Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so that from this population there were a sample of 79 respondents, the data collection method used was observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Based on multiple linear analysis, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province obtained Y = 8.357 + 0.359 X1 + 0.198 X2 + e. the results of the t-test conducted found that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province, the variable organizational commitment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. The results of the F test prove that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This can be proven by Fcount > Ftable or 19.766 > 3.12 and a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 while the results of the coefficient of determination were 32.9%, while the remaining 67.1% was explained by other variables not examined in this study such as ability and motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Solok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Solok yang berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda Y = 1,336 + 0,180 df = n-k = 37-3 = 34 (1,690). Jadi nilai thitung (2,176) > ttabel (1,690). Variabel efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Solok dengan nilai thitung>ttabel dengan df = n-k = 37-3 = 34 (1,690). Jadi nilai thitung (3,322) > ttabel (1,690). Hasil uji F variabel kompetensi dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Solok dengan nilai Fhitung (9,471) > Ftabel (3,28) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001<0,05 . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefisien determinasi terdapat pada Adjusted R Square dengan nilai sebesar 0,320, hal ini berarti variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi dan efikasi diri mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja yaitu sebesar 32%, sisanya sebesar 68% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti motivasi, penghargaan, pengalaman kerja, umur dan lain sebagainya.Keywords: Kompetensi, Efikasi diri dan Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang melibatkan 82 responden dari BPS Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner yaitu dengan mengedarkan daftar pernyataan yang ditujukan kepada pegawai untuk memperoleh data yang lebih baik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) yang dioperasikan melalui program SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasi tidak mampu memediasi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The international Community Partnership Program (PKM) is an effort to enhance globally competitive campus entrepreneurship. The purpose of this community service program is to discuss the international PKM model based on cooperative collaboration in the ASEAN region, with a focus on the exchange of best practices, cooperative digitalization, and the development of student entrepreneurship-based business units. Activities were carried out through literature studies, field observations at partner cooperatives in Malaysia (ANGKASA), and capacity building workshops for university cooperative managers. The results indicate that cross-border collaboration can strengthen cooperative business networks, encourage the emergence of adaptive campus entrepreneurship models, and expand market access for student products. This article offers a framework for the international PKM model that can be replicated at other universities in Indonesia to accelerate the internationalization of campus cooperatives. This approach not only improves student business literacy but also expands business networks and innovation across countries. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach on collaboration between student cooperatives in Indonesia and Malaysia. The results indicate that cross-border collaboration in the form of joint entrepreneurship training, business incubation, and the transfer of digital cooperative practices has a significant impact on increasing student entrepreneurial interest and capacity. This model is recommended as a leading PKM program integrated with the Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) policy and the ASEAN economic integration agenda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life and organizational culture on the performance of educational staff, with commitment as a mediating variable in the Regional Education Office of Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. The main problem addressed is low employee performance, potentially influenced by work life quality, organizational culture, and commitment levels. A quantitative causal approach was employed, using primary data from 78 respondents via questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance, both directly and indirectly through commitment as a mediator. However, quality of work life has a positive but non-significant direct effect on performance, and commitment does not significantly mediate this relationship. Thus, commitment only mediates the link between organizational culture and performance. These findings suggest that strengthening organizational culture is more effective in enhancing performance through increased employee commitment.
