Abstract

Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

Abstract

High motivation and satisfaction will contribute to a person's performance at work. In this case, its achievement requires support from all parties. Supervision is one way to see, review and assess employee performance by superiors. This research aimed to determine the relationship between principal supervision and teacher motivation and satisfaction at SD Gugus Sunglassess Nusaniwe. The population in this study were all teachers, totaling 146 samples. The sampling technique was determined using proportional random sampling. So we got 109 samples. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire using 5 answer choices. The instrument has been tested for validity and reliability with a significance level of 0.361 > r table. The reliability test uses the Cronbach's alpha formula > 0.7. Analysis uses multiple correlation analysis methods. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between principal supervision and teacher satisfaction at SD Gugus I Sunglasses Nusaniwe Ambon Tcount value (7.064) t-table (1.982) and there is a positive and significant relationship between principal supervision and teacher work motivation with elementary school teacher satisfaction Fcount (40.896) > Ftable (0.660).

Abstract

Maraknya game online diikuti juga dengan munculnya berbagai dampak negatif pada segi finansial, kesehatan, prestasi belajar bahkan pola interaksi individu. Dikatakan adiksi game online akan merusak pola tidur dan aktivitas. Melihat masalah yang ada maka penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis dampak adiksi game online terhadap pola tidur dan aktivitas fisik pelajar di Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survey analitik pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelajar SMA yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Sirimau. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling didapatkan 100 siswa. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden tidak mengalami adiksi game online memiliki pola tidur baik 31 responden (31%), dan mayoritas pada kelompok adiksi game terdapat 28 responden (28%) yang mengalami pola tidur kurang baik. Hasil analisis uji chi square didapatkan nilai p 0,043. Hasil penelitian tentang adiksi game online menyatakan responden kurang melakukan aktifitas fisik yaitu 35 responden (35%) dan pada responden yang tidak mengalami adiksi game online mayoritas melakukan aktifitas fisik yang baik yaitu 28 responden (28%). Hasil chi square nilai p 0,007. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan adiksi game online dengan pola tidur dan aktifitas fisik pelajar di Kota Ambon.

Abstract

Pergaulan bebas dan memiliki dampak yang mengarah hal negative pada remaja yang berpacaran atau berhubungan seksual seperti mengarah pada tindakan abortus. Kegiatan edukasi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan 2 sekolah yang berlokasi di Dusun Taman jaya, yaitu SMPN 3 Taman jaya dan SMA Persiapan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan tahap persiapan dengan observasi dan pretest, pelaksanaan dengan edukasi dan diskusi terakhir tahap evaluasi ada posttest. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pada awal kegiatan ditemukan 40% siswa SMPN 3 Taman jaya dan SMA Persiapan yang berlokasi di Dusun Taman Jaya, masuk dalam kategori memiliki pengetahuan kategori kurang. Hasil evaluasi setelah dilakukan edukasi tentang bahaya aborsi didapatkan hasil kenaikan yaitu 94% siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang bahaya aborsi. Melihat hasil ini maka dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan berdampak positif pada peningkatan pengetahuan siswa.

Abstract

Pengelolaan konflik dan komunikasi efektif merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa kesehatan untuk dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam tim dan organisasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pelatihan praktis kepada mahasiswa kesehatan tentang cara mengelola konflik dan membangun komunikasi yang efektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 10 Oktober 2024 di Kel. A Gardjalay, dengan fokus pada pemaparan konsep dasar pengelolaan konflik, strategi penyelesaian konflik, serta pentingnya komunikasi yang jelas dan terbuka dalam organisasi. Melalui metode interaktif, termasuk simulasi dan studi kasus, peserta diajak untuk mengidentifikasi akar masalah dari konflik dan merumuskan solusi yang konstruktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pengelolaan konflik dan komunikasi efektif, yang tercermin dalam keterampilan praktis yang mereka peroleh. Teknik mendengarkan aktif dan memberikan umpan balik positif diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam interaksi sehari-hari peserta, yang meningkatkan hubungan antar anggota organisasi. Keterlibatan aktif peserta dalam kegiatan organisasi juga mengalami peningkatan, menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk berkontribusi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil memperkuat kapasitas mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan organisasi, yang memiliki dampak positif dalam kehidupan akademik dan profesional mereka di bidang kesehatan.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah keluhan pasien di dunia juga meningkat pada kategori pengobatan klinis, perilaku pemberi pelayanan dan komunikasi. Komplain menunjukkan adanya ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit yang diberikan. Penanganan komplain yang baik sebagai salah satu strategi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan para pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa ketepatan penanganan komplain dalam mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 informan yaitu HRD, bagian Rawat Inap, bagian pengaduan,perawat, Rawat jalan dan humas marketing. Teknik pengambilan sampling data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Data dianalisa dengan analisa tematik. Hasil dalam penelitian didapatkan adanya keluhan pasien yang menunjukkan adanya bukti ketidakpuasan pasien sebagai pelanggan. Didapatkan adanya 5 aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengangan pengaduan dimana aspek tersebut saling berhubungan, antara lain a) Prosedur Pengaduan b) Cara Menangani Pengaduan c) Keterlibatan Karyawan, d) Pelatihan Pengaduan e) Lama Pengaduan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan citra rumah sakit dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan maka penting untuk menerapkan ketepatan penanganan komplain dalam mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memperhatikan ke 5 aspek hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Prof. Dr. J. A. Latumeten merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memberikan layanan kesehatan bagi prajurit TNI-AD, pegawai negeri sipil, dan keluarganya, di bawah tanggung jawab Badan Pelaksana Kesdam XVI/Pattimura. Bekerja sama dengan BPJS, rumah sakit ini bertransformasi menjadi fasilitas kesehatan yang peduli terhadap pasien dan keluarganya, dengan visi memberikan layanan prima sehingga tercipta suasana rumah sakit seperti rumah kedua. Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia agar tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan layanan cepat, akurat, sopan, dan profesional. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memperdalam pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip layanan prima serta membangun budaya kerja yang berorientasi pada kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien jangka panjang. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi interaktif yang mencakup penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, serta evaluasi partisipasi dengan tes pra dan pasca pada 35 peserta, termasuk tenaga kesehatan dan non-kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip dan konsep layanan prima, serta tumbuhnya tekad untuk menerapkan prinsip tersebut dalam praktik pelayanan rumah sakit. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun budaya layanan yang berfokus pada kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Hospitals provide services that are expected to satisfy and meet customer needs. Good service quality will maintain good relationships and create maximum satisfaction value. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Rumkit Tk.II Dr. Outpatient Installation. J. A. Latumeten Ambon. The quantitative method uses a cross sectional design. The population of this study is all general patients who receive services. The sampling technique was carried out using stratified random sampling, proportional random sampling and using the formula from Lameshow to obtain 121 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The results in the research were that the majority of respondents were aged 25-35 years, female) and had at least a high school education. The majority of respondents visited internal medicine clinics where the distance between the respondent's house and the hospital was <5 km, the majority of whom had visited more than once. The results of the cross sectional test, the majority of respondents stated that the hospital was considered to have good service quality with a satisfaction level of 60 respondents (49.59%). The results of the analysis test obtained a p value = 0.000. So it was concluded that there was a statistically significant influence between the service quality variable and patient satisfaction at Rumkit Kindergarten. II Dr. J. A. Latumeten Ambon.

Abstract

Online game addiction has become a significant health problem. The use of short film media as a health education tool to overcome game addiction with interesting and relevant content can attract the attention of young audiences who are more interested in visual and interactive media. Seeing the existing problems, this research is aimed at analyzing the influence of Health Education using demonstration methods through short educational films in overcoming the impact of online game addiction. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental pretest-protest design. This research will be carried out at Ambon vocational high schools. The selection of this research location was based on the consideration of having a basic understanding of health topics so that it could provide more valid and useful data. The population in this study was students. Sampling using random sampling technique obtained 40 students. Data was collected using knowledge questionnaires and attitude questionnaires to measure before and after the intervention. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon signed Rank test. Results: The research results showed that there was a significant influence of knowledge and attitudes through short film media in overcoming online game addiction. The results of the Wilcoxon signed Rank test analysis show the same value for both variables, namely a p-Value of 0.000. There is a significant influence in applying the short film method in increasing knowledge and attitudes in overcoming online game addiction.

Abstract

Hospitals as a service industry have a variety of complex workforce problems with various risks. The K3 management system is one of the supporting factors for productivity including policy, commitment, planning, implementation, evaluation and review. If all K3 management systems are implemented well, the company can guarantee the health and safety of workers so that workers feel safer and more comfortable when doing their work. Objective: to analyze the implementation of the K3 management system in hospitals at three private hospitals in Maluku. Method: This research uses Observational Analytical Type with Cross Sectional Study. The research was conducted at 3 private hospitals in Maluku, namely RS. Kindergarten. II Prof. Dr. J.A. Latumeten, RS. Source of Life GPM and RS. Al-Fatah. Sample collection in this study used purposive sampling of 150 respondents, all of whom were related to the implementation of services at the hospital. To determine the relationship between more than one dependent variable, the logistic regression test is used. Results: K3 management system test results with employee work productivity obtained a value of p = 0.019. The results of the analysis of the relationship between K3 commitment and policy and work productivity obtained a p value = 0.015. The results of the K3 planning analysis with work productivity obtained a p value = 0.043. The results of the analysis of K3 implementation with work productivity obtained a p value = 0.045. The results of multivariate analysis using the logistic regression test show that the sig value of 0.034 is a very significant variable on employee work productivity. Conclusion: the conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the K3 management system, K3 commitment and policy, K3 planning, K3 implementation and work productivity. The results of the multivariate analysis state that K3 implementation is a variable with a strong influence on employee work productivity.
