Abstract

This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

Abstract

This paper is intended to examine and describe tahsin al-qiraah activities, constraints and efforts of lecturers to succeed the activity. For this reason, teaching staff must strive to create students who are qualified in the field of Islam. In this case it must start from the basic course of reading Al-Quran or tahsin al-qiraah. what efforts were made by the Al-Qiraah doctoral lecturer to improve the Qoran reading ability of Sharia majors. This type of research was field research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the ability to read the Qoran to Syari'ah IAIN Curup students relatively was still classified as medium, with a count of 50% had been able to read well, and 50% again needed intensive and programmed guidance. The causes of factors were less able to read the Qoran for Curup IAIN Syari'ah students, including previous student educational background, process selection of students at the time of admission of new students who do not pay attention to the standard of reading the Qoran for prospective students of IAIN Curup, Family factors that pay less attention to read Al-Quran seriously lazy to learn to read the Qoran. Efforts to improve and improve students' ability to read al-Quran include IAIN policies, uniform material, lecturer, curriculum, media, and other facilities such as rooms and learning resources.

Abstract

A Research of living hadis that researcher did this time was in the Great Mosque Baitul Makmur Rejang Lebong. It consideredthat this mosque is a government and largest mosque in Curup City Rejang Lebong.Every shubuh there is always taushiyah there. As comparisons, the researcher also took the Aljihad Mosque and Nurul Huda Curup Mosque. A complete facts of the hadis submitted by the preacher from the 3 mosques. The researcher took 1 month of Ramadan for the research. How are the traditions used by theologians in preaching some hadis, whether they are in accordance with the standard practice of a hadis, that is shahih and hasan or still in dhaif and maudhu category. If qualified shahih and hasan then they should be practiced, but if they qualified dha'if and maudhu so then they must be abandoned. Majority of preachers in these three mosques in particular have delivered some hadis qualified maqbul. Minorities of them still present some hadis that qualified mardud or rejected.

Abstract

Abstract. Islam is a religionrahmatan lil alamin, namely a religion that brings goodness to anyone around it. Because Islam regulates all the behavior of its people contained in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. There are many character education values contained in the Qur'an, one of which is found in the Al-Qur'an letter Al-Isra’ verse 36 and the Al-Qur'an letter Az-Zumar verse 39. In the Al-Qur'an letter Al-Isra’ verse 36, character education which is very clearly taught to Muslims is to instill the value of love for Allah and the creatures around him, namely to teach Muslims to always fear Allah and keep their sight, hearing and carefully so as not to hurt the feelings of those around him. Then instill the value of responsibility and trustworthiness. Furthermore, in the Al-Qur'an letter Az-Zumar verse 39, character education that is very clearly taught to Muslims is an attitude of love for Allah by maintaining piety to Allah, then an attitude of responsibility realizing that those who are responsible for human beings are humans themselves , as well as the character value of wanting to work hard, namely by always trying to work with all the abilities possessed by the human himself and leaving the results to Allah SWT.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the attitude of religious moderation of the prophet Ibrahim in the Qur'an. There are 9 suras that are used as the focus of the study, namely: Al-Baqarah 124, An-Nisa 125, Al-An'am 74 - 79, Ibrahim 35 - 41, Maryam 41 - 50, Al-Anbiya '55 - 67, Asy-Syuara' 83 - 87, Ash-Shaffat 99 - 102 and Shad 45 - 48. 87 from various tafsir books that have appeared in Indonesia, namely the book Tafsir Al-Mishbah by Muhammad Quraish Shihab, Al-Azhar's tafsir by Buya Hamka, the tafsir of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the tafsir of Hidayatul Insan Bi Tafsiril Qur'an by Marwan Hadidi bin Musa. Furthermore, to find out the value of religious moderation contained in the verses that tell the story of the prophet Ibrahim, researcher used library research, with an effort to dig up data in depth from various Indonesian tafsir books thematically. The results of the study show that the values ​​of religious moderation in the story of the Prophet Ibrahim are: a high national commitment to love his homeland, the value of tolerance, the value of monotheistic dialogue, the value of love for the homeland, anti-violence, persuasive communication and open dialogue (deliberation).

Abstract

During the February 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, the regional government attempted to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), as a result, people began to experience difficulties in carrying out economic activities. Worship, transportation and others. This is also felt by the elderly mothers of Aisyiyah Rejang Lebong who have been actively studying tahsin tahfizh. The focus of this research is to look at increasing the competence of the elderly in studying the Koran using the Tahsin 'Asyarah method for the elderly mothers of Aisyiyah Rejang Lebong with the hope that they will be fluent in reading the Koran as a preparation for the eternal village. PAR is the method used in this research. The research subjects were community members who were members of the Aisyiyah Elderly recitation and they participated in the design, implementation and execution of the research. In PAR theory, there is a cycle that is used as a benchmark for the success of a research process based on community empowerment. Namely KUPAR (to Know, to Understand, to Plan, to Action and to Reflection. The research results show that this method is very suitable for the elderly so that they can easily learn tahsin and memorize the Al-Quran. This is proven that during the assisted program the mothers have memorized it several selected surahs, namely al-Mulk, al-Kahfi 1-10, Arrahman, al-Waqiah and al-Baqarah 1-40. This 'Asyarah method enables elderly Aisyiyah mothers to become good at reading according to the science of recitation in a relatively short time for 2 months.

Abstract

One of the courses in educational institutions in higher education, which is very related with the development of morals and behavior is Religious Education. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Public Higher Education (PTU) is a continuation of the teaching received by students starting from the Elementary Level, Junior and Senior High Schools. In the structure of the national higher education curriculum, Islamic religious education courses are compulsory subjects for all Muslim students in all public tertiary institutions, both public and private universities. The progress of an educational institution, one of which is determined by the teaching materials or curriculum applied, whether it is in accordance with the needs of stakeholders. Indonesia is a multicultural country, so the design of teaching materials or curriculum must be developed according to the demands of the times, times and circumstances. Therefore, the authors state that there are 4 reasons why this paper is important to study: First, the lack of knowledge of Islam among PTU students and public schools; second, the rise of brawls between students (students); third, lack of appreciation among students and students in the field of religion; and fourth, the decreased empathy and religiosity of students and students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sale and purchase of Monstera Adansonii plants in Indonesia according to Islamic law. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in Indonesian people buying and selling ordinary ornamental plants Monstera Adansonii at fantastic prices, even though these plants are not difficult to obtain, are not difficult to maintain, nor do they have extraordinary intrinsic value. The phenomenon of soaring crop prices is influenced by inflated prices by unscrupulous sellers and several parties they cooperate with and use good strategies so that the price of this plant soars (irrational). This study used a qualitative descriptive method, the data sources used were phenomena that occurred in the field and some news on the internet about the phenomenon of buying and selling Monstera Adansonii plants, the data analysis used deductive analysis. The result of this research is the sale and purchase of Monstera Adansonii plants which contain elements of fasid legal price engineering, even though they meet the principles and requirements of buying and selling in Islam, because there is an element of fraud by manipulating prices. This buying and selling includes buying and selling which is prohibited in Islamic law because it is included in the sale and purchase of najasy. From the maqashid syari’ah, buying and selling of monstera adansonii plants is included in the necessity of tahsiniyayyat, because this sale and purchase is not to meet primary or secondary needs and is in the ishraf category (excessive attitude in spending assets).

Abstract

The research carried out in the form of community service was carried out to strengthen the values of Islamic education in Ki Agus Arifin's Muslimah studies Tahsin program, to strengthen the values of Islamic education in Ki Agus Arifin's Muslimah studies Tahfidz program and to strengthen the values of Islamic education in studies. Muslimah Ki Agus Arifin Tadabbur program. Researchers use methods in the way PAR (Participatory Action Research) works. The results of this research note that the 3T strategy used by the Muslim women study team to strengthen the values of Islamic education for Rejang Lebong socialite mothers was tahsin, tahfidz and tadabbur Al-Quran. The tahsin practice carried out is to improve and improve the reading of the Al-Quran according to tajwid by jointly reading and discussing the rules of reading in surah al-kahf, so that when it is read the makhraj, mad and the characteristics of the letters will be improved. Meanwhile, tadabbur verse devotion is directed at strengthening Islamic education in its practice related to The main teachings of Islam are aqidah, muamalah and morals.
