Abstract

Dharmais Cancer Hospital as a health service facility that is experienced in its field, of course, has human resources which are important, so to support employee performance in terms of employee rights such as employee leave, media is needed that really supports employee needs. Through the employee support system, namely the Employee Information System (SIMPEG) application, several problems were found in terms of appearance and the proposal process as well as the leave recapitulation process which did not exist in the previous SIMPEG application. From the problems found in the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), a User Centered Design (UCD) method is offered which places the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) users as the main consideration for building a new system. In the design process there are three steps that are carried out starting from the initial stage, the development stage and the final stage, where at the initial stage testing is carried out using a questionnaire, the average result is 53 which means OK but still low or not good, after the development of the system is carried out and the distribution of questionnaires was carried out again, the results were 71, which means Good. With the design of a Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, it produces a new User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), which consists of a forgot password menu feature, leave recap and display easier to use for employees.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the development of technological sophistication is growing rapidly which is an aspect that can be utilized to achieve convenience, especially in the flow of information. This technological sophistication by all accounts is increasingly spreading with the use of computers which are currently very popular in various areas of life. For example in the fields of education, entertainment, health, especially in the business sector. Top Store is a store that is engaged in selling clothes, however, of the various types of clothes that are sold, of course, not all of them are selling very well, and some are not selling well. Sales data, purchase of goods and unexpected expenses at Top Shop is not structured, so the data are only serves as an archive for the store and not be utilized for the development strategy of marketing. Therefore, it is necessary to apply Clustering of Clothing Sales Data in Top Stores with the K- Means Method . The K-means method can be applied to Top Stores to determine which clothes are selling very well, selling well and not selling well. The application of the K-Means method in Top Stores, namely by grouping clothing stock data. Then choose 3 clusters randomly as the initial centroid. After the data in each cluster does not change, it can be seen that the final result is that there are 21 best-selling articles, 17 articles that are selling well and 12 articles that are not selling well. Then applying the K-means method to Rapidminer is done by entering product stock data, namely initial stock, sold stock and final stock which will become a database on Ms. Excel, the data is then connected to the Rapidminer Tools , and will be processed and formed K-means.

Abstract

Natural disasters trigger people, especially Twitter users to provide information or opinions in the form of tweets. The Tweet can be an expression of sadness, concern, or complaint. Processing of data from these tweets will create trends that can be used for information needs such as education, economics, and others. Natural disasters are events that threaten human life caused by nature, including in the form of earthquakes. The method used is the Support Vector Machine and Naive Bayes from the tweet. The data collected is filtered from tweets by deleting duplicate data. In calculating the Natural Disaster sentiment analysis using a comparison of the Support Vector Machine and the Naive Bayes algorithm, the difference in accuracy is 3.07% where the results of the Support Vector Machine are greater than Naive Bayes. The purpose of this research is to analyze sentiment for the distribution of disaster aid that does not flow information due to information & coordination in the field. so as to provide information on the location of natural disasters, natural disaster management, and its presentation to victims that can be shared evenly in an efficient time due to information and natural management so that the distribution of aid is hampered

Abstract

The process of an employee contract extension at BNNP Lampung was previously carried out when the contract employee had completed his work contract for one year and during the work process. This results in good work progress and is still needed by the Lampung BNNP, so a report will be made on which employees will be extended their work contract after which the report is given to the Head of the Lampung BNNP to approve the employee contract extension decision letter, for that an appropriate decision support system is needed and efficient so that it can assist in making decisions on employee contract extensions. This decision support system is made based on performance appraisal by predetermined criteria, namely attitude, workability, attendance, a period of employment, and age, if all these criteria are met, the work contract will be extended. This decision support system is created using the Vikor method to obtain the best ranking results taken from alternatives on each criterion that is close to the ideal solution. To produce the best solution in the decision support system for employee contract extension based on the performance appraisal at BNN Lampung Province. The calculation of the Vikor method in this study produces the smallest Q value as the first rank with a value of 0.025 in alternative 6 and the largest Q value as the last rank with a value of 0.8333 in alternative 8.

Abstract

This study modified layered double hydroxide (LDH) with organic compounds in hydrochar made from rambutan peels (prepared by hydrothermal method) and polyoxometalate compounds (tipe Keggin K4[ -SiW12O40].nH2O compound and prepared by sol-gel method). The synthesis of modified material was conducted through the coprecipitation method. The material was then applied as an adsorbent for Fe²⁺ ions. The material's properties were analyzed using XRD (X-ray diffraction), FT-IR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy), and BET surface area analysis. The physicochemical characteristics of the modified material, a combination of the pure LDH and hydrochar/polyoxometalate compounds, will influence the adsorption results of Fe²⁺ metal ions. Furthermore, its application as an adsorbent was analyzed through kinetic and isotherm parameters, which were found to follow the pseudo-first-order (PFO) and Freundlich models. The adsorption capacities for NiAl-LDH, NiAl-LDH/Hc (modified with Hc), and NiAl-LDH/POM (modified with POM) materials were 32.789 mg/g, 47.393 mg/g, and 90.091 mg/g, respectively. It can be concluded that the adsorption process occurs via physisorption, forming multilayer adsorbates at the adsorbents active sites. Abstract

Research on hydrogen production from aluminum waste using the aluminum-water method using potassium as an activator has been successfully carried out. This research aims to determine the performance of the potassium activator in hydrogen production with variable water volume and potassium percentage. Hydrogen gas production is carried out using 60 mesh aluminum waste. Optimum conditions were achieved when a mass of 1 gram of aluminum was reacted with an additional volume of water of 1.5 mL, and 7% w/w of the activator mass, with the production of hydrogen gas of 553 mL at a production rate of 69 mL/minute.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize the NiAl-LDH/K4[α-SiW12O40] composite using the coprecipitation method and evaluate its ability to adsorb Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions. The material characterization showed a significant increase in the specific surface area of the composite compared to pure NiAl-LDH, contributing to an enhanced Cr(VI) adsorption capacity. XRD and FT-IR results confirmed the successful synthesis and integration of K4[????-SiW12O40] into the NiAl-LDH structure. At the same time, BET analysis indicated that the specific surface area of the composite doubled compared to pure NiAl-LDH. The adsorption kinetics data indicated that the adsorption process followed the Pseudo-Second-Order (PSO) model with an R2 value close to 1, suggesting the dominance of chemisorption in the Cr(VI) adsorption mechanism. Isotherm analysis showed that the Freundlich model was more suitable than the Langmuir model, indicating that adsorption occurred on a heterogeneous surface with multilayer formation. The Cr(VI) adsorption capacity of the NiAl-LDH/K4[α-SiW12O40] composite reached 17.123 mg/g, higher than that of pure NiAl-LDH at 188.68 mg/g. The Cr(VI) adsorption process involved chemical interactions between Cr(VI) and functional groups on the adsorbent surface, complex formation, and precipitation.

Abstract

The intercalation of of Ca/Al layered double hydroxide (LDH) has been successfully conducted into using several intercalants with different size compounds after termal treatment process to reconstruct structure of Ca/Al LDH. Ca/Al LDH was synthesized by co-precipitation at pH 11 then calcination at various temperatures following with intercalation using water, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and Keggin type of polyoxometalate K4[α-SiW12O40]. Characterization of Ca/Al LDH was carried out by XRD and FTIR analyses. XRD analysis showed that unique diffraction peak of Ca/Al LDH at 10o with interlayer space 4.67 Å. Gradual thermal treatment of Ca/Al LDH was achieved until loss unique diffraction peak at temperature 700 oC to form shrinking layer. Intercalation of water, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, and polyoxometalate to shrink layer of Ca/Al LDH can create formation of well crystalline LDH to reconstruct layer structure with formation of unique diffraction at 10◦. The interlayer distance of Ca/Al LDH was increased after intercalation process. Thus reconstruction structure of LDH was successfully conducted with flexibility of layer.

Abstract

PT. Hitachi Channel Solutions Indonesia is a company engaged in the ATM sector since 2016 until now. The company has a website, namely web smash that this application is used for ticket making. The call center team or dispatcher will make when there is a report of a problem in the ATM machine by the client, the reporting is done by phone/email to the call center team. From the results of the report, it is summarized and made a ticket through web smash, the ticket will enter the ATM technician team to be checked, after the ATM problem has been fixed, the technician confirms to the call center team to close the ticket. In this study, it aims to conduct a web smash quality analyst where there are several obstacles found in web smash, namely related to sites that are accessed often have problems such as slow and lack of penetration between users so that development needs to be carried out to be able to improve the quality of web smash. From the results of the research using the webqual 4.0 method and SPSS Version 22 software, In the T test and F test, the significance result for the X3 variable (Service Penetration Quality) was found to be 0.000, the result was smaller than 0.05 which means that the variable greatly affects the quality of the web smash to improve the quality of the web smash for users, it is necessary to innovate the addition of features so that they can interact with each other and can facilitate the exchange of information

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang bahaya bahan kimia melalui pengenalan simbol Global Harmonized System (GHS) dan Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah yang berlangsung selama 3 jam dan didukung dengan metode survei. Sasaran dalam program ini adalah siswa SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri sebanyak 30 orang. Efektivitas sosialisasi dievaluasi menggunakan metode pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 27,66% dan posttest sebesar 91,12%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa terkait simbol GHS dan SDS serta kesadaran bahayanya bahan kimia.
