Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work skills on employee performance, the effect of work skills on employee performance, as well as the effect of work skills and work abilities on employee performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was all employees at PDAM Luwu Regency with a total of 70 people. Sampling used Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling techniques. The number of samples used in this research was 70 people. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The work skills variable (X1) is stated to have no effect and is not significant on employee performance (Y). while the work ability variable (X2) is stated to have a significant and influential effect on employee performance (Y). In the Simultaneous Test, Work Skills and Work Ability have a joint (simultaneous) and significant effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Luwu Regency. Training is needed for the skills of each employee, as well as increasing the work ability of employees at PDAM Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the influence of income and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted on a group of 60 permanent employees from Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. A sample size of 52 individuals was chosen for this investigation. This study employed a questionnaire as a tool for gathering data. This study employed validity and reliability assessments to evaluate the correctness and consistency of the data, and utilized T and F tests to examine the hypothesis. This study demonstrates the absence of a correlation between employee remuneration and the performance of Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Nevertheless, this study demonstrates a correlation between remuneration and job motivation, which subsequently impacts the performance of employees at Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo. Both elements exert a substantial influence on the performance of employees within the firm

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and career development on employee performance at BFI Finance in Palopo City. The approach used is a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the research instrument. The population in this study was 80 employees, with a sample selection technique based on certain criteria of 50 employees. fulfil criteria . The collected data was analyzed using statistical tests. SPSS version 27 was used to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that job satisfaction and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding confirms that increased job satisfaction and the availability of good career development opportunities can be important factors in improving employee performance at BFI Finance, Palopo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian pengaruh pendekatan kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BSI Belopa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan melibatkan 32 karyawan sebagai partisipan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert, yang kemudian dianalisis melalui uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara kolektif, baik pendekatan kepemimpinan maupun disiplin kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen ini merupakan penyebab mayoritas perbedaan yang diamati dalam kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan kepemimpinan dan disiplin di tempat kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Disarankan agar para eksekutif bank meningkatkan teknik kepemimpinan kolaboratif dan memperkuat disiplin kerja untuk menumbuhkan suasana kerja yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam organisasi menuntut tidak hanya kesiapan teknologi, tetapi juga kesiapan perilaku organisasi serta kepemimpinan yang mampu mendukung perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 119 karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik probability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap adaptasi digital. Namun secara simultan, perilaku organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan terbuka terhadap inovasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi transformasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Hard skills and Soft skills on Employee Performance, as well as to provide a clear picture of the relationship between the two and their contribution to improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type, which was conducted at the company PT Perumda Tirta Mangkaluku Palopo City. The population in this study was 316 employees and the sample used was 76 respondents who were selected randomly. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that Hard skills and soft skills have a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The implication of this study is that companies need to improve the development of Hard skills and soft skills of employees in a balanced manner to improve employee performance. This study also contributes to the development of a human resource model that emphasizes the balance of Hard skill and soft skill competencies in forming a productive, adaptive, and competitive workforce.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menjadi strategi penting bagi instansi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Digitalisasi SDM tidak hanya mempercepat proses administrasi dan meningkatkan akurasi data, tetapi juga mendukung produktivitas kerja yang lebih adaptif. Di sisi lain, work–life balance menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga stabilitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi SDM dan work–life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 65 pegawai yang dipilih melalui teknik saturated sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan work–life balance tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas implementasi digitalisasi SDM merupakan determinan utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada sektor pemerintahan.
