Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of ZnAl-LDH modified with polyoxometalate (POM) as an adsorbent material in the competitive adsorption of heavy metal ions Cr(VI) and Fe(II). The material was synthesized using the co-precipitation method, resulting in ZnAl-LDH@POM with enhanced interlayer spacing, a specific surface area 14 times more significant, and increased surface-active sites. Characterization using XRD, FT-IR, and BET confirmed the successful structural modification and improved adsorption properties. Kinetic studies revealed that adsorption followed a pseudo-second order kinetic model, achieving maximum efficiency within 50 minutes. Isothermal analysis demonstrated maximum adsorption capacities (???????????????? ) of 92.95 mg/g for Fe(II) and 44.44 mg/g for Cr(VI). These findings highlight the potential of ZnAl-LDH@POM as an effective adsorbent for treating heavy metal-contaminated wastewater.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan sekolah, ada tiga tugas dan peran yang dilakukan di sekolah, yaitu Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Seberapa besar pelaksanaan Motivasi Guru di SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten  Gresik 2) Seberapa besar prestasi hasil belajar  siswa SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik ; 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi Guru terhadap prestasi hasil belajar siswa  SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik.Tujuan  dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1)Ingin Mengetahui Seberapa besar pelaksanaan Motivasi Guru di SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten  Gresik 2) Ingin Mengetahui Seberapa besar Seberapa prestasi hasil belajar  siswa SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik; 3)  Ingin Mengetahui Seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi Guru terhadap prestasi hasil belajar siswa  SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik.            Metodologgi penelitian : tempat penelitian di SDN Telukjatidawang Kecamatan Tambak Kbupaten Gresik , Populasi SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik , Sample adalah Guru dan Siswa Kelas 5 SDN Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Grsik , dan analsa data menggunakan statistik Product Moment                  Hasil penelitian : Berdasarkan pembahasan dan analisa data hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1).Hasil gambaran analisa angket dari variabel Motivasi Guru  diperoleh 7,2 bearti termasuk kategori cukup pelaksanaan Motivasi Guru  di SD Negeri Telukjatidawang Kecamatan Tambak Kbupaten Gresik 2).Hasil gambaran analisa variabel prestasi hasil belajar diperoleh 7,1 berarti termasuk kategori cukup pelaksanaan prestasi hasil belajar di SD Negeri Telukjatidawang Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik 3).Hasil penelitian tentang Pengaruh Motivasi Guru terhadap prestasi hasil belajar  siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Telukjatidawang  Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment untuk N = 40 dengan taraf signifikan 5 % diketahui      r  tabel  0,312 , sedangkan hasil perhitungan peneliti dihasilkan r hitung 0,9835 maka dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Guru ,  Prestasi BelajarDOI :10.5281/zenodo.3472146

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi seperti ChatGPT semakin meluas di kalangan mahasiswa, yang memanfaatkan platform ini untuk berbagai keperluan, mulai dari pencarian informasi akademik hingga interaksi sosial. Namun, meskipun teknologi ini memberikan berbagai kemudahan, ada beberapa masalah yang sering dikeluhkan oleh pengguna. Ketidakkonsistenan dan ketidakakuratan jawaban yang diberikan oleh ChatGPT, serta lag yang sering terjadi saat menggunakan aplikasi, dapat mengurangi tingkat kepercayaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami lebih lanjut mengenai pengalaman pengguna, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) untuk mengevaluasi berbagai aspek dari pengalaman pengguna. UEQ adalah metode yang menilai pengalaman pengguna melalui enam skala: daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Berdasarkan analisis data dari 153 responden, diketahui bahwa benchmark nilai untuk setiap aspek UEQ menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik (1,79), kejelasan (1,85), efisiensi (1,59), dan stimulasi (1,59) berada dalam kategori baik. Aspek ketepatan (1,30) berada di atas rata-rata, sementara kebaruan (0,23) berada di bawah rata-rata.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of hydrogen flow rate and humidifier temperature on the performance of the Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) using Ti-Co/C catalyst at the cathode and Pt/C at the anode in a single-cell Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC). MEAs were fabricated by the spraying method and characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) to determine their electrochemical surface area (ECSA) and conductivity. The results showed that the optimized ECSA value reached 8.38 cm2/g, and the electrical conductivity was 3.76 × 10-8 S/cm. The best performance was achieved at a hydrogen flow rate of 100 mL/min and room temperature humidification. Under the hydrogen flow rate test, the maximum power density reached 0.364 mW/cm2, while in the humidifier temperature variation, a maximum power density of 0.375 mW/cm2  was obtained at a current density 2.4 mA/cm2. These findings suggest that Ti-Co/C is a promising low-cost catalyst alternative to Pt and that operational conditions play a critical role in MEA performance

Abstract

Dharmais Cancer Hospital as a health service facility that is experienced in its field, of course, has human resources which are important, so to support employee performance in terms of employee rights such as employee leave, media is needed that really supports employee needs. Through the employee support system, namely the Employee Information System (SIMPEG) application, several problems were found in terms of appearance and the proposal process as well as the leave recapitulation process which did not exist in the previous SIMPEG application. From the problems found in the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), a User Centered Design (UCD) method is offered which places the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) users as the main consideration for building a new system. In the design process there are three steps that are carried out starting from the initial stage, the development stage and the final stage, where at the initial stage testing is carried out using a questionnaire, the average result is 53 which means OK but still low or not good, after the development of the system is carried out and the distribution of questionnaires was carried out again, the results were 71, which means Good. With the design of a Personnel Information System (SIMPEG) using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, it produces a new User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), which consists of a forgot password menu feature, leave recap and display easier to use for employees.

Abstract

Layered Double Hydroxides (LDHs) are a class of anionic clays known for their tunable structure, high surface area, and versatile ion exchange capabilities, making them highly attractive for environmental remediation. This critical review explores the uniqueness of LDH materials by examining recent advancements in their synthesis methods, structural and physicochemical properties, and the development of LDH-based composites. Various synthesis approaches including co-precipitation, hydrothermal, and mechanochemical methods are evaluated in relation to their influence on LDH morphology, stability, and functionality. The review also highlights the integration of LDHs with other materials such as metal oxides, carbon-based supports, and metal organic frameworks (MOFs), which enhance their photocatalytic and adsorptive performances. Special attention is given to the mechanisms underlying pollutant removal, including ion exchange, surface complexation, and photocatalytic degradation. Comparative analysis of different modifications reveals trends in application performance and identifies current challenges that must be addressed to optimize LDHs for large-scale and multi-functional environmental applications. This review provides critical insight into the future potential of LDH materials as sustainable and efficient solutions for water and wastewater treatment.

Abstract

Globalization for Betawi people is not a something new. and it is not possible can be prevented,that is because the Betawi is an indigenous tribe inhabit Jakarta, namely the capital city ofIndonesia since the reign of Dutch East Indies already has a diversity residents of variousnationalities, coupled with the ever increasing technological advancements in this era ofmodernization, the challenges faced in so large in its preservation. One of the things we can do toassist the government in the effort to preserve Betawi culture is by utilizing advances in technologyitself in this case using the internet as a medium that can be used to promote Betawi culture back tothe society and even the whole world can access this information via the internet.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has required print media to adapt in order to remain relevant and competitive in the information era. Radar Karawang, as a local daily newspaper, needs to undergo digital transformation through the development of an Android-based digital newspaper (e-paper) application. This study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of the Radar Karawang digital newspaper application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method and to evaluate the usability level of the developed application. The UCD method was implemented through several stages, including user needs analysis, prototype or wireframe design, design evaluation based on user feedback, and application implementation. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 13 respondents who represented potential users of the application. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a Likert scale to measure ease of use, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The evaluation results show that the Radar Karawang digital newspaper application achieved an average SUS score of 74, which falls into the Acceptable category with a Good adjective rating. Nevertheless, this study has several limitations, particularly related to the limited number of respondents and the use of a single usability evaluation method. Therefore, future research is recommended to involve a larger and more diverse group of respondents and to combine other usability evaluation methods to obtain more comprehensive results
