Abstract

Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Wisma Asuhan Yatim Piatu Nurul Hudan Kartasura merupakan sebuah lembaga yang menampung anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa untuk di didik ilmu agama maupun dibekali pendidikan formal. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh save the children, diperoleh data dari anak asuhan yatim dan dhuafa dititipkan di panti asuhan dan sejenisnya adalah karena alasan kemiskinan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan orang tua tidak mampu menafkahi anak-anak tersebut dan sehingga mereka “menitipkan” anak-anak tersebut di rumah-rumah pengasuhan yatim piatu. Pembekalan terhadap santri agar mandiri finansial merupakan hal yang terpenting bagi para santri, dunia kerja perlu adanya peningkatan skill, sehingga santri harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan mampu mengembangkan ide- ide kreatif dalam untuk mengembangkan kweirausahaan di bidang Teknologi (Technopreneurship). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bekal santri Wisma Asuhan Nurul Huda Kartasura dalam wirausaha berbasis teknologi (Technopreneurship) untuk membekali kemandirian pada anak asuh agar kelak dapat memiliki kemandirian finansial saat terjun ke masyarakat dan agar dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup bagi anak asuh yang dengan latar belakang yatim piatu dan dhuafa. Kegiatan pada pengabdian ini adalah Pengembangan ketrampilan di bidang technopreneurship melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi, yaitu meliputi kegiatan workshop strategi technopreneurship, pelatihan desain grafis denan corel draw dan canva serta editing video dengan aplikasi cap cut. Setelah kegiatan ini diakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan skill santri Wisma Asuhan Nurul Hudan Kartasura di bidang usaha berbasis teknologi. Evaluasi dilaukan dengan mengedarkan kuisioner di kalangan santri dan melakukan wawancara terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan dan dampak pelatohan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa santri menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terkait technopreneurship dan ketrampilan peserta dalam pelatihan dengan presentase 95 %. Selain itu evaluasi juga dilakukan terhadap pengembangan teknologi informasi pada Wisma Asuhan Nurul Hudan Kartasura. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melakukan diskusi dengan pengelola dan disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan teknologi dapat membantu proses komunikasi dan pengenalan kegiatan dan produk santri di masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Film wedok berlatar belakang pada masa sebelum tahun 2004, berlatar tempat di Jawa. Film ini memberikan gambaran tentang keterbatasan pendidikan bagi kaum wanita di Jawa. Wedok menceritakan tentang keterbungkaman dan kesenjangan pendidikan pada kaum perempuan yang menjadi ikon menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan konsep semiotika berdasarkan data yang ada. Bahasan menggunakan analisis pendekatan semiotika ala Roland Barthes dalam mendiskripsikan tanda yang meliputi ikon, gesture, dan symbol pada film Wedok sehingga menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian berupa pemaknaan dari ikon – ikon emansipasi wanita yang terdapat pada film Wedok.

Abstract

This study examines communication strategies used in tuberculosis control and increasing treatment compliance in Wonogiri Regency, by highlighting the implementation of community-based health services such as free sputum examination, TB treatment, integrated health post services, patient assistance, and cultural approaches. The communication strategies implemented include door-to-door visits, group communication in integrated health post forums, and local culture-based counseling involving community leaders as trusted communicators. Communication techniques are used to build trust and increase patient involvement in the treatment process. Verzosa's Strategic Communication for Development theory, which emphasizes the importance of systematic communication planning based on community needs. Using a qualitative case study method, data were obtained interviews with purposive sampling and participatory observation, then analyzed using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and drawing/verifying conclusions. Researchers used source triangulation by comparing information from various informants. The results of the study showed that the success elimination program was highly dependent on the active involvement of health cadres, interpersonal communication, and cultural sensitivity in delivering health messages. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of continued cross-level communication and periodic evaluation. Although this program was successful in Wonogiri, its implementation in other areas needs to be adjusted to local demographic and socio-cultural conditions, so further research is needed that covers a wider area for comparative evaluation and formulation of more adaptive health communication strategies.

Abstract

Friendship can be defined as a relationship with deeper emotional closenes by establishing a connection through greater openness and strengthened togetherness. The relationship of friendship is a close bond that is often used as a theme in various forms, such as films, novels, and television series. The form of friendship can be observed through a Japanese television series, the anime Bocchi The Rock!. The purpose of this study on friendship is to understand how friendship is represented in the anime Bocchi The Rock!. The qualitative method was used as the approach in this study. This research also used Roland Barthes semiotic analysis by examming denotation, connotation, and myth meanings as reflected through visualizations of atmosphere, expressions, and dialogues. By using this analysis, it was shown that the friendship represented in Bocchi The Rock! revealed three important aspects of friendship. These three important aspects of friendship. These three aspects were: understanding personality differences through friendship relationships, fulfilling affectional needs through friendship relationships, fulfilling affectional needs through friendship bonds, and enhancing the quality of friendship by providing emotional support.

Abstract

The assumption in this research is how Generation Z, as digital natives, has become a generation that is familiar and easily accesses media such as online lending applications. Several studies have shown the pros and cons within the online lending culture. Furthermore, data from the OJK indicating that Gen Z is the largest contributor to bad credit highlights the urgency of conducting this research. In the process of digital media literacy, there are gaps between parents and Gen Z, known as the digital divide phenomenon. Within these conditions, online lending innovation emerges as problematic issue, particularly in a family context. The focus of this research is the tendency of interpersonal communication between parents and children regarding Interpersonal Power and which type of power is most suitable for educating children about online lending in lower-middle-class families. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the Interpersonal Power theory initiated by John R. P. French and Bertram Raven, adapted by Joseph A. Devito, to explain the online lending education processes conducted by parents for Gen Z. The results of this study indicate that not all types of power possessed by parents can be applied in lower-middle-class family conditions. Reward power, coercive power, and expert power are irrelevant to be applied in these families, whereas referent power and legitimate power proved to be the dominant powers used within the lower-middle-class family scope. These two powers produce a social approach that aligns with the socio-economic reality of lower-middle-class families, with referent power used to build awareness and legitimate power used for supervision.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Muhammad Al-Fatih dengan di Kartasuro Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan ponpes yang mengkombinasikan pendidikan formal, pendidikan agama dan kewirausahaan. Selain itu Ponpes Muhammad Al-Fatih Sukoharjo merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pembelajaran keagamaan, tetapi juga berupaya mengembangkan kemandirian ekonomi melalui berbagai produk hasil karya santri dan unit usaha pesantren. Karena banyak santri berasal dari kalangan yatim piatu dan dhuafa, pesantren berkomitmen membekali mereka dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan berbagai keahlian untuk siap terjun ke masyarakat. Salah satu tindakan nyata yang dilakukan adalah memasukkan kewirausahaan kedalam kurikulum pondok. Kegiatan kewirausahaan tidak hanya berupa teori di kelas namun diwujudkan langsung dalam pembuatan usaha santri. Produk yang dihasilkan mencakup makanan olahan seperti minuman susu kedelai, susu kedelai bubuk, produk herbal seperti jamu herbal, sabun herbal serta produk minyak wangi. Tetapi Produk hasil pondok pesatren masih dipasarkan secara manual door to door dan belum ada mereknya. Oleh karena itu, kami dari Tim pengabdian mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan mengembangkan digital marketing melalui pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi solusi strategis bagi pesantren untuk meningkatkan branding, memperluas pasar, dan meningkatkan omzet. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membekali santri dan pengelola pesantren dengan keterampilan digital agar produk mereka lebih dikenal dan kompetitif. Kegiatan pada pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan santri tentang konsep branding produk, pelatihan pembuatan desain produk dan video pemasaran, serta pelatihan pengelolaan website kepada pengurus pondok pesatren muhammad al fatih. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, kemudian dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan skil santri ponpes Muhammad Al Fatih di bidang branding dan desan produk. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuisioaner sebelum pelatihan dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil dari quisoner didapatkan ketrampilan peserta pelatihan meningkat dengan hasil presentasi 90%. selain itu evaluasi juga dilakukan terhadap pengembangan teknologi informasi pada Ponpes Muhammad Al Fatih. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melakukan diskusi dengan pengelola dan disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan teknologi dapat membantu proses komunikasi dan pengenalann kegiatan dan pengenalan produk santri di ponpes Muhammad Al Fatih Sukoharjo

Abstract

Edukasi Kesehatan menjadi salah satu topik dalam sustainable development goals (SDGs) atau tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Untuk mencapai tujuan itu, diperlukan bentuk-bentuk komunikasi yang efektif dalam proses edukasinya. Strategi yang efektif ini memiliki fungsi penting untuk membuat pesan yang menarik dan mudah dipahami, terutama generasi muda. Generasi muda saat ini didominasi oleh gen z dan alpha yang notabene sebagai digital native. Dengan kata lain, mereka mampu beradaptasi dan memanfaatkan perkembangan media baru dengan cepat. Mitra dari pengabdian ini adalah SMP N 4 Boyolali yang diikuti oleh 34 siswa. Tim pengabdian berkolaborasi dengan penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (KB) kabupaten Boyolali untuk pembekalan dalam materi stunting. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan generasi muda untuk dapat membuat konten kreatif, khususnya edukasi stunting. Berdasarkan hasil konten yang diproduksi oleh para siswa menunjukkan bahwa baik secara substantif dan teknis mereka berhasil membuat konten dengan gaya yang kreatif dan informatif. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan kedepannya siswa dapat menjadi lebih produktif dalam membuat konten kreatif yang menarik dan informatif dalam mengedukasi masyarakat, terutama dalam isu-isu kesehatan seperti stunting.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious public health problem because it impacts child growth and development and the quality of future human resources. Efforts to accelerate stunting reduction require effective communication strategies involving various parties. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy implemented by the Wonogiri Regency PPKBP3A Office in reducing stunting rates. The method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the communication strategy was implemented through a collaborative approach involving interpersonal communication, educational media, and active community and cross-sector participation. This strategy reflects the integration of three community organizing models outlined by Rothman and Tropman: locality development, social planning, and social action. These models were realized through programs such as Foster Parents Overcoming Stunting (BAAS), Healthy Kitchen Overcoming Stunting (Dashat), and parent-to-toddler classes. The success of these programs was supported by local social structures, a culture of mutual cooperation, and the commitment of the local government. Meanwhile, this study also finds several obstacles of the implementation, such as sectoral egos, budget constraints, and a lack of human resource capacity. Overall, the findings suggest that a collaborative and community-base communication strategy serves as a constructive approach in reducing stunting rates and increasing public awareness of the importance of nutrition, health, and parenting.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing interaction between fans and K-Pop artists on digital platforms, especially Weverse, which is designed as an exclusive media by HYBE Corporation. The purpose of the study is to analyze SEVENTEEN fans' participation in Weverse and identify the factors that influence it. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with McLuhan's Law of Media theory and ecological media as the analytical framework, data were collected through in-depth interviews with four active paying and non-paying fans who have interacted on Weverse for at least the past six months. The interview technique was conducted directly and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that fan participation is influenced by artist activity, access to exclusive content, and fandom community dynamics. Non-paying fans tend to be more active in public interactions than paying users. This study contributes to the study of digital media and participatory culture by highlighting how access structures in digital platforms affect fan interaction patterns. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of the analysis on the differentiation of participation based on collection status, which has not been widely explored in the context of community-based platforms such as Weverse. Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Taraman in Sragen Regency has faced challenges regarding a decline in new student enrollment due to suboptimal digital promotion strategies. Despite utilizing social media platforms, the lack of strategic management has failed to effectively attract prospective parents. This community service program aims to enhance the school's visibility through the development of a modern and interactive school information system. The implementation method employed three primary strategies: lectures, discussions, and practical simulations. The implemented solutions included the development of a school profile website integrated with AI Chatbot technology for 24/7 information services and an analytics dashboard to monitor publication effectiveness. Beyond technical aspects, the program focused on human resource capacity building through training in content management, digital branding, and technical assistance for teachers and staff. The results indicate a significant impact on the partners' digital literacy. Based on post-test data, all participants (19 individuals) expressed a clear understanding and agreement regarding the utilization of information systems and social media as effective promotional tools. The implementation of this technology is expected to expand MIM Taraman's promotional reach and increase student enrollment in the upcoming academic year.
