Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has resulted in high morbidity and mortality from COVID-19. Providing COVID-19 vaccination is one step to minimize the impact of COVID-19. However, the interest of the people in Eastern Indonesia to get the COVID-19 vaccine is still low. This is due to misinformation regarding the impact of the COVID-19 vaccine and the need to mobilize outside the region. This community service aims to produce COVID-19 vaccine educators so they can properly educate the citizens regarding the COVID-19 vaccine. This Community Service is carried out in the form of COVID-19 vaccine educator training using pre-posttest score assessment and roleplay. Information and educational communication media in the form of flipcharts and auxiliary cards. The training was held for 8 hours in 1 day in Manado, North Sulawesi. 61 participants consisting of COVID-19 volunteers, religious leaders and community leaders have attended the training. Abstract

Objective: to find out the relationship between sleep and cycles of menstruation in college students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya. Methods: This study used a correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all nursing students in semester II, IV and VI in Muhammadiyah university of Surabaya as many as 213 academic year-old students 2019. Large numbers of 139 students in semester II, IV and VI careers were selected using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Variables are dependent on sleep, menstrual dependencies. The data was analyzed using the ChiSquare test. Result: The results of the study showed most of the women who had less sleep (42.4%), and most experienced menstrual cycles in the literature (54%). This study showed the relationship between sleep deprivation and menstrual cycle with a value of ρ-value 0,000 <ɑ 0.05 which indicated that Ho was rejected. Short duration of sleep can be caused by serotonin synthesis or damage to the mucus of ramus. Conclusion: Therefore it affects the REM cycle which made the enthusiastic sleep. Serotonin levels decreased during lacteal phase. Therefore hormonal disruption results in loss of luteinizing hormone (LH) secretion and a decrease in estrogen levels which caused the menstrual cycle disorder. Keywords: Sleep Duration, Menstruation Cycle

Complementary therapy is a friendly choice of therapy for people who experience with degeneratif process. The study aims was to determine the effect of SEFT on the elderly who experience hypertension in the working area of the Buleleng III Primary Health Care. One group pre-test and post-test were used. 48 respondents were selected using purposive sampling and were willing to participate. The paired sample t-test was used to analyze respondents' blood pressure differences. SEFT therapy is proven to be able to reduce blood pressure in the elderly in Buleleng III Health Center (p-value less than 0.005). The decrease in blood pressure in the elderly after being given SEFT therapy is a finding that can be followed up as a complementary therapy solution in lowering blood pressure in the elderly.
