Abstract

This research focuses on organizational culture, leadership, competence, and performance. The sample of this study was a KB fieldworker with the status of a civil servant in the Population Control Department for Family Planning for Women's Empowerment for Child Protection in Subang Regency. To find out between variables, the analysis used is Path Analysis. This study concludes that organizational culture influences positively insignificant performance. Leadership has a significant effect on performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. And on average there is an influence of organizational culture, leadership, and competence on performance. Abstract

Pegawai merupakan penggerak utama dalam segala kegiatan organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja pegawainya. Undang-Undang Nomor 43 Tahun 1999 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1974 tentang pokok-pokok kepegawaian menjelaskan bahwa pegawai negeri adalah setiap warga negara Republik Indonesia yang telah memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan, diangkat oleh pejabat yang berwenang dan diserahi tugas dalam suatu jabatan negeri atau diserahi tugas negara lainnya dan digaji berdasarkan peraturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku. Selain itu juga menyiratkan amanat bahwa dalam rangka usaha mencapai tujuan nasional diperlukan pegawai negeri sipil yang berperan sebagai pelayan masyarakat, dengan penuh kesetiaan kepada Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh antar variable yaitu stress kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sumber data dan Penentuan Data dalam studi ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze; communication, and employee loyalty, the magnitude of the effect of Communication on Employee Loyalty partially at the Head Office of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Indramayu Regency. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method. The independent variable is communication while the dependent variable is employee loyalty. Data collection techniques using interviews, library research and questionnaires. The method of analysis uses path analysis, validity and reliability, t test, using SPSS for Windows 21 Version. Based on the research analysis the following results were obtained; communication is in the good category, employee loyalty is in the good category, communication has a significant and positive effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study focuses on the Communication, Leadership and Organizational Commitment. This study aims to identify and analyze: The first, an overview of Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Commitment at PT. Bina San Prima West Java area; Second, the influence of Communication to Organizational Commitment; third, the influence of Leadership to Organizational Commitment; fourth, Communication and Leadership influences the Organizational Commitment . The sample in this study is sales force of PT. Bina San Prima West Java Area with branches are Bandung 1 (Bandung PW), Bandung 2 (Bandung LG), Kerawang dan Bekasi. To determine the influence between variables, the analysis used is Path Analysis. This study concluded that Communication influence to the Organizational Commitment, Leadership influence to the Organizational Commitment, Communication and Leadership influence on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether education and family support affect the decision of the mother to utilize birth facilities in the PONED. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires. Sampling technique in this research using Probability Sampling with technique type Quota sampling. The number of samples is 90 respondents. The dependent variable is the utilization of birthing facilities in PONED whereas education and family support as independent variables. Data analysis was done gradually including univariate, bivariate (chi- square) and multivariate (logistic regression). The average research respondents were about 29.9 years old, with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum age of 45 years. Most of the elementary education is 58 respondents (64.4%). From the result of bivariate test there is significant influence between education to utilization of PONED facility and from variable family support, statistical test results a very significant influence between family support and utilization of PONED. From the multivariate test it was found that education and family support together had an effect on the utilization of birthing facilities at PONED at the Wanayasa Puskesmas.

Abstract

Referring to the importance of the role of tertiary institutions in producing competent graduates who are able to compete in the global era, it is important to provide quality education services. Feeling dissatisfied, satisfied or very satisfied will affect the next action. Students who are satisfied will convey positively about the educational services received. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of education services and professional competence had on student satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with verification analysis. This study tested the hypotheses to make decisions inductively or generalized, so this research is confirmatory. This study uses a data collection technique that is a questionnaire. Determination of the number of samples used by the author in the study based on the Slovin method because the known population is more than 100 respondents. and analysis using SPSS version 25.The quality of education services partially has a significant effect on student satisfaction. This indicates that if the Quality of Education Services has been prepared and cared for properly, the students at the Vocational Academy in Bandung City will feel satisfied and give a positive response to the campus.

Abstract

It is critical to offer excellent education services in light of universities' critical role in creating graduates who are knowledgeable and capable of competing in the global age. The following step will be influenced by whether you are unsatisfied, satisfied, or very pleased. Students that are pleased with the educational services they have gotten will spread the word. The goal of this research was to see how much of an impact educational service quality had on student happiness. This research used a quantitative technique with verification analysis. This research is confirmatory since it examines the hypothesis to make inductive or general choices. This research employs a questionnaire as a data gathering method. The author utilized Slovin to determine the number of samples used in this research since it is known that the population has more than 100 respondents. Path analysis is used in this study. Student happiness is influenced in part by the quality of educational services. This demonstrates that if the Quality of Education Services is correctly developed and maintained, Bandung City Vocational Academy students would be happy and favorably react to the campus.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memukul sektor UMKM sehingga banyak yang harus menutup usahanya. Akan tetapi, sebagian justru berhasil membuat terobosan antara lain melalui digitalisasi. Akan tetapi tidak semua UMKM sudah menjalankan usahanya secara digital, salah satunya terdapat di RW 04 Melong Kaler, Cikawao, Lengkong, Bandung. Rata-rata UMKM yang terdapat di RW 04 ini masih berjualan secara offline, karena dekat dengan kampus dan kost-kostan di sekitarnya. Meskipun demikian dengan bertambahnya harga sewa ruko/tempat dan bertambahnya harga bahan pokok tentunya UMKM juga perlu meningkatkan penjualannya salah satunya dengan bekerjasama dengan e-commerece dengan berjualan di platform tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya pengetahuan akan digitalisasi penjualan pada UMKM 04 Melong Kaler ini supaya penjualan juga dapat meningkat.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of liquid waste from palm oil mills. The research aims to find out and understand the current form of palm oil mill waste management, to find out the factors that support palm oil mill waste governance in realizing a circular economy. Determining circularity indicators is one method to see the performance of palm oil liquid waste processing (POME) management and is a benchmark for the level of circularity of palm oil mill governance. The research approach uses the MCI circularity indicator developed by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation in assessing circularity indicators for various POME waste management scenarios in palm oil mills. From various POME processing governance scenarios, namely: 1) Based on field practices in palm oil mills, 2) Based on government regulations regarding POME processing in palm oil mills, 3) Processing POME with biogas technology with an open pond system, 4) Processing POME with biogas technology with a CSTR system, and 5) Processing POME into fertilizer. Based on the assessment results of various scenarios, the MCI circularity values for PKS A, B, and C under existing conditions are as follows: 0.6009 for the current system, 0.5500 for compliance with regulations, 0.5781 for biogas processing with closed ponds, 0.6143 for biogas processing with CSTR, and 0.7065 for fertilizer production. The highest circularity value of 0.7065 is achieved through the scenario of processing POME into fertilizer. This shows that liquid waste management by palm oil mills in Indonesia is still dominated by traditional systems in the form of open ponds.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of green human resource management (GHRM) on innovative work behavior in helping organizations to implement environmentally friendly business practices. By using natural resource-based view and social exchange theory as theoretical lens, we consider the role of green HRM, perceived organizational support for the environment, green knowledge sharing, and green commitment as antecedents of innovative work behavior. The sample is 215 employees from the MSME’s manufacturing industrial sector in West Java province selected using purposive sampling, then the data was analyzed using structural equation models (SEM-PLS). The research results show that GHRM practices have a positive and significant influence on green commitment, green knowledge sharing, and innovative work behavior. Apart from that, the moderating role of green knowledge sharing is found to strengthen the relationship between green human resource management and green commitment. The mediating role of green commitment in the relationship between GHRM and employee innovative work behavior is also confirmed. This study also found that organizational support indirectly influences green commitment. The findings of this study provide contribution to the literature, especially in the field of organizational behavior by emphasizing the role of GHRM practice to stimulate innovative work behavior of employees. It also provides practical implications for organizations to adopt environmentally friendly business practices as an effort to improve their positive outcomes of the employees.
