as difficult, 44% as middle, and 39% as easy. There were no difficult questions in the writing skill, with 83% being middle and 17% easy. Regarding the cognitive domains of Bloom's taxonomy, 21% of the questions in reading test (qiraah) were categorized as HOTS, 52% as MOTS, and 17% as LOTS. For the listening test (istima), 11% of the questions were classified as HOTS, 67% as MOTS, and 11% as LOTS, while for the writing test, 10% were categorized as HOTS, 55% as MOTS, and 25% as LOTS.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation processes, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening character education through the Scout and Rebana extracurricular activities at SDN 1 Banyuasin III. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that character education strengthening has been systematically integrated into both extracurricular activities. In the Scout activities, the characters of discipline, responsibility, and cooperation are the primary focus, while in Rebana, the values of religiosity, tolerance, and solidarity are emphasized. Activity planning is carried out through coordination meetings with the instructor and school officials, activities are implemented according to a pre-agreed routine schedule, and supervision is carried out directly by the instructor. Evaluations are conducted periodically to assess the achievement of character goals. Supporting factors include full support from the principal, the availability of competent instructors, and student enthusiasm. Inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure and scheduling conflicts with other activities. This study concludes that the extracurricular activities of Scouting and Rebana play a strategic role in shaping student character aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile. The implications of this research are the need to optimize facilities, increase the capacity of instructors, and foster synergy between schools, parents, and the community to strengthen the implementation of character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pengembangan video edukasi menggunakan bantuan Artificial Intelligence di era modern ini bisa sangat membantu khususnya untuk pembuatan video edukasi sederhana seperti edukasi rambu lalu lintas. Masalahnya masih banyak yang tidak menggunakannya karena masih asingnya penggunaan Artificial Intelligence untuk pembuatan video edukasi dan merasa masih sulit menggunakannya serta khawatir tidak sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan mudahnya penggunaan Artificial Intelligence untuk pembuatan video edukasi yang diperbantukan oleh Artificial Intelligence serta untuk mengetahui hasil produk tersebut layak atau tidak digunakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model 4-D untuk melakukan proses produksi dan menggunakan survei untuk menguji kelayakan hasil video edukasi. Hasil dari proses pembuatan video tersebut termasuk efektif karena membutuhkan durasi dua jam untuk menghasilkan video durasi satu menit empat puluh delapan detik dan mudah pengoperasian aplikasinya. Dan hasil survei menyatakan cukup layak digunakan walau tetap ada saran dan kritik yang ditambahkan untuk koreksi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menghasilkan daya tarik baru untuk dapat menggunakan bantuan Artificial Intelligence dalam pembuatan video edukasi yang efektif dan sederhana dan bisa dikembangkan lebih lanjut dimasa depan.

Abstract

Pengembangan materi pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, khususnya modul ajar Manajemen Penyiaran Televisi, sangat penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa dan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap modul ajar Manajemen Penyiaran Televisi yang bersifat kontekstual dan mengetahui perbandingan antara penyiaran tradisional yang ada pada modul dengan penyiaran modern menggunakan perangkat lunak Open Broadcasting Software (OBS) Studio. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 12 informan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul memiliki kontekstualitas yang kuat dalam penyiaran tradisional, namun kurang responsif terhadap penyiaran digital. Persepsi mahasiswa umumnya positif terhadap struktur dan kejelasan bahasa modul, tetapi mengeluhkan kurangnya aktualitas contoh dan visualisasi. Sistem penyiaran pada modul masih bersifat tradisional dan kompleks sedangkan pada penyiaran OBS Studio sudah bersifat modern dan lebih fleksibel. Modul belum memuat materi terkait penyiaran digital khususnya OBS Studio. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya pembaruan modul mencakup aktualitas contoh dan visualisasi serta aspek penyiaran agar modul dapat berfungsi secara optimal sebagai alat bantu belajar mandiri. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi dosen, pengembang materi ajar, dan pengembang kurikulum untuk meningkatkan relevansi pendidikan di bidang penyiaran.

Abstract

This research presents the design of a multidimensional profiling framework to support adaptive and personalized English language learning at Universitas Terbuka (UT). A qualitative research method was used in designing the profiling framework. Data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs) and institutional observations to examine the current realities within the university. Thematic analysis was then employed to interpret the data. Two key results were a learner profiling framework and an institutional readiness mapping. The framework included four phases: (1) Input: collecting data on learners’ digital readiness, learning styles, English proficiency, and self-regulated learning; (2) Processing: analyzing the data to create learner profiles; (3) Adaptation: using profiles to suggest personalized support; and (4) Interpretation: presenting results through dashboards and feedback tools. The institutional mapping found that each phase required a clear governance structure to ensure ethical use, transparency, and alignment with Universitas Terbuka’s policies and stakeholder capacities.
