Abstract

ABSTRAKPendahuluan: Obesitas adalah masalah kesehatan dunia, bahkan WHO menyatakan bahwa obesitas menjadi epidemi global yang merupakan masalah kesehatan yang harus diatasi. Ibu akan menentukan risiko obesitas anak. Studi ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman ibu tentang gaya hidup yang menyebabkan risiko obesitas pada anak. Metode: Pendekatan metode fenomenologis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, mengkodekan dan menganalisa data. Pertanyaan semi terstruktur diajukan kepada peserta melalui wawancara mendalam untuk memungkinkan mereka menggambarkan pengalaman hidup mereka. Pengambilan data dari peserta yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, digunakan wawancara yang direkam dan catatan lapangan. Hasil: Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tema dan enam sub tema. Pembahasan: Penelitian ini dapat memberikan umpan balik untuk mencegah anak menjadi obesitas dengan menentukan strategi untuk mengubah cara seorang ibu tentang gaya hidupnya. Kata Kunci:  Pengalaman ibu, gaya hidup, anak, obesitas

Abstract

Objective: Autism and ADHD children were special need child that have to need their own diets. For autism gluten and casein patients are considered toxic, because the body with autism does not produce enzymes digest gluten. As a result, these undigested proteins are converted into chemical components called opoids. Opoid itself, like drugs such as opium, morphine, and heroin that works as toxins that can interfere with brain function and immune system, causing behavioral disorders. for this study aimed to describe the effect of green bean pizza for diet in children with autism and ADHD.Methods: The method used in this research is case study. The population studied were children with autism and ADHD. Cases used are children with autism. Data collection was done by observation to the respondent before and after givenGreen Peanut Pizza. Univariate data analysis technique using quantitative.Results: In the observation of hyperactive activity of children before and after intervention for 1 week showed improvement. The child's previous hyperactive level is often (almost daily) less frequent (approximately once a week). The child's mother reports that the child is only doing aggressive behavior while facing a situation that really makes his feeling emotionally.Conclusion: Green Bean Pizza is an alternative solution for children's diets with autism and ADHD as it proves to decrease the rate of hyperactivity in children with autism and ADHD.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perkembangan motorik kasar adalah perkembangan kemampuan anak anak yang melibatkan otot-otot besar dalam melakukan gerakan dan sikap tubuh. Banyak factor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan motoric kasar yaitu genetic, pre natal, post natal, stimulasi, dan riwayat kelahiran premature. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak toodler. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Populasi yang digunakan berjumlah 64 anak dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 55 anak. Variabel independen adalah usia anak, jenis kelamin anak, dan riwayat prematur. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia toddler. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Denver II untuk menilai perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak toddler. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan nilai p=0,05. Hasil: Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara usia anak dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak toddler (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin anak dengan perkembangan motorik kasar anak toddler (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara riwayat kelahiran prematur dengan perkembangan kasar anak toddler (p,000). Pembahasan: Perlu dilakukan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak untuk mencegah adanya keterlambatan terutama pada perkembangan motorik kasar anak usia toddler Kata Kunci      : Perkembangan, motorik kasar, toddler

Abstract

Anak-anak autis dan ADHD adalah anak berkebutuhan khusus yang harus membutuhkan makanan mereka sendiri. Untuk penderita autisme gluten dan kasein dianggap beracun, karena tubuh dengan autisme tidak menghasilkan enzim mencerna gluten. Akibatnya, protein yang tidak tercerna ini diubah menjadi komponen kimia yang disebut opoids. Opoid sendiri, seperti obat-obatan seperti opium, morfin, dan heroin yang berfungsi sebagai racun yang dapat mengganggu fungsi otak dan sistem kekebalan tubuh, menyebabkan gangguan perilaku. untuk penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh pizza kacang hijau untuk diet pada anak autis dan ADHD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Populasi yang diteliti adalah anak-anak dengan autisme dan ADHD. Kasus yang digunakan adalah anak autis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi kepada responden sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Green Peanut Pizza. Teknik analisis data univariat menggunakan kuantitatif.Dalam pengamatan aktivitas hiperaktif anak sebelum dan sesudah intervensi selama 1 minggu menunjukkan perbaikan. Tingkat hiperaktif anak sebelumnya sering (hampir setiap hari) lebih jarang (kira-kira sekali seminggu). Ibu anak melaporkan bahwa anak hanya melakukan perilaku agresif ketika menghadapi situasi yang benar-benar membuat perasaannya emosional.Green Bean Pizza adalah solusi alternatif untuk diet anak-anak dengan autisme dan ADHD karena terbukti mengurangi tingkat hiperaktivitas pada anak-anak dengan autisme dan ADHD. Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kualitas kinerja yang kurang baik dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning yang dilakukan oleh perawat membuat pasien kurang memahami keadaan penyakitnya serta menambah angka rawatan ulang karena akan berdampak pada ketidaksiapan pasien dalam menghadapi pemulangan dari rumah sakit. Sebenarnya discharge planning dimulai saat pasien masuk ruang rawat inap hingga pasien pulang, sehingga dapat mengurangi LOS (lenght of stay) dan biaya pengobatan, hal tersebut merupakan salah satu indikator kualitas perawatan kesehatan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan supervisi keperawatan dengan kualitas kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning diruang rawat inap RSU Haji Surabaya. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan analitik corelation, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40 responden dari 40 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pada penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesoiner dan observasi. Hasil analisa menunjukkan supervisi keperawatan kurang 2,5%, supervisi cukup 77,5% dan supervisi baik 22,0%. Kualitas kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan discharge planning baik 27,5%, cukup 72,5%.  Dari hasil uji statistik Correlations Spearman’s Rho tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan <0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,001 dengan Correlation Coefficcent cukup tinggi = 0,525 yang berarti variabel independent dan dependent mempunyai nilai signifikan, sehingga H1 diterima atau ada Hubungan Antara Supervisi Keperawatan Dengan Kualitas Kinerja Perawat Dalam Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning. Kesimpulan: Perlu adanya peningkatan supervisi keperawatan oleh kepala ruangan kepada perawat sehingga para perawat akan lebih memahami dan mampu menjaga kualitas pelaksanaan dari setiap proses keperawatan termasuk pelaksanaan discharge planning. Kata kunci : Supervisi keperawatan, Discharge planning, Kualitas kinerja

Abstract

Background: Modification of food presentation is one way to attract toddlers to increase their appetite with attractive colors or cute shapes to increase the child's appetite. Modification of food presentation can also affect appetite changes in children under five, so it takes a unique and exciting food creation that can be an attraction/pleasure for children under five to increase appetite. Children's stability under five depends a lot on their parents or caregivers because the parents must be the main scourge / main factor in increasing the child's appetite. So, it can be said that the development of children under five is very dependent on how their parents manage their child's food—providing a variety of foods, especially vegetables, which children usually do not like so that they become liked by them. There are many things or ways to attract toddlers to like vegetables, namely by adding side dishes that have been mixed with vegetables and rice that can be cooked and mixed with coloring from the vegetables themselves. Objective: To explore the relationship between food presentation modification and appetite changes for children under five at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya.Method: Analytical Cross-Sectional Observational Research DesignResult: Most of the modification of food presentation for children under five at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya received it well. Changes in appetite for children under five at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya are mostly changes in appetite.Conclusion: There is a relationship between modification of food presentation and appetite changes for children under five at Puskesmas Mojo Surabaya.

Abstract

 Anxiety is a normal reaction to threatening and unexpected situations such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Possible stress-related reactions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic can include changes in concentration, irritability, anxiety, insomnia, reduced productivity, and interpersonal conflict, but are particularly true for directly affected groups (e.g. patients admitted to hospital isolation). The aim thid research to identify  the level of stress experienced by covid-19 patients in the Al-Aqsa isolation room . This article  This study used a descriptive method that was carried out on patients who were confirmed positive COVID-19 in the Al-Aqsa isolation room on the 6th floor of the Haji General Hospital Surabaya with the Accidental Sampling . The samples obtained were 30 respondents. The research instrument used in this research aiming at describing the stress experienced by respondents was DASS 42 questionnaireThe results showed that 23.3% of respondents experienced normal stress conditions, 53.3% experienced mild stress, 20.0% of respondents experienced moderate stress, and 3.3% of respondents experienced severe stress 7 (23.3%) respondents experienced moderate stress, 16 (53.3%) respondents experienced mild stress, 6 (20.0%) respondents experienced moderate stress, and 1 (3.3%) respondent experienced severe stress. Which is suspected to be influenced by age and gender factors

Abstract

Introduction: The nutritional status of school-age children is still a problem and a global concern, the incidence of malnutrition in the world reaches 149.2 million children. One of the influencing factors is breakfast habits. The importance of a healthy breakfast can meet 15-30% of the recommended daily nutritional needs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between breakfast habits and the nutritional status of school-age children. Methods: This type of research is a correlational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 90 elementary school students were recruited by total sampling. Data collection was carried out using a breakfast habit questionnaire filled out by respondents and nutritional status was determined based on body weight and height measurements. Data analysis was carried out to determine the frequency distribution and percentage of each variable studied. The statistical analysis used was the Spearman rho test (p value <0.5). Results: The results showed that most students had poor breakfast habits (66.7%) and poor nutritional status (60%). The results of the relationship test showed that there was a relationship between breakfast habits and nutritional status (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Breakfast habits related to the nutritional status of elementary school students, it is expected that parents can improve their parenting patterns and knowledge of the importance of breakfast for children properly and balanced nutritional intake so that nutritional status is in the good category.

Abstract

Background: Obesity or commonly known as overweight is a problem that is quite worrying among teenagers. Obesity in adolescence is very important to note because 80% will have a chance of obesity in adulthood. Obesity can arise from exceeded energy intake. This is compounded by a decrease in physical activity and unhealthy food. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of physical activity in adolescents with obesity. Methods: Using the Literature Review method of the role of physical activity in obese adolescents. The sources are searched via the internet with the databases of Neliti, EbscoHost, PubMed, and Atlantis Press. The keywords used are physical activity, obesity, and adolescents. This research using inclusion criteria that aim to determine the role of physical activity in obese adolescents, full text, Indonesian and English articles from 2015-2020. Ten articles are obtained. Results: Light physical activity and moderate physical activity trigger adolescents to have obesity. This happens because only a small amount of energy intake in the body is used for activities such as using technology and sedentary lifestyle behavior. Conclusion: There is a role of light physical activity and moderate physical activity in obese adolescents. The use of e-technology and sedentary lifestyle is directly related to physical activity and obesity.

Abstract

Introduction: Excessive use of gadgets in children can lead to addiction and the bad impact can influence students' interest in studying and sleep quality because students will experience dependence and explore more of the other applications of gadgets. This research aims to analyze the relationship between gadget addiction interest in learning and sleep quality in school children. Methods: The research method is quantitative and uses a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was 83 children in 6th-grade elementary school at SD Muhammadiyah 21. Gadget addiction was measured with a modified questionnaire consisting of 30 favorable items, which were then altered and tried out into 21 questions, consisting of 14 favorable items and 7 unfavorable items with a Cronbach's alpha reliability test result of 0.880. Interest in learning is measured with a questionnaire consisting of 4 answer items and sleep quality is measured with a sleep quality questionnaire (SQQ). Research data analysis used the Spearman rho correlation test. Results: There is a relationship between gadget addiction and interest in learning (p=0.000; (r) = 0.902) and there is a relationship between gadget addiction and sleep quality (p=0.000; (r) = 0.843).Conclusions: So, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between gadget addiction and students' interest in learning and sleep quality. So, teachers should have a good relationship with students' parents to control the intensity of students' gadget addiction and foster students' motivation to learn and get enough sleep.
