Abstract

Persaingan antara aplikator transportasi online semakin ketat, mereka saling adu strategi untuk merebut konsumen pengguna jasa tersebut. Berbagai cara dilakukan untuk membuat konsumen merasa puas atas produk-produk aplikator,  diantaranya adalah layanan pelanggan dan harga dimana didalam penelitian ini mencoba mencari tahu sejauh mana kualitas layanan dan harga berkontribusi terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen agar mereka melakukan pembelian ulang dan loyal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah dengan strategi kualitas layanan dan harga akan memberi pengaruh besar pada kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian kuantitatif, uji validitas,  reliabilitas,  regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi dan uji t. Pengolahan data dengan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan tabel uji t diatas dapat diketahui hasil uji t variabel kualitas layanan (X1) terhadap Kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah sebesar 2,661(lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,985) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t untuk variabel harga (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah sebesar 4,619 dan memiliki nilai lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,985. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel harga  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Nilai F hitung sebesar 23,436 dan lebih besar dari nilai F tabel sebesar 3,09. Hal ini menunjukkan  bahwa variabel kualitas layanan  dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic impact of the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) outbreak on livestock farmers in Semarang Regency. The economic impact analysis reviewed includes prices, production, and income. The study was conducted in Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. There are 100 samples consisting of 77 farmer households affected by FMD and 23 farmer households not affected by FMD. This study was carried out from August to September 2023. The results showed that there was a price reduction of 13% from prices before the FMD outbreak. Milk production decreased by 43-68% from before being affected by FMD. The income of breeders affected by FMD is smaller than those who are not affected by FMD.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to the community about making chicken nuggets. The target of this community service activity is the PKK group in Susukan Ungaran Timur District, Semarang Regency. Providing an understanding of making nuggets is carried out by organizing a socialization which was previously carried out with a pre-test activity to determine the abilities and knowledge of the participants, delivering materials related to making chicken nuggets, then the next activity is a demonstration and direct practice of making chicken nuggets by the participants, and the last activity is a post-test to evaluate the understanding of the knowledge that has been delivered during the socialization and direct practice. The results of the implementation of community service can be described in the following indicators: 1) Participants can follow the activities from start to finish in a conducive manner. 2) Community Service Participants have an understanding of making chicken nuggets 3) Community Service Participants can practice making chicken nuggets.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha sapi potong ditinjau dari aspek finansial dan aspek non finansial. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kandang Madu Kecamatan Musuk Kabupaten Boyolali pada bulan Januari-Februari 2023. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dengan pertimbangan usaha Peternakan Sapi Potong Kandang Madu tergolong dalam skala kepemilikan besar. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis finansial dan non finansial. Analisis finansial menggunakan 4 indikator NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Pay Back Period, dan NBCR (Net Benefit Cost Ratio). Analisis non finansial yang dikaji antara lain aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek lingkungan. Hasil penelitian untuk aspek finansial NPV Rp. 3.167.336.642, IRR 29,8%, Pay Back Period 2 tahun 9 bulan, dan BCR 2,19 dengan demikian usaha layak untuk dilanjutkan. Aspek non finansial meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknis dan teknologi, aspek lingkungan layak untuk dilanjutkan.Kata kunci: kelayakan finansial; kelayakan non finansial, sapi potong.

Abstract

The application of innovations in processing cow's milk into milk soap and pasteurized milk was carried out at the Kelompok Tani dan Ternak Margo Utomo Pilahan, Semarang Regency, as a step to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in converting livestock products into products with added value. The program began with a needs survey, followed by training using presentation, discussion, and practical demonstration methods of making pasteurized milk and soap from milk. During the program, participants received materials in an interactive way and were directly involved in the process of making processed products. The assessment results indicated an increase in participants' understanding and ability in milk processing, as well as a growing enthusiasm to develop a dairy-based business within the group community. This activity proved successful as an answer to the problem of excess milk production among farmers and has the potential to encourage increased income and economic independence of the community.
