Abstract

Human resources in a company organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. Human resources are a determining factor for success in achieving a goal. Therefore, a way to improve employee performance is needed, namely by evaluating employee performance. CV. Karya Indah Motor is required to continue to strive to provide the best service to ensure quality, reliability, efficiency and satisfaction to users. To do all of that, the company must have a mechanic whose job is to serve customers who come to perform regular service. Currently there is an assessment process or selection of the best mechanic, but it tends to be subjective based on proximity to his superiors so that it will cause jealousy and eventually mechanics are less motivated to work. Therefore, an appropriate method is needed to calculate the weighting of the criteria used to produce a decision to determine the best mechanic. Analytical Hierarchy Process method can assist in determining the priority of several criteria by conducting a pairwise comparison analysis of each criterion. The criteria determined include discipline, attendance, SOP standards, loyalty, and responsibility. With a decision support system that provides information, modeling and data manipulation that is used to help decision makers in semi-structured situations.

Abstract

Human resources in a company organization are very important to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving its goals. One of the keys to the success of an organization is employees, who have an important role in an organization, therefore human resource management in an organization is carried out properly in order to be able to achieve the shared goals of the organization. The administrative process for employee data that is currently running at Madrasah Istiqlal Jakarta is still being done manually, one of which is applying for employee leave. This manual system has many shortcomings, namely the use of a long time, incomplete reports required, and more prone to errors. The process of collecting personnel data manually will cause the available data to be incomplete or missing and take a long time. Therefore, a personnel information system is needed to overcome these problems. A good Personnel System will produce precise and accurate data so that it greatly influences the course of decision making. The waterfall method has a high speed of adaptation, can be made quickly and also because the waterfall method is suitable for software products whose needs are clear at the beginning, so there are minimal errors. The result of this research is a personnel information system that can assist employees in receiving information with an integrated database

Abstract

SD Nature Islam is one of the educational institutions located in the Tangerang Banten area. Its activities are certainly inseparable from the activities of the teaching and learning process. The results of these teaching and learning activities are in the form of grades that are reported in a student learning progress report book or report card every semester. Nature Islam Elementary School uses the 2013 curriculum which is of course based on the Basic Competencies formulated in the curriculum. Thus, it requires teachers and staff to develop perfect assessment techniques. The use of computers is very useful and helps work become better, faster, and more efficient. The use of computers in particular will be very beneficial. in processing report cards at SD Nature Islam. However, in terms of processing report cards, they still use pen counts and calculators. This will take time and teacher labor in the process. For that we need a system that can play an important role to help the field in question run well. Good value data processing will produce report cards as a good evaluation result. To get results from processing good grades data, one of them is by utilizing existing and currently developing technology or in other words making a computerized student value data processing system using one of the methods to develop information systems, namely the waterfall method, in the form of applications web based.

Abstract

One of the business actors, in this case, is that the company is required to consider reducing the risks faced. One of them is PT. Indopratama Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in consulting and insurance claims. In the billing process, it is no longer possible to use the help of the Ms. application. Excel for the data, as well as customer billing that is paid more than once, either to direct insurance or to the company. The information generated requires a long time. This can have an impact especially on the billing department, which can result in a waste of time and costs and other errors due to the payment process that uses two vendors. Method of Rapid Application Development (RAD) The author chose because this method has the advantage of being able to obtain the right system because the system is divided into several versions and the most important functions to be tested. The results obtained are information systems that can overcome problems that have been faced by companies related to insurance billing to customers.

Abstract

The challenges in the industrial world faced by companies are increasingly competitive, both service companies, trade and manufacturing. In terms of operational management, one of them, companies must improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations through modern operational methods and models such as production planning, production management and improvement, and so on. PT. Surya Pelangi Nusantara Sejahtera is engaged in manufacturing plastic products with the brand name GreenLeaf. Warehouse or storage area of goods has undergone a full warehouse and resulted in the boxes as containers of goods so that the goods can be easily damaged and the quality of goods that cannot be maintained thus causing a large influence on the financial sector. That was caused by the result of production entering the warehouse was not balanced with the expenditure of goods, causing a full warehouse. to resolve the decision carried out using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Optimization of the number of goods procurement is done by using three variables, namely sales, inventory and procurement. the result is that the Mamdani fuzzy method is accurate enough to determine the optimization of the amount of goods produced.

Abstract

Education is an effort to develop and develop the potentials possessed by humans because human existence cannot be separated from the environment. One of the institutions to develop human potential is school. school is a center of learning and as a process of socializing and cultivating abilities, values, attitudes, character, and behavior can only occur with conditions of infrastructure, education personnel, curriculum system, and the community environment. SMK Cengkareng 1 is a private educational institution located in West Jakarta. The process of admitting new students at SMK Cengkareng 1 is still done conventionally, where prospective students come to school to register. The new student admission system that occurs at SMK Cengkareng 1 is still inefficient. Because the forms that have been filled in by prospective students must be rewritten into Microsoft Excel, as well as documents that make it difficult for the committee to search for data. One of the efforts to improve the New Student Admissions process and improve services to prospective students, we need a system that can carry out the New Student Admissions process that is not limited by place. One technology that can solve this problem is by utilizing website technology. The Waterfall method is a software development method that allows system building to be carried out in a structured and systematic manner (sequentially) according to the existing development cycle. With this system, it is hoped that it can help prospective students and the committee in the process of admitting new students.

Abstract

Rumah merupakan salah satu bangunan yang dijadikan hunian atau tempat tinggal bagi manusia. Rumah juga memiliki nilai emosional dan sosial, karena menjadi tempat di mana banyak momen penting dalam kehidupan terjadi. Kebutuhan rumah yang harus ada meliputi beberapa aspek penting untuk memastikan kenyamanan, keamanan, dan fungsionalitas bagi penghuninya. aspek Keamanan rumah yang melindungi penghuni dari ancaman fisik seperti pencurian, perampokan, atau serangan dan Sistem keamanan yang baik. Sisi keamanan rumahpun juga wajib diperhatikan, karena akhir-akhir ini banyak kejahatan di rumah dengan modus pencurian barang dengan cara pencongkelan terhadap pintu rumah atau lainnya. Untuk mengatasi hal ini terkadang penghuni rumah memasang kamera CCTV dan memodifikasi anak kunci supaya tidak dapat di buat duplikatnya. Akan tetapi cara ini membutuhkan biaya yang tinggi dan dirasa masih kurang efektif. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan penelitian untuk membuat rancangan smarthome menggunakan mikrokontroler sebagai pengendali rumah seperti Pintu Rumah, Garasi Serta Lampu untuk membantu permasalahan masyarakat yang memiliki hunian supaya masyarakat yang memiliki hunian merasa lebih aman dan praktis dalam mengontrol dan terhindar dari kejahatan yang tidak diinginkan. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa alat smart home pengendali pintu rumah dan garasi serta lampu berbasis mikrokontroler atmega16 menggunakan bluetooth bekerja dengan baik. Diharapkan alat ini dapat menjawab masalah sistem keamanan di rumah atau setidaknya menjadi salah satu solusi atau pilihan lain dalam sistem keamanan tersebut.

Abstract

Kucing merupakan salah satu hewan peliharaan yang digemari masyarakat saat ini. Namun untuk menjaga kucing peliharaan agar memiliki kesehatan yang baik, pemelihara kucing harus lebih memperhatikan makanan dan perawatan kucing jika tidak kucing akan mudah terserang penyakit. Penyakit kulit adalah jenis penyakit yang sering menginfeksi hewan peliharaan khususnya kucing. Pemilik kucing terkadang baru menyadari saat kucing peliharaannya mengalami perubahan yang signifikan seperti kerontokan sampai kebotakan, kulit kemerahan bahkan terdapat luka, berbau dan lain sebagainya. Namun, banyak pemilik kucing tidak mencari perawatan hewan untuk kucing peliharaan mereka, pemilik kucing bahkan tidak punya waktu untuk membawa hewan peliharaan bertemu dokter hewan mereka karena jadwal yang padat. Selain itu, biaya kunjungan hewan terlalu mahal yang beban bagi pemilik yang memiliki gaji kecil. Biasanya klinik hewan hanya ada di kota besar, hal ini membuat pemilik kucing yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan sulit untuk membawa hewan peliharaan mereka untuk perawatan hewan. Salah satu alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan sistem pakar yang secara otomatis dan cepat bisa melakukan pendiagnosaan dan pemberi informasi cara penanggulangan penyakit kulit pada kucing dengan menggunakan metode inferensi Forward Chaining berbasis web. Hasil pengujian sistem pakar ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengdiagnosa penyakit kulit pada kucing.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an memiliki peran yang sangat sentral dalam kehidupan manusia. Membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu amalan utama dalam Islam. Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an adalah salah satu hal yang wajib dididik oleh lembaga pendidikan kepada anak didik beragama Islam. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan yang mengarahkan pada kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an haruslah dilaksanakan dengan baik, tersistematis dan terencana. Mengingat betapa pentingnya Al-Qur’an bagi manusia, maka sangat diperlukan pendidikan Al-Qur’an bagi anak-anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an Nurul Islam adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Lembaga ini berfokus pada pembinaan generasi muda melalui program tahfidz Al-Qur’an, dengan tujuan mencetak hafidz dan hafidzah yang tidak hanya menguasai hafalan Al-Qur’an tetapi juga memahami ilmu-ilmu keislaman secara menyeluruh. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi, baik secara internal seperti sulitnya menjaga konsistensi dan motivasi seperti menurunnya semangat untuk menghafal Al Qur'an, Proses menjaga hafalan seringkali lebih berat dari pada menghafal baru dan beban hafalan yang berat kadang membuat santri mengalami kelelahan mental. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, mendorong upaya-upaya pembaharuan dalam pemanfaatan hasil-hasil teknologi. Aplikasi Qara’a dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam membaca, memahami, dan memperbaiki bacaan Al-Qur’an secara interaktif. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna dapat sekaligus melakukan tahsin dengan cara merekam bacaan Al-Qur'annya untuk kemudian diperiksa kebenaran bacaannya oleh kecerdasan buatan yang ada pada aplikasi tersebut. Hal ini akan membantu para santri untuk melakukan tahsin sebelum melakukan tahsin langsung ke ustad dan akan membantu pihak pesantren ditengah keterbatasan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an Nurul Islam Bekasi.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) is a combination of technology business between business people and customers who conduct electronic transactions online. Currently, many people shop online or it can be called e-commerce in Indonesia, such as Shopee. The quality of e-commerce sites can affect the number of customers to make transactions, knowing that the height and quality of the website is determined by Webqual 4.0. The instruments used are validity test and reliability test, partial hypothesis test (T test), simultaneous test (F test) and coefficient of determination test ( . This study aims to obtain value from users and to determine the factors that affect the quality of the Shopee website. To support research, researchers conduct interviews and questionnaires as a method of collecting information. The population in this research are customers/clients who have used the Shopee web as a medium for purchasing goods at CV. Primero Laser Indonesia. 50 respondents have been collected as an illustration in this case it takes 2 (two) weeks of collection. The results of this study have a good and significant effect on the Information Quality variable ( on user satisfaction at CV. Primero Laser Indonesia customers (Y), but there is no good/positive and significant effect between the Usability Quality variable ( and Service Interaction Quality ( to customer satisfaction CV. Primero Laser Indonesia (Y).
