Today, many profit or nonprofit organizations, as well as commercial companies, are owned by people who have very strong character in society. With the characteristic of the person's personality, will give the impression to the company as well. Personal branding itself is a planned process in which people make efforts to market themselves. People have to differentiate themselves and stand out from a crowd. Then is to develop an active communication through managing behavior, communication and symbolism. Leadership brand is a reputation for developing exceptional managers with a distinct set of talents that are uniquely geared to fulfill customers 'and investors' expectations. A company with a leadership brand inspires faith that employees and managers will consistently make good on the firm's promises. How is the use of personal and leadership branding, if the person is the owner of a company? What makes the personal and leadership branding matter to the company reputation? Company reputation is the goal as well as an achievement to be achieved for the world Public Relations. For the company, reputation is a form of trust from the society. So, if a company experiences a public trust crisis it will have a negative impact on reputation and will require a lot of effort to grow and rebuild trust, and reputation of course. The reputation that we want to see in this study is from the stakeholders of the company. But how is the relationship between personal branding and leadership branding of company owner on corporate reputation in the eyes of stakeholders?

In the principle, Indonesia has not been ratifying the United Nations conventions and protocols regarding the refugee status. Meanwhile, Indonesia becomes the transit state for the international refugees. Considering the human rights and non refoulment principles, Indonesia government protects the refugees, particularly in this pandemic era that is occurring globally. The refugees become vulnerable to the Covid-19 and suffering obstacles to obtain the rights fulfillment in the Pandemic era. The more complex problems occur among the refugees since they live in the crowded community with limited facilities. Moreover, some of the refugees have to struggle by themselves in order to maintain and protect them from Covid-19 while they do not get any support. A higher risk is experienced by women and children who become the victim of gender and sexual violence. As international organization, UNHCR and IOM, along with the Indonesia government should create a synergy and give serious attention for the international refugees to solve the problem. Through the normative law studies with qualitative data and previous studies, this article explains how UNHCR, IOM and Government respond and solve the refugee's problematique so that the refugee's in this pandemic era so that the refugees get appropriate protection.Keywords: UNHCR Actions, Refugee, Pandemic Covid-19

An individual’s subjective assessment of the probability of negative consequences could influence the willingness to perform certain behaviors. Previous literature had identified socio-psychological factors that influence behavioral intention in various contexts. However, their influence on perceived risk and behavioral intention in a pandemic is rarely discussed. Using quantitative approach, empirical data were obtained through a survey of Denpasar citizens aged 17-30 (n=212) and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The result suggests that perceived risk could be influenced by interpersonal discussion, trust in institutions, and information-seeking ability. Meanwhile, efficacy belief and perceived risk could influence the intention to wear masks. On the other hand, media and internet exposure do not show significant influence on perceived risk.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya Program Kemitraan Pengembangan Muhammadiyah (PKPM) ini adalah selain untuk melaksanakan salah satu unsur dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi, maka program ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permintaan masyarakat terutama warga persarikatan muhammadiyah, khususnya P e m u d a Muhammadiyah kota medan untuk melakukan Kegiatan yang bertemakan Peran Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Medan Dalam Penanggulangan Mafia Tanah. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan program ini adalah: 1) Pemuda Muhammadiyah memiliki peran penting sebagai organisasi ke Islaman untuk mengetahui tentang mafia tanah khususnya di Kota Medan ; 2) Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Medan dapat memberi pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang modus operandi mafia tanah ; 3) Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Medan sebagai Organisasi Keislaman untuk melakukan penanggulangan mafia tanah khususnya di Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengadakan penyuluhan, tanya jawab, diskusi, penugasan dan praktik langsung. Kemudian metode pendekatan lain yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif (partisipatory approach). Tahap pelaksanaan program ini dimulai dari persiapan program, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan dalam mengetahui modus operandi mafia tanah, dan juga sebagai bahan pengembangan literasi tentang penanggulangan mafia tanah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan proses sains (KPS) dan tanggapan peserta didik setelah diterapkan metode eksperimen berbasis inkuiri pada materi kalor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Kembang Tanjong dengan sampel diambil secara acak dan didapatkan kelas X1. Tahapan penelitian meliputi 3 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes pilihan ganda untuk melihat peningkatan KPS dan angket untuk mengetahui tanggapan peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penerapan metode eksperimen berbasis inkuiri dapat meningkatkan KPS peserta didik pada materi kalor di MAN 1 Kembang Tanjong. Data KPS menunjukkan nilai minimal pretest adalah 2,0, nilai minimal posttest adalah 12,0, dan N-gain sebesar 0,5 dengan skala 0-18. Peserta didik memberikan respon positif terhadap penerapan metode eksperimen berbasis inkuiri dalam proses belajar mengajar.

Stunting, also known as short toddler syndrome, is the most prevalent type of malnutrition (PE/micronutrients), which affects infants before and shortly after birth and causes their height to be out of proportion to their age. A chronic nutritional issue that results in stunting in children is insufficient dietary intake. Stunting needs special care because it can harm children's mental development and increase their risk of dying. One effort to build knowledge and skills in aiding in the resolution of dietary challenges is counseling training on Infant and Child Feeding (IYCF). The problem of stunting often arises due to a lack of knowledge and skills in meeting the nutritional needs of toddlers. “The global prevalence of stunting in the world, including in Indonesia, is still high”. To increase the community's knowledge and skills to deal with nutritional problems independently. Literature study by comparing 20 publications with similar subject matter related to knowledge and procedures of eating babies and kids and to the rate of stunting. From 9 relevant journals it was stated that Infant and Child Feeding affected increasing mothers' knowledge in preventing stunting. There is an influence of “Infant and Child Feeding (PMBA) on the incidence of stunting.

Administrasi kepegawaian pembelajaran merupakan segenap proses penyusunan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan mendapatkan serta memakai tenaga kerja, dalam perihal ini merupakan pendidik secara efektif demi tercapainya tujuan sekolah tersebut. Dalam ruang lingkup pembelajaran guru yakni ialah sumber energi manusia yang memegang peranan berarti buat keberhasilan sesuatu lembaga pembelajaran. Aktivitas dalam administrasi tenaga pendidik diawali dengan perancangan pegawai, penyediaan pegawai, penaikan serta penempatan pegawai, pengembangan serta pembinaan,promosi serta mutasi, serta yang terakhir pemberhentian pegawai. Postingan ini disusun dengan memakai tata cara Systematic Literature Review( SLR) yang dimulai dengan mengumpulkan bahan- bahan kajian tentang administrasi kepegawaian pembelajaran( ialah penafsiran, tujuan serta ruang lingkup dalam administrasi itu sendiri), guna administrasi kepegawaian pembelajaran dan jenis- jenis administrasi kepegawaian pembelajaran.

In the world of education there is always something called change and renewal, whether in the teaching staff, the facilities used and so on, as well as the educational curriculum in indonesia, which continues to change. Such as the independent learning currriculum which was implemented as a replacement for the 2013 curriculum. Before it became the independent learning curriculum, an emergency curriculum was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the entire world. This independent curriculum also emerged because of circumstances that required changing the curriculum, and following develoments in today’s modern era. Therefore, this article discusses the effectiveness of using the independent learning curriculum as a substitute for the 2013 curriculum, using qualitative research methods. This researh by searching for data from books, journals, and scientific articles. The independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that prioritizes the interests and desires of student, and is based on te pancasila student profile which aims to ensure that students have characteristics of noble character.

The Indonesian government has launched the concept of “Merdeka Belajar” as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This concept aims to provide greater freedom and autonomy to educational units in managing and developing their curriculum according to the needs and potential of students. In this paper, we analyze the concept and structure of Merdeka Belajar curriculum which includes four main components, namely: (1) Merdeka Belajar Policy; (2) Merdeka Belajar Curriculum; (3) Merdeka Belajar Learning; and (4) Merdeka Belajar Assessment. Merdeka Belajar Policy gives greater authority to schools in developing curriculum and learning plans according to local needs. Merdeka Belajar Curriculum focuses on developing core competencies and basic competencies needed by students to face the challenges of the 21st century. Merdeka Belajar Learning encourages teachers to use innovative learning methods, such as project-based learning, problem-based learning, and collaborative learning. Merdeka Belajar assessment emphasizes authentic assessment that measures the ability of students holistically. The application of Merdeka Belajar concept is expected to produce graduates who have competencies that are in line with the needs of industry and society, and are able to think critically, creatively, and innovatively.

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to optimize Tahsin learning and improve students' Error Awareness in reading the Qur'an at SMP IT An Najma, which was found to be low in the initial evaluation. Low Error Awareness, characterized by repeated technical errors and dependence on teacher corrections, hinders students' independent learning. The proposed intervention action is the integration of Talaqqi (as a model for standard reading) with Peer-Assessment (as a mechanism for active reflection). This study adopts a spiral Plan-Act-Observe-Reflect Action Research design, carried out in two cycles. The research subjects were seventh-grade students at SMP IT An Najma. Data were collected using reading pre-tests and post-tests (quantitative data), as well as observations and in-depth interviews (qualitative data). Quantitative data analysis focused on the increase in the percentage of learning mastery per cycle, while qualitative data used thematic analysis to identify patterns of improvement in students' self-awareness when assessing their peers. The research results show that the integration of this method is effective. There was a significant improvement in students' reading quality, indicated by the increase in the learning completeness percentage from the initial condition (65%) to 90% at the end of Cycle II. Qualitatively, Peer-Assessment proved to force students to actively analyze the rules of tajwid and articulation points, which in turn enhanced their Error Awareness. Students no longer just receive corrections but are able to identify and correct mistakes in themselves and their peers. It is concluded that the Talaqqi and Peer-Assessment approaches can serve as optimal strategies to enhance students' independence and awareness in Tahsin Al-Qur’an. This study recommends the use of a structured Peer-Assessment rubric as an integral component of the Tahsin curriculum.
