Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi komunikasi BKKBN Baubau dalam melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan pencegahan stunting dan hambatan yang dialami BKKBN Baubau dalam kegiatan penyuluhan pencegahan stunting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan di BKKBN Kota Baubau,Kecamatan Murhum, Kelurahan Lamangga, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2024. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa, BKKBN Kota BaubauĀ  menerapkan strategi komunikasi yang komprehensif untuk memberikan penyuluhan pencegahan stunting kepada masyarakat. Yang dimana dalam strateginya dibentuk TPPS (Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting) yang dimana semua OPD turut serta dalam bekerjasama di TPPS tersebut. Program TPPS itu sendiri yaitu program Bapak Asuh. Untuk tingkat yang lebih bawah atau tingkat kelurahan, BKKBN Kota Baubau di amanahkan mengelolah TPK (Tim pendamping keluarga ) dengan kegiatan KIE (Komunikasi Informasi dan Edukasi) yang terdiri dari bidang DALDUK (pengendalian penduduk dan penyuluhan), bidang KS (keluarga sejahtera), PKB (Penyuluh keluarga Berencana) dan juga mitra koordinasi yaitu para penyuluh KB serta turut bekerjasama dengan bidan dan juga PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahtraan Keluarga. Wartawan yang membantu mempromosikan, media lokal yang digunakan seperti mengirim flyer dan juga baliho di beberapa tempat. BKKBN juga menginovasikan aplikasi elektronik siap nikah dan hamil (Elsimil) dengan tujuan utama untuk menekan angka stunting.

Abstract

With the development of technology and information development that is very dynamic, the role of information technology applications as a means for the community without knowing the limits of time and place. so that it can meet the basic health needs of a decent society BPJS Health also utilizes technology to facilitate services and expand the scope of its membership. As of 2023 Mobile JKN has a total of 21,753,548 mobile users. Based on this description, the researcher tries to conduct a study to find out the extent of the community's view at the Wajo puskesmas on the JKN Mobile application service. This makes health services better known to the community Based on data from the e-puskesmas BPJS Health application specifically for PKM, the community's response at the wajo puskesmas to application services in mobile JKN is very easy when doing health services and administrative services.

Abstract

The Communication Science Dictionary application was created to meet the independent learning needs of students studying the field of Communication Science. During the creation stage, the application was tested on a limited basis on students taking Communication Science courses in the Visual Communication Design study program, Makassar State University. The trial phase was continued by measuring the level of student satisfaction using the EUCS method (End User Computing Satisfaction), the results show that in terms of content, accuracy, form, ease of use, and timeliness, the application meets user satisfaction. The results of the trial and measuring the level of satisfaction became the basis for carrying out this socialization activity targeting Communication Science study program students at three other universities spread across three different provinces, namely at Muhammadiyah University of Papua, Muhammadiyah University of Buton, and Mbojo Bima University. Previously, the Communication Science Dictionary application had never been socialized and no similar application had ever been used at the three universities. The participatory method is the method applied in this service activity, where Communication Science study program students at the three universities are actively involved in using the application through smartphone each of them during the socialization activities. The result of this service is that students have independent learning media to understand various terms in the field of Communication Science.

Abstract

Generation Z as active users of digital technology, tends to be disconnected from local cultural values, so an approach that combines culture and technology is needed to create a higher cultural awareness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of cultural tourism activities on intercultural understanding and communication among Generation Z in Baubau. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and surveys of cultural tourism program participants. The data obtained were analyzed to assess changes in cultural understanding, active participa tion, and intercultural interaction through digital media. The results show that this cultural tourism program successfully increased Generation Z's interest in local cultural heritage and strengthened intercultural communication through digital platforms. Participants demonstrated an increased understanding of cultural diversity and were able to use social media to share cultural experiences, which in turn created more inclusive interactions and opened up space for more constructive intercultural dialogue. This research contributes to the development of a cultural tourism model that is relevant for Generation Z in the digital era.
